1 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Now you wil see what I am going to do to Pharaoh. A mighty hand wilforce him to let them go, a mighty hand will force him to expel them from his country.'	1 Pan rzekł wtedy do Mojżesza: Teraz ujrzysz, co uczynię faraonowi. Zmuszony mocną ręką wypuści ich i mocną ręką wypędzi ich ze swego kraju.
2 God spoke to Moses and said to him, 'I am Yahweh.	2 Bóg rozmawiał z Mojżeszem i powiedział mu: Jam jest Jahwe.
3 To Abraham, Isaac and Jacob I appeared as El Shaddai, but I did not make my name Yahweh known tothem.	3 Ja objawiłem się Abrahamowi, Izaakowi i Jakubowi jako Bóg Wszechmocny, ale imienia mego, Jahwe, nie objawiłem im.
4 I also made my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the country in which they wereliving as aliens.	4 Ponadto ustanowiłem też przymierze moje z nimi, że im dam kraj Kanaan, kraj ich wędrówek, gdzie przebywali jako przybysze.

6 So say to the Israelites, "I am Yahweh. I shall free you from the forced labour of the Egyptians; I shalrescue you from their slavery and I shal redeem you with outstretched arm and mighty acts of judgement.	6 Przeto powiedz synom izraelskim: Ja jestem Pan! Uwolnię was od jarzma egipskiego i wybawię was z niewoli, i wyswobodzę was wyciągniętym ramieniem i przez surowe kary.
7 I shall take you as my people and I shal be your God. And you wil know that I am Yahweh your God,who have freed you from the forced labour of the Egyptians.	7 I wezmę sobie was za mój lud, i będę wam Bogiem, i przekonacie się, że Ja, Pan, Bóg wasz, uwolniłem was spod jarzma egipskiego.
8 Then I shal lead you into the country which I swore I would give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, andshall give it to you as your heritage, I, Yahweh." '	8 Potem wprowadzę was do ziemi, którą z ręką podniesioną przysiągłem dać Abrahamowi, Izaakowi i Jakubowi. Dam ją wam na własność. Zaiste, Ja jestem Pan!
9 And Moses repeated this to the Israelites, but they would not listen to Moses, so crushed was their spiritand so cruel their slavery.	9 Mojżesz oznajmił te słowa Izraelitom, którzy nie chcieli ich słuchać z powodu udręki ducha i z powodu ciężkich robót.
10 Yahweh then said to Moses,	10 Pan powiedział do Mojżesza:
11 'Go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and tel him to let the Israelites leave his country.'	11 Idź i powiedz faraonowi, królowi egipskiemu, aby wypuścił Izraelitów ze swego kraju.
12 But Moses spoke out in Yahweh's presence and said, 'The Israelites have not listened to me, so whyshould Pharaoh take any notice of a poor speaker like me?'	12 Mojżesz wymawiał się przed Panem mówiąc: Jeśli Izraelici nie chcą mię słuchać, jakże faraon będzie słuchał mnie, któremu mówienie sprawia trudność?
13 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron and sent them to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites outof Egypt.	13 Pan powiedział do Mojżesza i Aarona i dał im rozkaz dla Izraelitów i dla faraona, króla egipskiego, aby pozwolił wyjść Izraelitom z ziemi egipskiej.
14 These were their heads of families: The sons of Reuben, Israel's first-born: Hanoch, Pal u, Hezron andCarmi: these are the clans of Reuben.	14 Oto naczelnicy rodów: synowie Rubena, pierworodnego Izraela: Henoch i Pallu, Chesron i Karmi; to są rodziny Rubena.
15 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul son of the Canaanite woman:these are the clans of Simeon.	15 Synowie Symeona: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jakin, Sochar i Szaul, syn Kananejki; to są rodziny Symeona.
16 These were the names of the sons of Levi with their descendants: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. Levilived for a hundred and thirty-seven years.	16 Oto imiona synów Lewiego z ich rodzinami: Gerszon, Kehat i Merari. Lat życia Lewiego było sto trzydzieści siedem.

21 The sons of Izhar were: Korah, Nepheg and Zichri.	21 Synowie Jishara: Korah, Nefeg i Zikri.
22 And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, Elzaphan and Sithri.	22 Synowie Uzzjela: Miszael, Elsafan i Sitri.
23 Aaron married Elisheba daughter of Amminadab and sister of Nahshon, and she bore him Nadab,Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.	23 Aaron wziął za żonę Elżbietę, córkę Aminadaba, siostrę Nachszona, która mu urodziła Nadaba, Abihu, Eleazara i Itamara.
24 The sons of Korah: Assir, Elkanah and Abiasaph. These are the clans of the Korahites.	24 Synowie Koracha: Assir, Elkana i Abiasaf. Oto rody Korachitów.
25 Eleazar, son of Aaron, married one of Putiel's daughters who bore him Phinehas. These were theLevitical heads of families, according to clan.	25 Eleazar, syn Aarona, wziął za żonę jedną z córek Putiela, i ona urodziła mu Pinchasa. To są głowy rodów lewickich według ich rodzin.
26 It was to this Aaron and Moses that Yahweh said, 'Lead the Israelites out of Egypt in their armies.'	26 Oto są ci, Aaron i Mojżesz, do których właśnie rzekł Pan: Wyprowadźcie synów Izraela z Egiptu według ich zastępów.
27 It was they who spoke to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites out of Egypt -- namely Mosesand Aaron.	27 To oni przemawiali do faraona, króla egipskiego, i wyprowadzili Izraelitów z Egiptu: oni, Mojżesz i Aaron.
28 Now the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in Egypt,	28 Gdy Pan przemawiał do Mojżesza w ziemi egipskiej,
29 Yahweh said to Moses, 'Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt everything that I am going to say to you.'	29 powiedział mu wtedy Pan: Ja jestem Pan! Powiedz faraonowi, królowi egipskiemu, wszystko, co ci powiedziałem.
30 But Moses said to Yahweh's face, 'I am a poor speaker, so why should Pharaoh take any notice ofme?'	30 A Mojżesz tak się tłumaczył przed Panem: Oto mówienie sprawia mi trudność. Jakże więc faraon zechce mię słuchać?
