1 Salmo de Davi. Do Senhor é a terra e tudo o que ela contém, a órbita terrestre e todos os que nela habitam,	1 A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD's and the fulness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein;
2 pois ele mesmo a assentou sobre as águas do mar e sobre as águas dos rios a consolidou.	2 for he has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the rivers.
3 Quem será digno de subir ao monte do Senhor? Ou de permanecer no seu lugar santo?	3 Who shall ascend the hill of the LORD? And who shall stand in his holy place?
4 O que tem as mãos limpas e o coração puro, cujo espírito não busca as vaidades nem perjura para enganar seu próximo.	4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully.
5 Este terá a bênção do Senhor, e a recompensa de Deus, seu Salvador.	5 He will receive blessing from the LORD, and vindication from the God of his salvation.
6 Tal é a geração dos que o procuram, dos que buscam a face do Deus de Jacó.	6 Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. [Selah]
7 Levantai, ó portas, os vossos dintéis! Levantai-vos, ó pórticos antigos, para que entre o Rei da glória!	7 Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in.
8 Quem é este Rei da glória? É o Senhor forte e poderoso, o Senhor poderoso na batalha.	8 Who is the King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD, mighty in battle!
9 Levantai, ó portas, os vossos dintéis! Levantai-vos, ó pórticos antigos, para que entre o Rei da glória!	9 Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in.
10 Quem é este Rei da glória? É o Senhor dos exércitos! É ele o Rei da glória.	10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory! [Selah]
