1 E uscì fuori la seconda sorte de' figliuoli di Simeon, secondo le loro famiglie; e fue la loro (possessione ed) eredità	1 And the second lot went out, for the sons of Simeon by their families. And their inheritance was,
2 nel mezzo della possessione (ed eredità) de' figliuoli di Giuda; cioè Bersabee e Sabee e Molada,	2 in the midst of the possession of the sons of Judah: Beersheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
3 e Asersual e Bala e Asem,	3 and Hazar-shual, Balah, and Ezem,
4 ed Eltolad e Betul, Arma,	4 and Eltolad, Bethul, and Hormah,
5 e Siceleg e Betmarcabot e Asersusa,	5 and Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6 e Betlebaot e Saroem; le quali sono cittadi XIII, e le loro ville.	6 and Bethlebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteen cities, and their villages;
7 Poi fu Ain e Remmon e Atar e Asan; le quali sono cittadi quattro, e le ville loro;	7 Ain and Enrimmon, and Ether and Ashan: four cities, and their villages;
8 tutte le ville intorno intorno di queste cittadi insino a Baalat Beer Ramat verso l' austro (sono cittadi XVII, e le ville loro altrettante). E questa si è la eredità de' figliuoli di Simeon, secondo i suoi parentadi,	8 all villages around these cities, as far as Baalath-beer, the high place facing the southern region. This is the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, according to their families,
9 in la misura e in possessione de' figliuoli di Giuda; imperciò ch' egli si era il maggiore; e possedettono i figliuoli di Simeon (la eredità) nel mezzo della loro eredità.	9 within the possession and lot of the sons of Judah, which was greater. And for this reason, the sons of Simeon had a possession in the midst of their inheritance.
10 E cadde (la loro eredità e) la terza sorte dei figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo i parentadi loro; e fue il termine suo, della possessione de' figliuoli di Zabulon, persino a Sarid.	10 And the third lot fell to the sons of Zebulun, by their families; and the limit of their possession was set as far as Sarid.
11 E ascende del mare e Merala, e viene insino in Debbaset, insino al torrente (dell' acqua) il quale è verso Ieconam.	11 And it ascends from the sea and from Mareal. And it passes on to Dabbesheth, as far as the torrent, which is opposite Jokneam.
12 E ritorna di Sared verso l'oriente nelli confini di Ceselet-Tabor; e scende a Daberet, e sale suso verso Iafie.	12 And it turns back from Sarid, to the east, to the end of Chisloth-tabor. And it goes out to Daberath, and it ascends opposite Japhia.
13 E quindi trapassa oltre all' andare dell' oriente di Getefer e Tacasin; e ritorna in Remmon, Amtar e Noa.	13 And from there, it continues to the eastern region of Gathhepher and Ethkazin. And goes out to Rimmon, Amthar, and Neah.
14 E attornia l' aquilone ad Anaton; e sono le sue uscite della valle (in prima) Ieftael,	14 And it circles to the north at Hannathon. And its exits are at the Valley of Iphtahel;
15 e Catet e Naalol e Semeron e Ierala e Betleem; le quali sono XII cittadi, e le ville loro.	15 and Kattath and Nahalal, and Shimron and Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities, and their villages.
16 Questa si è la eredità della schiatta de' figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo i parentadi, e i campi e le castella loro.	16 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, by their families, the cities and their villages.
17 E poi uscì fuori la quarta sorte di Issacar, secondo li suoi parentadi (e i campi e le castella loro).	17 The fourth lot went out to Issachar, by their families.
18 E fue la sua eredità Iezrael e Casalot e Sunem,	18 And his inheritance was: Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19 Afaraim, Seon e Anaarat,	19 and Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
20 e Rabbot, Cesion e Abes,	20 and Rabbith and Kishion, Ebez
21 e Ramet ed Engannim ed Enadda e Betfeses.	21 and Remeth, and Engannim, and Enhaddah, and Bethpazzez.
22 E viene il suo termine insino a Tabor e Seesima e Betsames; e saranno le sue uscite dal Giordano; cittadi XVI e le loro ville.	22 And its limit reaches to Tabor and Shahazumah and Beth-shemesh; and its exits shall be at the Jordan: sixteen cities, and their villages.
23 Questa si è la possessione de' figliuoli di Issacar, secondo i loro parentadi, le cittadi e le ville e i campi loro.	23 This is the possession of the sons of Issachar by their families, the cities and their villages.
24 Poi cadde la quinta sorte de' figliuoli della schiatta di Aser, per parentado.	24 And the fifth lot fell to the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families.
25 E fue il termine (e il confine) di costoro, Alcat e Cali e Beten e Asaf,	25 And their border was: Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
26 ed Elmelec e Amaad e Messal; e viene insino al Carmelo del mare, e a Sior e Labanat.	26 and Allammelech, and Amad, and Mishal. And it extends even to Carmel by the sea, and Shihor, and Libnath.
27 E trapassa contro l'oriente a Betdagon; e passa insino a Zabulon e la valle di Ieftael e verso l'aquilone in Betemec e Neiel; e ritorna dalla mano manca da Cabul,	27 And it turns back toward the east at Bethdagon. And it continues on as far as Zebulun and the Valley of Iphtahel, toward the north, at Beth-emek and Neiel. And it goes out to the left of Cabul,
28 e Abran e Roob e Amon e Cana, insino al grande Sidone;	28 and to Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, as far as the great Sidon.
