1 Ωιδη των Αναβαθμων, του Δαβιδ.>> Ευφρανθην οτε μοι ειπον, Ας υπαγωμεν εις τον οικον του Κυριου?	1 A song of ascents. Of David. I rejoiced when they said to me, "Let us go to the house of the LORD."
2 Οι ποδες ημων θελουσιν ιστασθαι εν ταις πυλαις σου, Ιερουσαλημ?	2 And now our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem.
3 Ιερουσαλημ, η ωκοδομημενη ως πολις συνηρμοσμενη ομου.	3 Jerusalem, built as a city, walled round about.
4 Εκει αναβαινουσιν αι φυλαι, αι φυλαι του Κυριου, κατα το διατεταγμενον εις τον Ισραηλ, δια να δοξολογησωσι το ονομα του Κυριου.	4 Here the tribes have come, the tribes of the LORD, As it was decreed for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD.
5 Διοτι εκει ετεθησαν θρονοι δια κρισιν, οι θρονοι του οικου του Δαβιδ.	5 Here are the thrones of justice, the thrones of the house of David.
6 Ζητειτε την ειρηνην της Ιερουσαλημ? ας ευτυχωσιν οι αγαπωντες σε.	6 For the peace of Jerusalem pray: "May those who love you prosper!
7 Ας ηναι ειρηνη εις τα τειχη σου, αφθονια εις τα παλατια σου.	7 May peace be within your ramparts, prosperity within your towers."
8 Ενεκεν των αδελφων μου και των πλησιον μου, θελω λεγει τωρα, Ειρηνη εις σε?	8 For family and friends I say, "May peace be yours."
9 ενεκεν του οικου Κυριου του Θεου ημων, θελω ζητει το καλον σου.	9 For the house of the LORD, our God, I pray, "May blessings be yours."
