1 Now the sons of Issachar were Tola and Puah, Jashub and Shimron, four.	1 Porro filii Issachar: Thola et Phua, Iasub et Semron, quat tuor.
2 The sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Ibsam, and Shemuel, leaders according to the houses of their kindred. From the stock of Tola, there were numbered, in the days of David, twenty-two thousand six hundred very strong men.	2 Filii Thola: Ozi et Raphaia et Ieriel et Iemai et Iebsem et Samuel, principes familiarum suarum; de stirpe Thola viri fortissimi numerati sunt iuxta genealogias suas in diebus David viginti duo milia sescenti.
3 The sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah, from whom were born: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, and Isshiah; all five were leaders.	3 Filii Ozi: Izrahia, de quo nati sunt Michael et Obadia et Ioel et Iesia, quinque principes omnes.
4 And with them, by their families and peoples, there were thirty-six thousand very strong men, girded for battle. And they had many wives and children.	4 Cumque eis erant secundum genealogias familiarum suarum turmae accinctae ad proelium, viri fortissimi, triginta sex milia; multas enim habuere uxores et filios.
5 Also, their brothers, throughout all the kindred of Issachar, were numbered as eighty-seven thousand, very fit for battle.	5 Fratresque eorum per omnes cognationes Issachar robustissimi ad pugnandum octoginta septem milia numerati sunt.
6 The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.	6 Filii Beniamin: Bela et Bochor et Iedihel, tres.
7 The sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth and Iri, five leaders of families, also very fit for battle; and their number was twenty-two thousand thirty-four.	7 Filii Bela: Esebon et Ozi et Oziel et Ierimoth et Urai, quinque principes familiarum et ad pugnandum robustissimi; numerus autem eorum viginti duo milia et triginta quattuor.
8 Now the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth: all these were sons of Becher.	8 Porro filii Bochor: Zamira et Ioas et Eliezer et Elioenai et Amri et Ierimoth et Abia et Anathoth et Almath; omnes hi filii Bochor.
9 And they were numbered according to their families, by the leaders of their kindred, very strong in warfare, twenty thousand and two hundred.	9 Numerati sunt autem in genealogiis suis principes familiarum suarum ad bella fortissimi viginti milia et ducenti.
10 And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan, and the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.	10 Porro filii Iedihel: Bilhan; filii autem Bilhan: Iehus et Beniamin et Aod et Chanaana et Zethan et Tharsis et Ahisahar;
11 All these were sons of Jediael, the leaders of their kindred, very strong men, seventeen thousand and two hundred, going forth to battle.	11 omnes hi filii Iedihel principes familiarum suarum viri fortissimi decem et septem milia et ducenti ad proelium procedentes.
12 Also, Shuppim and Huppim, the sons of Ir; and Hushim, sons of Aher.	12 Suphim quoque et Huphim filii Hir et Husim filii Aher.
13 Then the sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, sons of Bilhah.	13 Filii autem Nephthali: Iasiel et Guni et Ieser et Sellum, filii Bilhae.
14 Also, the son of Manasseh: Asriel. And his concubine, a Syrian, bore Machir, the father of Gilead.	14 Porro filius Manasse: Asriel, quem peperit concubina eius Syra; peperit quoque Machir patrem Galaad.
15 Now Machir took wives for his sons, Huppim and Shuppim. And he had a sister named Maacah; but the name of the second was Zelophehad, and daughters were born to Zelophehad.	15 Machir autem accepit uxorem de Huphim et Suphim et habuit sororem nomine Maacha; nomen autem secundi Salphaad, nataeque sunt Salphaad filiae.
16 And Maacah, the wife of Machir, bore a son, and she called his name Peresh. And the name of his brother was Sheresh. And his sons were Ulam and Rakem.	16 Et peperit Maacha uxor Machir filium vocavitque nomen eius Phares; porro nomen fratris eius Sares et filii eius Ulam et Recem.
