1 Alleluia. ALEPH. Blessed are the immaculate in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.	1 Alleluia. Alef. Beati chi sono immaculati nella via, li quali vanno nella legge del Signore.
2 Blessed are those who examine his testimonies. They seek him with their whole heart.	2 Beati coloro che cercano li suoi testimonii; in tutto lo cuore cercano esso.
3 For those who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.	3 Per che non sono andati nelle sue vie li operanti la iniquità.
4 You have ordered your commandments to be kept most diligently.	4 Tu comandasti esser molto osservati li tuoi comandamenti.
5 I wish that my ways may be directed so as to keep your justifications.	5 Iddio voglia che siano drizzate le vie mie a osservare le giustificazioni tue.
6 Then I will not be confounded, when I will look into all your commandments.	6 Allora non sarò confuso, quando mi risguardard in tutti li comandamenti tuoi.
7 I will confess to you with honesty of heart. In this way, I have learned the judgments of your justice.	7 A te confessarò nel drizzare del cuore, in quello che imparai li giudicii della giustizia tua.
8 I will keep your justifications. Do not utterly abandon me.	8 Osservarò le tue giustificazioni; insino qui non mi abbandonare.
9 BETH. By what does an adolescent correct his way? By keeping to your words.	9 Bet. In cui il giovane corregge la via sua? nell'osservare li parlari tuoi.
10 With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me be driven away from your commandments.	10 Ho te cercato con tutto lo cuore mio; non mi scacciare dalli comandamenti tuoi.
11 I have hidden your eloquence in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.	11 Nel mio cuore ho ascoso li parlari tuoi, acciò a te non pecchi.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord. Teach me your justifications.	12 Benedetto sei, Signore; insegnami le giustificazioni tue.
13 With my lips, I have pronounced all the judgments of your mouth.	13 Nelle mie labbra ho pronunziato tutti li giudicii della tua bocca.
14 I have been delighted in the way of your testimonies, as if in all riches.	14 Hommi dilettato nella via delle tue promissioni, come in tutte le ricchezze.
15 I will be trained in your commandments, and I will consider your ways.	15 Mi adoperarò nelli comandamenti tuoi; e considerarò le vie tue.
16 I will meditate on your justifications. I will not forget your words.	16 Pensarò nelle giustificazioni tue; non mi dimenticarò li parlari tuoi.
17 GHIMEL. Repay your servant, revive me; and I will keep your words.	17 Gimel. Al tuo servo retribui, vivifica me; e osservarò li parlari tuoi.
18 Reveal to my eyes, and I will consider the wonders of your law.	18 Apri li occhi miei; e considerarò le maraviglie della legge tua.
19 I am a sojourner on the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.	19 Nella terra io son forestiero; da me non ascondere li tuoi comandamenti.
20 My soul has longed to desire your justifications at all times.	20 L'anima mia ha desiderato di desiderare le tue giustificazioni in ogni tempo.
21 You have rebuked the arrogant. Those who decline from your commandments are accursed.	21 Reprendesti li superbi: maledetti coloro che si partono dalli comandamenti tuoi.
22 Take me away from disgrace and contempt, for I have sought your testimonies.	22 Da me leva l' obbrobrio e dispregio; per che ho cercato le promissioni tue.
23 For even the leaders sat and spoke against me. But your servant has been trained in your justifications.	23 E certo sederono li prìncipi, e contra di me parlavano; ma il tuo servo operavasi nelle tue giustificazioni.
24 For your testimonies are also my meditation, and your justifications are my counsel.	24 Certo nel mio pensiero sono le tue promissioni; e il mio consiglio sono le tue giustificazioni.
25 DALETH. My soul has adhered to the pavement. Revive me according to your word.	25 Daleth. Accostai l' anima mia al pavimento; vivifica me secondo la parola tua.
26 I have declared my ways, and you have heeded me. Teach me your justifications.	26 Ho raccontato le vie mie, e mi hai esaudito; insegnami le giustificazioni tue.
27 Instruct me in the way of your justifications, and I will be trained in your wonders.	27 Mostrami la via delle giustificazioni tue; e adoperarommi nelle maraviglie tue.
