Psalms 26

DOUAI-RHEIMS	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Unto the end, a psalm for David. Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in my innocence: and I have put my trust in the Lord, and shall not be weakened.	1 De David. Júzgame, Señor, porque he procedido con integridad. Yo he confiado en el Señor, sin desviarme jamás.
2 Prove me, O Lord, and try me; burn my reins and my heart.	2 Examíname, Señor, y pruébame, sondea hasta lo más íntimo de mi ser;
3 For thy mercy is before my eyes; and I am well pleased with thy truth.	3 porque tu amor está siempre ante mis ojos, y yo camino en tu verdad.
4 I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things.	4 No me reúno con la gente falsa ni me doy con los hipócritas;
5 I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.	5 odio la compañía de los malhechores y no me uno a los malvados.
6 I will wash my hands among the innocent; and will compass thy altar, O Lord:	6 Por eso lavo mis manos en señal de inocencia y doy vueltas alrededor de tu altar,
7 That I may hear the voice of thy praise: and tell of all thy wondrous works.	7 proclamando tu alabanza en alta voz y narrando tus maravillas.
8 I have loved, O Lord, the beauty of thy house; and the place where thy glory dwelleth.	8 Yo amo la Casa donde habitas, el lugar donde reside tu gloria.
9 Take not away my soul, O God, with the wicked: nor my life with bloody men:	9 No me incluyas entre los pecadores ni entre los hombres sanguinarios:
10 In whose hands are iniquities: their right hand is filled with gifts.	10 ellos tienen las manos llenas de infamia, y su derecha está repleta de sobornos.
11 But as for me, I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy on me.	11 Yo, en cambio, procedo íntegramente: líbrame y concédeme tu gracia.
12 My foot hath stood in the direct way: in the churches I will bless thee, O Lord.	12 Mis pies están firmes sobre el camino llano, y en la asamblea bendeciré al Señor.