17 Then the son of Ulam: Bedan. These are the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.	17 Filius autem Ulam: Badan; hi sunt filii Galaad filii Machir filii Manasse.
18 And his sister, Regina, bore Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.	18 Soror autem eius Ammalecheth peperit Isod et Abiezer et Maala.
19 Now the sons of Shemida were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi and Aniam.	19 Erant autem filii Semida: Ahin et Sechem et Leci et Aniam.
20 And the sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah, Bered his son, Tahath his son, Eleadah his son, Tahath his son, whose son was Zabad,	20 Filii autem Ephraim: Suthala, Bared filius eius, Thahath filius eius, Elada filius eius, Thahath filius eius,
21 and his son was Shuthelah, and his son was Ezer, and also Elead. 23 And he entered to his wife; she conceived and bore a son. And he called his name Beriah, because he rose up during a time of evil for his house.	23 ingressusque est ad uxorem suam, quae concepit et peperit filium, et vocavit nomen eius Beria, eo quod in malis domus eius ortus esset.
24 Now his daughter was Sheerah, who built lower and upper Beth-horon, and also Uzzen-sheerah.	24 Filia autem eius fuit Sara, quae aedificavit Bethoron inferiorem et superiorem et Ozensara.
25 And Rephah was his son, and Resheph, and Telah, from whom was born Tahan,	25 Porro filius eius Rapha et Reseph et Thale filius eius, de quo natus est Thaan,

28 Now their possessions and habitations were: Bethel with her daughters, and toward the east, Naaran, and toward the western region, Gezer and her daughters, as well as Shechem with her daughters, as far as Ayyah with her daughters;	28 Possessio autem eorum et habitationes: Bethel cum filiabus suis et contra orientem Noran, ad occidentalem plagam Gazer et filiae eius, Sichem quoque cum filiabus suis usque Hai et filias eius.
29 also, beside the sons of Manasseh, Bethshean and her daughters, Taanach and her daughters, Megiddo and her daughters, Dor and her daughters. In these places, there lived the sons of Joseph, the son of Israel.	29 Iuxta filios quoque Manasse: Bethsan et filias eius, Thanach et filias eius, Mageddo et filias eius, Dor et filias eius. In his habitaverunt filii Ioseph filii Israel.
30 The sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.	30 Filii Aser: Iemna et Iesua et Isui et Beria et Sara soror eorum.
31 And the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel, the same is the father of Birzaith.	31 Filii autem Beria: Heber et Melchiel, ipse est pater Barzaith.
32 Now Heber conceived Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and their sister Shua.	32 Heber autem genuit Iephlat et Somer et Hotham et Suaa sororem eorum.
33 The sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath; these are the sons of Japhlet.	33 Filii Iephlat: Phosech et Bamaal et Asoth; hi filii Iephlat.
34 Then the sons of Shomer: Ahi, and Rohgah, and Jehubbah, and Aram.	34 Porro filii Somer fratris sui: Roaga et Haba et Aram.
35 And the sons of Helem, his brother: Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.	35 Filii autem Hotham fratris eius: Supha et Iemna et Selles et Amal.
36 The sons of Zophah: Suah, Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah,	36 Filii Supha: Sue, Hamapher et Sual et Beri et Iamra,
37 Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Ithran, and Beera.	37 Bosor et Od et Samma et Salusa et Iethran et Beera.
38 The sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.	38 Filii Iether: Iephonne et Phaspha et Ara.
39 Then the sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.	39 Filii autem Olla: Area et Hanniel et Resia.
40 All these were sons of Asher, the leaders of families, elect and very strong rulers among rulers. And the number of those who were of an age that was fit for warfare was twenty-six thousand.	40 Omnes hi filii Aser, principes familiarum electi atque fortissimi, capita principum; numerus autem eorum, qui inscripti erant in exercitu ad bellum, viginti sex milia.