28 My soul has slumbered because of weariness. Confirm me in your words.	28 L' anima mia si ha addormentata per fastidio; confermami nelle parole tue.
29 Remove the way of iniquity from me, and have mercy on me by your law.	29 Da me rimovi la via della iniquità; e della legge tua abbi misericordia di me.
30 I have chosen the way of truth. I have not forgotten your judgments.	30 Ho eletto la via della verità; non mi sono dismenticato li giudicii tuoi.
31 I have adhered to your testimonies, O Lord. Do not be willing to confound me.	31 Sonmi accostato, Signore, alle tue promissioni; non mi volere confundere.
32 I have run by way of your commandments, when you enlarged my heart.	32 Son corso nella via de' comandamenti tuoi, quando allargasti il cuore mio.
33 HE. O Lord, place the law before me, the way of your justifications, and I will always inquire into it.	33 ??. Signore, ponimi legge nella via delle giustificazioni tue; e sempre ricercherò quella.
34 Give me understanding, and I will examine your law. And I will keep it with my whole heart.	34 A me dà l'intelletto, e cercherò la legge tua; e in tutto il mio cuore cercherò quella.
35 Lead me according to the path of your commandments, for I have desired this.	35 Menami nella via de' tuoi comandamenti; per che l' ho vogliuta.
36 Bend my heart with your testimonies, and not with avarice.	36 Inclina il cuore mio nelle tue promissioni; e non nell' avarizia.
37 Turn my eyes away, lest they see what is vain. Revive me in your way.	37 Rimovi gli occhi miei, per che non veda la vanità; nella tua via vivifica me.
38 Station your eloquence with your servant, along with your fear.	38 Al tuo servo ordina il tuo parlare, nel timore tuo.
39 Cut off my disgrace, which I have taken up, for your judgments are delightful.	39 Rimovi il mio obbrobrio, che ho suspicato; però che sono li giudicii tuoi giocundi.
40 Behold, I have longed for your commandments. Revive me in your fairness.	40 Ecco che ho desiderato li comandamenti tuoi; nella tua equità vivifica me.
41 VAU. And let your mercy overwhelm me, O Lord: your salvation according to your eloquence.	41 Vau. E sopra di me, Signore, venga la misericordia tua; il Salvatore tuo, secondo il parlare tuo.
42 And I will respond to those who reproach me by word, for I have hoped in your words.	42 Risponderò alli maledicenti con la parola; per che ho sperato ne' tuoi parlari.
43 And do not utterly take away the word of truth from my mouth. For in your judgments, I have hoped beyond hope.	43 Dalla mia bocca giammai non rimovere la parola della verità; per che ho sperato ne' comandamenti tuoi.
44 And I will always keep your law, in this age and forever and ever.	44 E sempre osserverò la legge tua; nel seculo e IN SECULUM SECULI.
45 And I have wandered far and wide, because I was seeking your commandments.	45 E andava nella larghezza; per che ho cercato li tuoi comandamenti.
46 And I spoke of your testimonies in the sight of kings, and I was not confounded.	46 E nel cospetto de' re parlava le tue promissioni; e non era confuso.
47 And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.	47 E pensarò ne' comandamenti tuoi, che (già) ho amati.
48 And I lifted up my hands to your commandments, which I loved. And I was trained in your justifications.	48 E levai le mani mie a' [tuoi] comandamenti che (già) amai; e adoperarommi nelle giustificazioni tue.
49 ZAIN. Be mindful of your word to your servant, by which you have given me hope.	49 Zain. Ricordati del tuo parlare, fatto al servo tuo, nel quale a me ha dato la speranza.
50 This has consoled me in my humiliation, for your word has revived me.	50 Questa è stata la consolazione nella umiltà mia; per che m' ha vivificato il parlare tuo.
51 The arrogant act altogether iniquitously, but I have not turned aside from your law.	51 Li superbi operavano iniquamente sempre; ma non mi son partito dalla legge tua.
52 I called to mind your judgments of antiquity, O Lord, and I was consoled.	52 Dal principio mi son ricordato delle tue giustificazioni; e fui consolato.
