Leviticus 27

1 The LORD said to Moses,	1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When anyone fulfills a vow of offering one or more persons to the LORD, who are to be ransomed at a fixed sum of money,	2 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro: Un uomo, che avrà fatto un voto, e avrà promessa a Dio l’anima sua, pagherà il prezzo tassato.
3 for persons between the ages of twenty and sixty, the fixed sum, in sanctuary shekels, shall be fifty silver shekels for a man,	3 Se è un maschio da' venti anni fino a’ sessanta, darà cinquanta sicli d'argento al peso del Santuario:
4 and thirty shekels for a woman;	4 Se una donna, trenta.
5 for persons between the ages of five and twenty, the fixed sum shall be twenty shekels for a youth, and ten for a maiden;	5 Da cinque anni sino ai venti l'uomo darà venti sicli; la donna dieci.
6 for persons between the ages of one month and five years, the fixed sum shall be five silver shekels for a boy, and three for a girl;	6 Da un mese fino a' cinque anni si darà per un ragazzo cinque sicli: per una ragazza tre.
7 for persons of sixty or more, the fixed sum shall be fifteen shekels for a man, and ten for a woman.	7 A' sessant'anni e al di là l’uomo darà quindici sicli: la donna dieci.
8 However, if the one who took the vow is too poor to meet the fixed sum, the person must be set before the priest, who shall determine the sum for his ransom in keeping with the means of the one who made the vow.	8 Se è un povero, che non possa pagar la tassa, si presenterà al sacerdote: e darà quello che questi giudicherà, e vedrà, ch'ei possa dare.
9 "If the offering vowed to the LORD is an animal that may be sacrificed, every such animal, when vowed to the LORD, becomes sacred.	9 Se uno fa voto d’un animale, che possa essere immolato al Signore, l’animale sarà cosa santa,
10 The offerer shall not present a substitute for it by exchanging either a better for a worse one or a worse for a better one. If he attempts to offer one animal in place of another, both the original and its substitute shall be treated as sacred.	10 E non potrà cambiarsi, vale a dire, non si darà né un migliore per un cattivo, né uno peggiore in vece di un buono: che se si cambierà, sarà consacrato al Signore, e quello, in cui fu fatto il cambio, e quello, in luogo di cui fu fatto.
11 If the animal vowed to the LORD is unclean and therefore unfit for sacrifice, it must be set before the priest,	11 Se uno fa voto d’un animale immondo, che non può immolarsi al Signore, lo conduca dinanzi al sacerdote,
12 who shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad qualities, and the value set by the priest shall stand.	12 Il quale giudicherà, se l’animale è buono, o cattivo, e fisserà il prezzo.
13 If the offerer wishes to redeem the animal, he shall pay one fifth more than this valuation.	13 E se l’offerente vorrà pagarlo, aggiungerà un quinto sopra la stima.
14 "When someone dedicates his house as sacred to the LORD, the priest shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad points, and the value set by the priest shall stand.	14 Se uno fa voto della sua casa, e al Signore la consacra, il sacerdote la esaminerà, s’ella è buona, o cattiva, e venderassi al prezzo ch'egli avrà fissato.
15 If the one who dedicated his house wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and then it will again be his.	15 Che se colui, che fece il voto, vorrà redimerla, darà il quinto sopra la stima, e avrà la casa.
16 "If the object which someone dedicates to the LORD is a piece of his hereditary land, its valuation shall be made according to the amount of seed required to sow it, the acreage sown with a homer of barley seed being valued at fifty silver shekels.	16 Che se fa voto e consacra al Signore un podere di suo dominio, il prezzo sarà fissato a ragione della sementa; se il podere porta di seme trenta moggia d'orzo, si venderà per cinquanta sicli d'argento.
17 If the dedication of a field is made at the beginning of a jubilee period, the full valuation shall hold;	17 Se fa voto d'un podere subito al principio dell'anno del giubileo, sarà stimato, quanto ei può valere:
18 but if it is some time after this, the priest shall estimate its money value according to the number of years left until the next jubilee year, with a corresponding rebate on the valuation.	18 Se fa il voto qualche tempo dopo, il sacerdote calcolerà il prezzo a proporzione del numero degli anni, che restano fino al giubileo, e si farà detrazione dal prezzo.
