Hosea 6

1 In their tribulation, they will arise early to me. Come, let us return to the Lord.	1 «Vengan, volvamos al Señor: él nos ha desgarrado, pero nos sanará; ha golpeado, pero vendará nuestras heridas.
2 For he has seized us, and he will heal us. He will strike, and he will cure us.	2 Después de dos días nos hará revivir, al tercer día nos levantará, y viviremos en su presencia.
3 He will revive us after two days; on the third day he will raise us up, and we will live in his sight. We will understand, and we will continue on, so that we may know the Lord. His landing place has been prepared like the first light of morning, and he will come to us like the early and the late rains of the land.	3 Esforcémonos por conocer al Señor: su aparición es cierta como la aurora. Vendrá a nosotros como la lluvia, como la lluvia de primavera que riega la tierra».
4 What am I to do with you, Ephraim? What am I to do with you, Judah? Your mercy is like the morning mist, and like the dew passing away in the morning.	4 ¿Qué haré contigo, Efraím? ¿Qué haré contigo, Judá? Porque el amor de ustedes es como nube matinal, como el rocío de pronto se disipa.
5 Because of this, I have cut them with the prophets, I have slain them with the words of my mouth; and your opinions will depart like the light.	5 Por eso los hice pedazos por medio de los profetas, los hice morir con las palabras de mi boca, y mi juicio surgirá como la luz.
6 For I desired mercy and not sacrifice, and knowledge of God more than holocausts.	6 Porque yo quiero amor y no sacrificios, conocimiento de Dios más que holocaustos.
7 But they, like Adam, have transgressed the covenant; in this, they have been dishonest with me.	7 Ellos violaron mi alianza en Adam, allí me traicionaron.
8 Gilead is a city that manufactures idols; it has been tripped up by family relations.	8 Galaad es una ciudad de malhechores, llena de improntas de sangre.
9 And, like those who rob with skillful words, they, by conspiring with the priests, bring a death sentence to travelers on a pilgrimage from Shechem; for they have been performing evil deeds.	9 Como bandidos que están al acecho, una banda de sacerdotes asesina en el camino de Siquem; ¡es una infamia lo que hacen!
10 I have seen horrible things in the house of Israel; the fornications of Ephraim are there. Israel has been contaminated.	10 En la casa de Israel he visto una cosa horrible; allí se prostituye Efraím, se contamina Israel.
11 But you, Judah, set a harvest for yourself, while I reverse the captivity of my people.	11 También a ti, Judá, se te ha destinado una cosecha, cuando yo cambie la suerte de mi pueblo.