53 Faintness has taken hold of me, because of the sinners, those who abandon your law.	53 Il mancamento m' ha tenuto, per peccatori abbandonanti la legge tua.
54 Your justifications were the subject of my worthy singing, in the place of my pilgrimage.	54 A me erano da cantare le tue giustificazioni, nel luogo della mia peregrinazione.
55 During the night, I remembered your name, O Lord, and I kept your law.	55 Nella notte mi son arricordato del nome Signore; e osservai la legge tua.
56 This has happened to me because I sought your justifications.	56 A me è fatta questa; per che ho cercato le giustificazioni tue.
57 HETH. O Lord, my portion, I have said that I would keep your law.	57 Heth. Signore, sei la parte mia; ho detto di osservare la legge tua.
58 I have beseeched your face with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.	58 In tutto il cuore mio ho deprecato la faccia tua; abbi misericordia di me secondo il parlare tuo.
59 I have considered my ways, and I have turned my feet toward your testimonies.	59 Ho pensato le vie mie; e ho convertito li piedi miei nelle tue promissioni.
60 I have been prepared, and I have not been disturbed, so that I may keep your commandments.	60 Sono apparecchiato, e non sono turbato acciò osservi li tuoi comandamenti.
61 The ropes of the impious have encircled me, and I have not forgotten your law.	61 Hanno me intorno legato li legami de' peccatori; e non mi son dismenticato la legge tua.
62 I arose in the middle of the night to confess to you, over the judgments of your justification.	62 Nella mezza notte mi levava a confessare a te, sopra li giudicii della tua giustificazione.
63 I am a partaker with all those who fear you and who keep your commandments.	63 Fatto son partecipe di tutti li tuoi tementi, e delli osservanti li comandamenti tuoi.
64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy. Teach me your justifications.	64 Signore, piena è la terra della tua misericordia; insegnami le giustificazioni tue.
65 TETH. You have done well with your servant, O Lord, according to your word.	65 Teth. Signore, facesti la bontà col servo tuo, secondo la tua parola.
66 Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge, for I have trusted your commandments.	66 Insegnami la bontà e disciplina e scienza; per che ho creduto a' tuoi comandamenti.
67 Before I was humbled, I committed offenses; because of this, I have kept to your word.	67 Prima che fossi umiliato, io peccai; però ho osservato il parlare tuo.
68 You are good, so in your goodness teach me your justifications.	68 Tu sei buono; e nella bontà tua insegnami le giustificazioni tue.
69 The iniquity of the arrogant has been multiplied over me. Yet I will examine your commandments with all my heart.	69 Accresciuta è sopra di me la iniquità dei superbi; ma io con tutto il cuore mio cercarò li comandamenti tuoi.
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk. Truly, I have meditated on your law.	70 Il loro cuore è adunato, come latte; ma io ho meditato la legge tua.
71 It is good for me that you humbled me, so that I may learn your justifications.	71 A me è stato buono, per che mi umiliasti; acciò impari le giustificazioni tue.
72 The law of your mouth is good for me, beyond thousands of gold and silver pieces.	72 A me è buona la legge della bocca tua, sopra migliara di oro e di argento.
73 IOD. Your hands have created me and formed me. Give me understanding, and I will learn your commandments.	73 Iod. Le mani tue mi fecero e plasmorono; dammi intelletto, acciò impari li comandamenti tuoi.
74 Those who fear you will see me, and they will rejoice. For I have greatly hoped in your words.	74 Coloro che ti temono, vederanno me e rallegraransi; per che ho sperato nelle parole tue.
75 I know, O Lord, that your judgments are fairness. And in your truth, you have humbled me.	75 Ho conosciuto, Signore, come li tuoi giudicii sono equità; e ha'mi umiliato nella tua verità.
76 Let it be your mercy that consoles me, according to your eloquence to your servant.	76 Sia fatta la tua misericordia, acciò mi consoli, secondo che hai parlato al servo tuo.
77 Let your compassion draw near to me, and I will live. For your law is my meditation.	77 A me vengano le tue miserazioni, e viverò; per che la legge tua è il pensiere mio.