29 e ritorna in Orma insino alla cittade (fortissima e) munitissima di Tiro, e insino ad Osa; e saranno le sue uscite nel mare della misura d' Acziba;	29 And it turns back at Ramah, even to the very fortified city of Tyre, and even to Hosah. And its exits shall be at the sea, from the lot of Achzib;
30 e Amma e Afec e Roob; le quali tutte sono cittadi XXII, e le loro ville.	30 and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty-two cities, and their villages.
31 Questa si è la possessione de' figliuoli di Aser, per parentadi (e famiglie), e le cittadi loro e ville.	31 This is the possession of the sons of Asher, by their families, and the cities and their villages.
32 E la sesta sorte cascò sopra de' figliuoli di Neftali, per le sue famiglie.	32 The sixth lot fell to the sons of Naphtali, by their families.
33 E cominciò il termine loro da Elef e da Elon, e da Saananim e da Adami, la quale si è Neceb, e da Iebnael insino a Leco; e le loro uscite insino al (fiume) Giordano.	33 And its border begins from Heleph and Elon, into Zaanannim, and Adami, which is Nekeb, and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum. And its exits are as far as the Jordan.
34 E ritorna il termine verso l'occidente in Azanottabor; e poi quindi riesce (e torna) in Ucuca, e trapassa in Zabulon verso il mezzodì, e in Aser verso l'occidente, e in Giuda al (fiume) Giordano dirimpetto ove si leva il sole;	34 And the border turns back to the west at Aznoth-tabor, and it goes out from there to Hukkok. And continues on to Zebulun, in the south, and to Asher, in the west, and to Judah, at the Jordan, toward the rising of the sun.
35 cittadi fortissime, cioè Assedim, Ser ed Emat e Reccat e Ceneret,	35 And the most fortified cities are Ziddim, Zer and Hammath, and Rakkath, and Chinnereth,
36 ed Edema e Arama e Asor,	36 and Adamah and Ramah, Hazor
37 e Cedes ed Edrai, Enasor,	37 and Kedesh and Edrei, Enhazor
38 e Geron e Magdalel, Orem e Betanat e Betsames; le quali sono cittadi XVIIII, e le loro ville.	38 and Yiron and Migdalel, Horem and Bethanath, and Beth-shemesh: nineteen cities, and their villages.
39 Questa si è la possessione della schiatta di Neftali (cioè de' suoi figliuoli) per parentadi (e famiglie) loro, e cittadi e castella e le ville loro.	39 This is the possession of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, by their families, the cities and their villages.
40 E uscì fuori la settima sorte della schiatta de' figliuoli di Dan.	40 The seventh lot went out to the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families.
41 (E fue la settima) e fue il termine della sua possessione: Saraa ed Estaol e Irsemes, cioè la città del sole,	41 And the border of their possession was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh, that is, the City of the Sun,
42 Selebin e Aialon e letela,	42 Sha-alabbin, and Aijalon, and Ithlah,
43 Elon e Temna e Acron,	43 Elon, and Timnah, and Ekron,

46 e Meiarcon e Arecon, col termine che riesce in Ioppen,	46 and Mejarkon and Rakkon, with a border that looks toward Joppa,
47 e rinchiudesi in quello confine. E salirono suso (e andarono) i figliuoli di Dan, e combatterono contro alla città di Lesem, e sì la pigliarono; sì gli misero tutti alle punta delle coltella, e possedetterla e abitarono dentro, e sì la chiamarono Lesem Dan, secondo il nome di Dan padre loro. (E conchiudesi quella cittade in quello confine).	47 and there the last part is concluded. And the sons of Dan ascended and fought against Leshem, and they seized it. And they struck it with the mouth of the sword, and they possessed it, and they lived in it, calling it by the name of Leshem-Dan, according to the name of their father Dan.
48 Questa si è la possessione della schiatta dei figliuoli di Dan, secondo i loro parentadi (e famiglie loro), e le ville e le castella e le cittadi loro.	48 This is the possession of the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, the cities and their villages.
49 E poi ch' ebbe compiuto di dividere la terra per sorte a ciascuno secondo le loro schiatte, sì diedono poi li figliuoli d' Israel la possessione a Iosuè, figliuolo di Nun, nel mezzo di loro	49 And when he had completed dividing the land by lot to each one by their tribes, the sons of Israel gave a possession to Joshua, the son of Nun, in their midst,
50 secondo il comandamento di Dio Signore, quella cittade la quale domandò, che si chiama Tamnat Saraa nel monte di Efraim; e si abitò la città, però che l' avea edificata (e sì vi abitò dentro).	50 in accord with the precept of the Lord, the city he requested, Timnath-Serah, on mount Ephraim. And he built up the city, and he lived in it.
51 E queste sono le possessioni, le quali diviseno per sorte Eleazaro (sommo) sacerdote (e prete) e Iosuè figliuolo di Nun e i principi delle famiglie e delle schiatte d' Israel in Silo, dinanzi a Dio Signore all'uscio del tabernacolo del testimonio; e divisero la terra.	51 These are the possessions which Eleazar, the priest, and Joshua, the son of Nun, and the leaders of the families and tribes of the sons of Israel divided by lot at Shiloh, before the Lord, at the door of the Tabernacle of the Testimony. And so did they divide the land.
