28 And the rest of the people were the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, and the singers, the temple servants, and all who had separated themselves, from the peoples of the lands, to the law of God, with their wives, their sons, and their daughters.	28 E gli altri del popolo, e i sacerdoti, i leviti, i portinai, i cantori, i Natinei, e tutti quelli che si separarono dai popoli della terra per la legge di Dio, e le loro mogli, i loro figli e le loro figlie.
29 All who were able to understand, pledged on behalf of their brothers, with their nobles, and they came forward to promise and to swear that they would walk in the law of God, which he had given to the hand of Moses, the servant of God, that they would do and keep all the commandments of the Lord our God, and his judgments and his ceremonies,	29 Tutti quelli che potevano capire promettevano pei loro fratelli, e i principali tra loro andavano a promettere e giurare di camminare nella legge di Dio, da lui data per mezzo di Mosè servo di Dio, di adempire e osservare tutti i comandamenti del Signore Dio nostro, i suoi precetti e le sue cerimonie,
30 and that we would not give our daughters to the people of the land, and that we would not accept their daughters for our sons,	30 di non dare le nostre figlie al popolo della terra e di non prendere le loro figlie pei nostri figli.
31 also that, if the people of the land carry in goods for sale or any useful things, so that they might sell them on the day of the Sabbath, that we would not buy them on the Sabbath, nor on a sanctified day, and that we would release the seventh year and the collection of debt from every hand.	31 Inoltre, dato che i popoli della terra venissero a portar roba da vendere e qualsiasi mercanzia in giorno di sabato, di non comprarne da essi nel sabato e in altro giorno sacro; di lasciare in pace il settimo anno, e di non esigere l'esazione da alcuno.
32 And we established precepts over ourselves, so that we would give one third part of a shekel each year for the work of the house of our God,	32 C'imporremo per legge di dare ogni anno la terza parte di un siclo per il servizio della casa del nostro Dio,
33 for the bread of the presence, and for the continual sacrifice, and for a continual holocaust on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, on the solemnities, and for the holy things, and for the sin offering, so that atonement would be made for Israel, and for every use within the house of our God.	33 per i pani di proposizione, per il sacrifizio perpetuo, per l'olocausto perpetuo nei sabati, nelle cose santificate e per il peccato, per rendere Dio placato verso Israele e per tutto il servizio della casa del nostro Dio.
34 Then we cast lots concerning the oblation of the wood among the priests, and the Levites, and the people, so that it would be carried into the house of our God, by the households of our fathers, at set times, from the times of one year to another, so that they might burn upon the altar of the Lord our God, just as it was written in the law of Moses,	34 Poi tirammo le sorti fra i sacerdoti, i leviti e il popolo per l'offerta della legna da esser portate nella casa del nostro Dio da ciascuna famiglia dei nostri padri, in dati tempi, anno per anno, per mantenere il fuoco sull'altare del Signore Dio nostro, come sta scritto nella legge di Mose.
35 and so that we might bring in the first-fruits of our land, and the first-fruits of all the produce from every tree, from year to year, in the house of our Lord,	35 E promettemmo di portare ogni anno nella casa del nostro Dio le primizie della nostra terra, e le primizie di tutti i frutti d'ogni pianta,
36 and the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, just as it was written in the law, and the firstborn of our oxen and our sheep, so that they might be offered in the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God,	36 e i primogeniti dei nostri figli e del nostro bestiame, come sta scritto nella legge, e i primogeniti dei nostri buoi e delle nostre pecore, da presentarsi nella casa del nostro Dio ai sacerdoti di servizio nella casa del nostro Dio;
37 and so that we might bring in the first-fruits of our foods, and of our libations, and the fruits of every tree, also of the vintage and of the oil, to the priests, to the storehouse of our God, with the tithes of our land for the Levites. The Levites also shall receive tithes from our works out of all the cities.	37 e le primizie dei nostri cibi, delle nostre libazioni, e i frutti di tutte le piante e delle vigne e degli uliveti noi li porteremo ai sacerdoti pel tesoro del nostro Dio, dando ai leviti la decima della nostra terra, la decima delle nostre fatiche che essi stessi riceveranno in tutte le città.
38 Now the priest, the son of Aaron, shall be with the Levites in the tithes of the Levites, and the Levites shall offer a tenth part of their tithes in the house of our God, to the storeroom in the house of the treasury.	38 Il sacerdote figlio di Aronne assisterà coi leviti alle decime dei leviti; e i leviti offriranno la decima, della loro decima nella casa, del nostro Dio, nel gazofìlacio, nella casa del tesoro.
39 For the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi shall carry to the storehouse the first-fruits of the grain, of the wine, and of the oil. And the sanctified vessels shall be there, and the priests, and the singing men, and the gatekeepers, and the ministers. And we shall not forsake the house of our God.	39 Nel gazofilacio i figli d'Israele e i figli di Levi porteranno le primizie del grano, del vino, dell'olio, ivi saranno i vasi santificati, i sacerdoti, i cantori, i portinai, i ministri. Noi non abbandoneremo la casa del nostro Dio.