78 Let the arrogant be confounded, for unjustly they have done iniquity to me. But I will be trained in your commandments.	78 Siano confusi li superbi, per che hanno ingiustamente fatto iniquità contra di me; ma io adoperarommi ne' tuoi comandamenti.
79 Let those who fear you turn to me, along with those who know your testimonies.	79 A me converteransi li tuoi tementi, e coloro che hanno conosciuto le promissioni tue.
80 Let my heart be immaculate in your justifications, so that I may not be confounded.	80 Nelle tue giustificazioni sia fatto il mio cuore immaculato, acciò non sia confuso.
81 CAPH. My soul has faltered in your salvation, yet in your word, I have hoped beyond hope.	81 Caph. L'anima mia è venuta meno nel tuo Salvatore; e sopra di ciò ho sperato nella tua parola.
82 My eyes have failed in your eloquence, saying, “When will you console me?”	82 Nel tuo parlare sono venuti meno gli occhii miei, dicenti quando mi consolerai?
83 For I have become like a wineskin in the frost. I have not forgotten your justifications.	83 Per che fatto sono come otre nella pioggia; non mi son dismenticato le giustificazioni tue.
84 How many are the days of your servant? When will you bring judgment against those who persecute me?	84 Quanti sono li giorni del servo tuo? quando farai il giudicio de' miei persecutori?
85 The iniquitous have spoken fables to me. But these are unlike your law.	85 Li iniqui m' han raccontato le fabulazioni; ma non già la legge tua.
86 All your commandments are truth. They have been persecuting me unjustly: assist me.	86 Tutti li comandamenti tuoi sono verità; li iniqui mi hanno perseguitato; aiutami.
87 They have nearly consumed me on earth. Yet I have not forsaken your commandments.	87 Poco meno mi hanno consumato in la terra; io non ho abbandonato li comandamenti tuoi.
88 Revive me according to your mercy. And I will keep the testimonies of your mouth.	88 Vivifica me secondo la misericordia tua; e osservarò le promissioni della bocca tua.
89 LAMED. O Lord, your word remains firm in heaven, for all eternity.	89 Lamed. Signore, la parola tua è ferma in eterno.
90 Your truth is from generation to generation. You have founded the earth, and it remains firm.	90 La tua verità è dalla generazione nella generazione; hai fondato la terra; lei sta ferma.
91 By your ordinance, the day perseveres. For all things are in service to you.	91 Per la tua ordinazione persèverano li giorni; però [che] tutte cose servono a te.
92 If your law had not been my meditation, then perhaps I would have perished in my humiliation.	92 Se non fusse che la tua legge è nel mio pensiero; allora forse perirei nella mia umilità.
93 I will not forget your justifications, for eternity. For by them, you have enlivened me.	93 Già mai non mi dismenticarò le giustizie tue; per che in quelle mi hai data la vita.
94 I am yours. Accomplish my salvation. For I have inquired into your justifications.	94 Son tuo, fammi salvo; però ch' io ho cercato le giustificazioni tue.
95 The sinners have waited for me, in order to destroy me. I have understood your testimonies.	95 Hannomi aspettato li peccatori per distruggermi; ho inteso le promissioni tue.
96 I have seen the end of the consummation of all things. Your commandment is exceedingly broad.	96 Ho veduto la fine di tutta la consumazione; molto largo è il comandamento tuo.
97 MEM. How have I loved your law, O Lord? It is my meditation all day long.	97 Mem. Signore, a quale modo ho amato la tua legge? tutto il giorno è stata il mio pensiero.
98 By your commandment, you have made me able to see far, beyond my enemies. For it is with me for eternity.	98 Col tuo comandamento facesti me prudente sopra' nemici miei; per che a me sempre sei (Signore).
99 I have understood beyond all my teachers. For your testimonies are my meditation.	99 Ho inteso sopra tutti li maestri miei; per che la tua promissione è il mio pensiere.
100 I have understood beyond the elders. For I have searched your commandments.	100 Ho inteso sopra li antichi; per che cercai li comandamenti tuoi.
