3 ¿Por qué te jactas de tu malicia, hombre prepotente y sin piedad?	3 Why do you glory in evil, you scandalous liar? All day long
4 Estás todo el día tramando maldades, tu lengua es como navaja afilada, y no haces más que engañar.	4 you plot destruction; your tongue is like a sharpened razor, you skillful deceiver.
5 Prefieres el mal al bien, la mentira a la verdad;	5 You love evil rather than good, lies rather than honest speech. Selah
6 amas las palabras hirientes, ¡lengua mentirosa!	6 You love any word that destroys, you deceitful tongue.
7 Por eso Dios te derribará, te destruirá para siempre, te arrojará de tu carpa, te arrancará de la tierra de los vivientes.	7 Now God will strike you down, leave you crushed forever, Pluck you from your tent, uproot you from the land of the living. Selah
8 Al ver esto, los justos sentirán temor y se reirán de él, diciendo:	8 The righteous will look on with awe; they will jeer and say:
9 «Este es el hombre que no puso su refugio en Dios, sino que confió en sus muchas riquezas y se envalentonó por su maldad».	9 "That one did not take God as a refuge, but trusted in great wealth, relied on devious plots."
