Psalms 99

1 A psalm for David himself. The Lord hath reigned, let the people be angry: he that sitteth on the cherubims: let the earth be moved.	1 The LORD reigns; let the peoples tremble! He sits enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake!
2 The Lord is great in Sion, and high above all people.	2 The LORD is great in Zion; he is exalted over all the peoples.
3 Let them give praise to thy great name: for it is terrible and holy:	3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name! Holy is he!
4 and the king's honour loveth judgment. Thou hast prepared directions: thou hast done judgment and justice in Jacob.	4 Mighty King, lover of justice, thou hast established equity; thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore his footstool, for it is holy.	5 Extol the LORD our God; worship at his footstool! Holy is he!