101 I have prohibited my feet from every evil way, so that I may keep your words.	101 Remossi li piedi miei da tutti li mali, per guardare le parole tue.
102 I have not declined from your judgments, because you have stationed a law for me.	102 Non son partito delli giudicii tuoi; per che a me hai posto la legge tua.
103 How sweet is your eloquence to my palate, more so than honey to my mouth!	103 Quanto son sono dolci alle fauci mie le parole tue sopra il miele alla bocca mia!
104 I obtained understanding by your commandments. Because of this, I have hated every way of iniquity.	104 Dalli tuoi comandamenti (già) ho inteso; però ho avuto in odio ogni via della iniquità.
105 NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths.	105 Nun. La parola tua è lucerna alli piedi miei, e lume alli sentieri miei.
106 I have sworn it, and so I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice.	106 Ho giurato e deliberato di osservare li giudicii della giustizia tua.
107 I have been altogether humbled, Lord. Revive me according to your word.	107 Insino a mo' son umiliato, Signore; vivìficami secondo la parola tua.
108 Make the willing offerings of my mouth well pleasing, Lord, and teach me your judgments.	108 La volontà dalla mia bocca, Signore, fa che ti sia piacevole; e a me insegna li giudicii tuoi.
109 My soul is always in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.	109 L'anima mia sempre nelle mani mie; e non mi ho dismenticato la legge tua.
110 Sinners have set a snare for me, yet I have not strayed from your commandments.	110 A me hanno posto li peccatori il lacciuolo; e non errai nelli comandamenti tuoi.
111 I have acquired your testimonies as an inheritance unto eternity, because they are the exultation of my heart.	111 Per eredità sempre ho acquistato le tue promissioni; per che le sono allegrezza del cuore mio.
112 I have inclined my heart to do your justifications for eternity, as a recompense.	112 Ho abbassato il cuore mio a fare sempre le giustificazioni tue, per amore della retribuzione.
113 SAMECH. I have hated the iniquitous, and I have loved your law.	113 Samech. Io ho avuto in odio li iniqui; e la legge tua ho amato.
114 You are my helper and my supporter. And in your word, I have greatly hoped.	114 Tu sei il mio aiutore e mio ricevitore; e ho sperato sopra il parlare tuo.
115 Turn away from me, you malignant ones. And I will examine the commandments of my God.	115 Partitevi da me, o maligni; e cercherò li comandamenti del Dio mio.
116 Uphold me according to your eloquence, and I will live. And let me not be confounded in my expectation.	116 Ricevimi nel tuo parlare, e viverò; e non mi confundere della mia espettazione.
117 Help me, and I will be saved. And I will meditate always on your justifications.	117 Aiutami, e sarò salvo; e sempre penserò nelle tue giustificazioni.
118 You have despised all those who fell away from your judgments. For their intention is unjust.	118 Hai disprezzato tutti che si partono dalli tuoi giudicii; per che loro pensiero non è giusto.
119 I have considered all the sinners of the earth to be transgressors. Therefore, I have loved your testimonies.	119 Ho reputato tutti li peccatori della terra prevaricanti; però ho amato le promissioni tue.
120 Pierce my flesh with your fear, for I am afraid of your judgments.	120 Tormenta la mia carne col timore tuo; per che ho temuto li giudicii tuoi.
121 AIN. I have accomplished judgment and justice. Do not hand me over to those who slander me.	121 Ain. Ho fatto il giudicio e la giustizia; non mi dare alli miei maledicenti.
122 Uphold your servant in what is good. And do not allow the arrogant to slander me.	122 Ricevi in bene il servo tuo; di me non dicano male li superbi.
123 My eyes have failed in your salvation and in the eloquence of your justice.	123 Son venuti a meno gli occhi miei nel tuo Salvatore, e nel parlare della tua giustizia.
124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your justifications.	124 Col tuo servo fa secondo la tua misericordia; e insegnami le tue giustificazioni.
125 I am your servant. Give me understanding, so that I may know your testimonies.	125 Io son tuo servo; donami intelletto, acciò sappia le tue promissioni.
