Psalms 138

1 Of David. I thank you, LORD, with all my heart; before the gods to you I sing.	1 De David. Te doy gracias, Señor, de todo corazón, te cantaré en presencia de los ángeles.
2 I bow low toward your holy temple; I praise your name for your fidelity and love. For you have exalted over all your name and your promise.	2 Me postraré ante tu santo Templo, y daré gracias a tu Nombre por tu amor y tu fidelidad, porque tu promesa ha superado tu renombre.
3 When I cried out, you answered; you strengthened my spirit.	3 Me respondiste cada vez que te invoqué y aumentaste la fuerza de mi alma.
4 All the kings of earth will praise you, LORD, when they hear the words of your mouth.	4 Que los reyes de la tierra te bendigan al oír las palabras de tu boca,
5 They will sing of the ways of the LORD: "How great is the glory of the LORD!"	5 y canten los designios del Señor, porque la gloria del Señor es grande.
6 The LORD is on high, but cares for the lowly and knows the proud from afar.	6 El Señor está en las alturas, pero se fija en el humilde y reconoce al orgulloso desde lejos,
7 Though I walk in the midst of dangers, you guard my life when my enemies rage. You stretch out your hand; your right hand saves me.	7 Si camino entre peligros, me conservas la vida, extiendes tu mano contra el furor de mi enemigo, y tu derecha me salva.
8 The LORD is with me to the end. LORD, your love endures forever. Never forsake the work of your hands!	8 El Señor lo hará todo por mí. Señor, tu amor es eterno, ¡no abandones la obra de tus manos!
