1 Nella fine, il salmo di David per i torculari	1 Unto the end. For the oil and wine presses. A Psalm of David.
2 O Signore, Signore Iddio nostro, come è ammirabile il tuo nome in tutta la terra! Però ch' egli è levata la magnificenza tua sopra li cieli.	2 O Lord, our Lord, how admirable is your name throughout all the earth! For your magnificence is elevated above the heavens.
3 Per la bocca de' fanciulli, e di quelli che lattavano, t'hai fatto lodare per cagione de' tuoi nemici, acciò che tu distruggi il nemico (tuo) e il vendicatore.	3 Out of the mouths of babes and infants, you have perfected praise, because of your enemies, so that you may destroy the enemy and the revenger.
4 E però vederò i tuoi cieli, opera delle tue dita; la luna e le stelle le quali tu fondasti.	4 For I will behold your heavens, the works of your fingers: the moon and the stars, which you have founded.
5 Che è l'uomo, chè ti ricordi di lui? ovver il figliuolo dell' uomo, chè tu il visiti?	5 What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you visit him?
6 Facestilo uno poco minore degli angeli; tu lo ceronasti di gloria e di onore.	6 You reduced him to a little less than the Angels; you have crowned him with glory and honor,
7 E ordinastilo sopra le opere delle tue mani.	7 and you have set him over the works of your hands.
8 Tutte le cose hai sottoposte sotto li suoi piedi, le pecore e tutti li buoi, e anco tutte le pecore del campo;	8 You have subjected all things under his feet, all sheep and oxen, and in addition: the beasts of the field,
9 gli uccelli del cielo, e i pesci del mare i quali passano per le vie del mare.	9 the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, which pass through the paths of the sea.
10 O Signore, Signore nostro, quanto è maraviglioso il tuo nome in tutta la terra!	10 O Lord, our Lord, how admirable is your name throughout all the earth!