126 It is time to act, O Lord. They have dissipated your law.	126 Egli è tempo, Signore, che adoperi; egli hanno dissipato la legge tua.
127 Therefore, I have loved your commandments beyond gold and topaz.	127 Però (che) ho amato li tuoi comandamenti, sopra l'auro e il topazio.
128 Because of this, I was directed toward all your commandments. I held hatred for every iniquitous way.	128 Però mi drizzava a tutti li tuoi comandamenti; ho avuto in odio ogni via iniqua.
129 PHE. Your testimonies are wonderful. Therefore, my soul has been examined by them.	129 Phe. Mirabili sono le tue promissioni; però l' anima mia le ha cercate.
130 The declaration of your words illuminates, and it gives understanding to little ones.	130 La dechiarazione de' parlari tuoi illumina; e a' piccoli dona intelletto.
131 I opened my mouth and drew breath, for I desired your commandments.	131 Apersi la mia bocca, e trassi il spirito; per che desiderava li comandamenti tuoi.
132 Gaze upon me and be merciful to me, according to the judgment of those who love your name.	132 Risguarda a me, e abbi misericordia di me, secondo il giudicio dell' amanti il nome tuo.
133 Direct my steps according to your eloquence, and let no injustice rule over me.	133 Drizza li miei andari secondo il parlare tuo, acciò non mi signorizzi ogni ingiustizia.
134 Redeem me from the slanders of men, so that I may keep your commandments.	134 Recomprami dalle calunnie delli uomini, acciò servi li comandamenti tuoi.
135 Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your justifications.	135 Sopra il servo tuo illumina la faccia tua; e insegnami le giustificazioni tue.
136 My eyes have gushed like springs of water, because they have not kept your law.	136 Gli occhi miei hanno sparto il corso dell' acque; per che non hanno osservato la legge tua.
137 SADE. You are just, O Lord, and your judgment is right.	137 Sade. Giusto sei, Signore; e dritto è il giudicio tuo.
138 You have commanded justice: your testimonies and your truth even more so.	138 Mandasti la giustizia e le promissioni tue, e molta verità tua.
139 My zeal has caused me to pine away, because my enemies have forgotten your words.	139 Me han fatto venire meno li miei peccati; per che li miei nemici hannosi dismenticato le parole tue.
140 Your eloquence has been greatly enflamed, and your servant has loved it.	140 Il parlare tuo è molto affocato; e il servo tuo hallo amato.
141 I am young and treated with contempt. But I have not forgotten your justifications.	141 Son giovincello, e disprezzato; non mi sono dismenticato le giustificazioni tue.
142 Your justice is justice for all eternity, and your law is truth.	142 La giustizia tua è giustizia in eterno; e la legge tua è verità.
143 Tribulation and anguish have found me. Your commandments are my meditation.	143 Hanno me ritrovato le tribulazioni e angustia; li tuoi comandamenti sono li pensieri miei.
144 Your testimonies are fairness unto eternity. Give me understanding, and I will live.	144 Le tue promissioni sono equità in eterno; dammi intelletto, e viverò.
145 COPH. I cried out with my whole heart. Heed me, O Lord. I will ask for your justifications.	145 Coph. Io gridai con tutto lo cuore mio: esaudi me, Signore; ricercarò le giustificazioni tue.
146 I cried out to you. Save me, so that I may keep your commandments.	146 Gridai a te: fa me salvo, acciò osservi li comandamenti tuoi.
147 I arrived first in maturity, and so I cried out. For in your words, I have hoped beyond hope.	147 Fecimi inanzi con la celerità, e gridai; per che sperai sopra le parole tue.
148 My eyes preceded the dawn for you, so that I might meditate on your eloquence.	148 Gli occhi miei vennero a te per tempo, acciò pensassi li parlari tuoi.
149 Hear my voice according to your mercy, O Lord. And revive me according to your judgment.	149 Odi la mia voce secondo la misericordia tua, Signore; e vivifica me secondo il giudicio tuo.
150 Those who persecute me have drawn near to iniquity, but they been brought far from your law.	150 Li miei persecutori sono appressati alla iniquità; ma sono fatti lontani dalla legge tua.
