1 [Für den Chormeister. Ein Psalm der Korachiter.]	1 Unto the end, for the sons of Core.
2 Ihr Völker alle, klatscht in die Hände; jauchzt Gott zu mit lautem Jubel!	2 O clap your hands, all ye nations: shout unto God with the voice of Joy,
3 Denn Furcht gebietend ist der Herr, der Höchste, ein großer König über die ganze Erde.	3 For the Lord is high, terrible: a great king over all the earth.
4 Er unterwirft uns Völker und zwingt Nationen unter unsre Füße.	4 He hath subdued the people under us; and the nations under our feet.
5 Er wählt unser Erbland für uns aus, den Stolz Jakobs, den er liebt. [Sela]	5 He hath chosen for us his inheritance the beauty of Jacob which he hath loved.
6 Gott stieg empor unter Jubel, der Herr beim Schall der Hörner.	6 God is ascended with jubilee, and the Lord with the sound of trumpet.
7 Singt unserm Gott, ja singt ihm! Spielt unserm König, spielt ihm!	7 Sing praises to our God, sing ye: sing praises to our king, sing ye.
8 Denn Gott ist König der ganzen Erde. Spielt ihm ein Psalmenlied!	8 For God is the king of all the earth: sing ye wisely.
9 Gott wurde König über alle Völker, Gott sitzt auf seinem heiligen Thron.	9 God shall reign over the nations: God sitteth on his holy throne.
10 Die Fürsten der Völker sind versammelt als Volk des Gottes Abrahams. Denn Gott gehören die Mächte der Erde; er ist hoch erhaben.	10 The princes of the people are gathered together, with the God of Abraham: for the strong gods of the earth are exceedingly exalted.
