2 I cry aloud to God, cry to God to hear me.	2 Голос мій до Бога — і я взиваю; голос мій до Бога, щоб міг мене почути.
3 On the day of my distress I seek the Lord; by night my hands are raised unceasingly; I refuse to be consoled.	3 Скрутного для мене дня я Господа шукаю; уночі я простягаю мої руки безустанку, душа моя зреклась утіхи.
4 When I think of God, I groan; as I ponder, my spirit grows faint. Selah	4 Як я про те згадаю, Боже, — стогну; як розважаю, — млію духом.
5 My eyes cannot close in sleep; I am troubled and cannot speak.	5 Очі мої тримаєш у безсонні, тривожуся, і відняло мені мову.
6 I consider the days of old; the years long past	6 Я думаю про дні давні, згадаю про літа споконвічні.
7 I remember. In the night I meditate in my heart; I ponder and my spirit broods:	7 Роздумую вночі у моїм серці, я розважаю, і допитується дух мій.
8 "Will the Lord reject us forever, never again show favor?	8 Чи то ж Господь відкине геть навіки й не буде більш прихильним?
9 Has God's love ceased forever? Has the promise failed for all ages?	9 Чи то ж назавжди припиниться його ласка, із роду в рід слово його стане нечинне?
10 Has God forgotten mercy, in anger withheld compassion?" Selah	10 Чи милосердуватися забув Бог? Чи в гніві замкнув він своє милосердя?
11 I conclude: "My sorrow is this, the right hand of the Most High has left us."	11 Пригадую собі діла Господні, пригадую чуда твої днедавні.
12 I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, your wonders of old I will remember.	12 Роздумую й над усіма ділами твоїми, і міркую над учинками твоїми.
13 I will recite all your works; your exploits I will tell.	13 Боже! Свята твоя дорога: який бог так великий, як наш Бог?
14 Your way, O God, is holy; what god is as great as our God?	14 Ти єси Бог, що чуда чинить, ти між народами явив свою потугу.
15 You alone are the God who did wonders; among the peoples you revealed your might.	15 Ти відкупив твоїм раменом народ твій, синів Якова та Йосифа.
16 With your arm you redeemed your people, the descendants of Jacob and Joseph. Selah	16 Води побачили тебе, о Боже, води побачили тебе, і здригнулися, навіть безодні затряслися.
17 The waters saw you, God; the waters saw you and lashed about, trembled even to their depths.	17 З хмар линуло водою, із туч залунав голос, і полетіли твої стріли.
18 The clouds poured down their rains; the thunderheads rumbled; your arrows flashed back and forth.	18 Грім твій загуркотів у буревії, блискавки осяяли всю вселенну, здригнулася земля й затремтіла.
19 The thunder of your chariot wheels resounded; your lightning lit up the world; the earth trembled and quaked.	19 Твоя дорога через море, стежка твоя через великі води, і слідів твоїх не видно.
20 Through the sea was your path; your way, through the mighty waters, though your footsteps were unseen.	20 Ти вів народ твій, як отару, рукою Мойсея та Арона.
21 You led your people like a flock under the care of Moses and Aaron.