19 If the one who dedicated his field wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and so reclaim it.	19 Che se colui, che fece il voto, vorrà riscattare il podere, aggiungerà un quinto al prezzo di stima, e se lo terrà.
20 If, instead of redeeming such a field, he sells it to someone else, it may no longer be redeemed;	20 Se poi non vorrà riscattarlo, e sarà venduto ad un altro, colui che ne fece voto, non potrà più riscattarlo.
21 but at the jubilee it shall be released as sacred to the LORD; like a field that is doomed, it shall become priestly property.	21 Perocché venuto il dì del giubileo, (il podere) sarà consacrato al Signore, e il fondo consacrato egli è di ragione de’ sacerdoti.
22 "If the field that some man dedicates to the LORD is one he had purchased and not a part of his hereditary property,	22 Se il podere consacrato al Signore fu comprato, e non è dell'eredità de' maggiori,
23 the priest shall compute its value in proportion to the number of years until the next jubilee, and on the same day the price thus established shall be given as sacred to the LORD;	23 Il sacerdote fisserà il prezzo secondo il numero degli anni fino al giubileo, e colui, che fece il voto, darà questo prezzo al Signore:
24 at the jubilee, however, the field shall revert to the hereditary owner of this land from whom it had been purchased.	24 Ma al giubileo (il podere) ritornerà al primo padrone, che l’aveva venduto, e l’aveva avuto nel catasto de' suoi beni.
25 "Every valuation shall be made according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel. There are twenty gerahs to the shekel.	25 Tutte le stime si faranno al peso del siclo del Santuario. Il siclo vale venti oboli.
26 "Note that a first-born animal, which as such already belongs to the LORD, may not be dedicated by vow to him. If it is an ox or a sheep, it shall be ceded to the LORD;	26 I primogeniti, che spettano al Signore, nissun potrà consacrargli e farne voto; sia un bue, sia un agnello, ei sono del Signore.
27 but if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed by paying one fifth more than its fixed value. If it is not redeemed, it shall be sold at its fixed value.	27 Se l’animale è immondo, colui, che lo avea offerto, lo riscatterà secondo la stima fatta da te, e aggiungerà un quinto del prezzo; se nol vorrà riscattare, sarà venduto ad un altro pel prezzo da te fissato.
28 "Note, also, that any one of his possessions which a man vows as doomed to the LORD, whether it is a human being or an animal or a hereditary field, shall be neither sold nor ransomed; everything that is thus doomed becomes most sacred to the LORD.	28 Tutto quello che è consacrato al Signore, sia un uomo, o un animale, o un podere, non si venderà, né si potrà riscattare. Qualunque siasi cosa dedicata una volta al Signore sarà sacrosanta.
29 All human beings that are doomed lose the right to be redeemed; they must be put to death.	29 E tutto quello, che da un uomo è offerto, e consacrato al Signore, non si riscatterà, ma sarà messo a morte.
30 "All tithes of the land, whether in grain from the fields or in fruit from the trees, belong to the LORD, as sacred to him.	30 Tutte le decime della terra sia di grasce, sia di frutti delle piante, sono del Signore e a lui consacrate.
31 If someone wishes to buy back any of his tithes, he shall pay one fifth more than their value.	31 Che se uno vorrà riscattar le sue decime, v’aggiungerà il quinto.
32 The tithes of the herd and the flock shall be determined by ceding to the LORD as sacred every tenth animal as they are counted by the herdsman's rod.	32 D’ogni dieci buoi, pecore e capre, che passano sotto la verga del pastore, il decimo capo sarà santificato al Signore.
33 It shall not matter whether good ones or bad ones are thus chosen, and no exchange may be made. If any exchange is attempted, both the original animal and its substitute shall be treated as sacred, without the right of being bought back."	33 Non si baderà se sia buono, o cattivo, né si cangerà con un altro: se uno cambierà, sarà santificato al Signore, e quello che è stato messo in cambio, e quello, in luogo di cui quello è stato messo, e non si darà riscatto.
34 These are the commandments which the LORD gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Questi sono i comandamenti intimati dal Signore a Mosè per esporgli a' figliuoli d'Israele presso il monte Sinai.