151 You are near, O Lord, and all your ways are truth.	151 Tu sei appresso, Signore; e tutte le tue vie sono verità.
152 I have known from the beginning about your testimonies. For you founded them in eternity.	152 Nel principio conobbi delle promissioni tue, come in eterno fondasti quelle.
153 RES. See my humiliation and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your law.	153 Res. Vedi la umilità mia, e libera me; per che non mi son dismenticato la legge tua.

156 Many are your mercies, O Lord. Enliven me according to your judgment.	156 Molte sono le misericordie tue, Signore; secondo il giudicio tuo vivifica me.
157 Many are those who persecute me and who trouble me. I have not turned away from your testimonies.	157 Molti sono che mi persèguitano e trìbulano; non mi sono partito dalle promissioni tue.
158 I saw the prevaricators, and I pine away. For they have not kept your word.	158 Ho veduto li prevaricatori, e (per carità) mi doleva; per che non osservorono li parlari tuoi.
159 O Lord, see how I have loved your commandments. Revive me in your mercy.	159 Vedi, Signore, che io ho amato li comandamenti tuoi; vivifica me nella misericordia tua.
160 The beginning of your words is truth. All the judgments of your justice are for eternity.	160 Il principio de' tuoi parlari è verità; in eterno sono tutti li giudicii della giustizia tua.
161 SIN. The leaders have persecuted me without cause. And my heart has been awed by your words.	161 Sin. Hannomi senza cagione perseguitato li principi; e dalle parole tue temette il cuore mio.
162 I will rejoice over your eloquence, like one who has found many spoils.	162 Io mi rallegrarò sopra li parlari tuoi, come chi ha trovate robe molte.
163 I have held hatred for iniquity, and I have abhorred it. Yet I have loved your law.	163 Ho avuto in odio la iniquità e in abominazione; ma ho amato la legge tua.
164 Seven times a day, I uttered praise to you about the judgments of your justice.	164 A te ho detto le laudi sette volte nel giorno, sopra li giudicii della giustizia tua.
165 Those who love your law have great peace, and there is no scandal for them.	165 Alli amanti la legge tua è molta pace; e a loro non è scandalo.
166 I have waited for your salvation, O Lord. And I have loved your commandments.	166 Aspettava il Salvatore tuo, Signore; e ho amato li comandamenti tuoi.
167 My soul has kept to your testimonies and has loved them exceedingly.	167 L'anima mia ha osservato le promissioni tue; e amai quelle grandemente.
168 I have served your commandments and your testimonies. For all my ways are before your sight.	168 Ho servato li comandamenti e promissioni tue; per che tutte le mie vie sono nel conspetto tuo.
169 TAU. O Lord, let my supplication draw near in your sight. Grant understanding to me according to your eloquence.	169 Tau. Appròssimisi la orazione mia nel conspetto tuo, o Signore; a me dà intelletto secondo il parlare tuo.
170 Let my petition enter before you. Rescue me according to your word.	170 Entri nel tuo conspetto la dimanda mia; libera me secondo il parlare tuo.
171 A hymn will burst forth from my lips, when you will teach me your justifications.	171 Mandaranno fuori le mie labbra la laude, quando mi arai insegnato le giustificazioni tue.
172 My tongue will pronounce your eloquence. For all your commandments are fairness.	172 Raccontarà la mia lingua il parlare tuo; per che tutti li tuoi comandamenti sono equità.
173 Let it be your hand that saves me. For I have chosen your commandments.	173 Sia fatta la mano tua acciò mi salvi; però ch' io ho eletto li tuoi comandamenti.
174 O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my meditation.	174 Ho desiderato, Signore, il salvatore tuo; e la tua legge è stata il mio pensiero.
175 My soul will live and will praise you, and your judgments will assist me.	175 L'anima mia viverà, e laudarà te; e li tuoi giudicii aiutaranno me.
176 I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost. Seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.	176 Ho randagiato, come pecora ch' è perita; cerca il servo tuo, per che non mi sono dismenticato li comandamenti tuoi.
