1 Voici ce que dit Yahvé: La porte de la cour intérieure qui regarde vers l’orient restera fermée pendant les six jours ouvrables; on l’ouvrira le jour du sabbat, ainsi que le jour de la nouvelle lune.	1 Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate toward the east of the inner court shall remain closed throughout the six working days, but on the sabbath and on the day of the new moon it shall be open.
2 Le prince y viendra de l’extérieur par le vestibule de la porte et il se tiendra près du montant de la porte; les prêtres offriront alors son holocauste et son sacrifice pacifique. Ensuite il se prosternera sur le seuil de la porte et se retirera; la porte ne sera pas refermée avant le soir.	2 The prince shall enter from outside by way of the vestibule of the gate and remain standing at the doorpost of the gate; then while the priests offer his holocausts and peace offerings, he shall worship at the threshold of the gate and then leave; the gate shall not be closed until evening.
3 À l’occasion des sabbats et des nouvelles lunes, le peuple du pays se prosternera devant Yahvé à l’entrée de cette porte.	3 The people of the land shall worship before the LORD at the door of this gate on the sabbaths and new moons.
4 Le jour du sabbat le prince présentera en holocauste à Yahvé six agneaux et un bélier sans défaut.	4 The holocausts which the prince presents to the LORD on the sabbath shall consist of six unblemished lambs and an unblemished ram,
5 Il présentera comme offrande une mesure de farine pour le bélier et ce qu’il voudra pour les agneaux; il ajoutera un sixième de mesure d’huile.	5 together with a cereal offering of one ephah for the ram, whatever he pleases for the lambs, and a hin of oil for each ephah.
6 Le jour de la nouvelle lune il offrira un jeune taureau, six agneaux et un bélier sans défaut.	6 On the day of the new moon he shall provide an unblemished young bull, also six lambs and a ram without blemish,
7 Avec le jeune taureau il offrira de la farine: une mesure pour le bélier, et ce qu’il voudra pour les agneaux; il y ajoutera un sixième de mesure d’huile.	7 with a cereal offering of one ephah for the bull and one for the ram, for the lambs as much as he has at hand, and for each ephah a hin of oil.
8 Lorsque le prince entrera, il passera par le vestibule de la porte et repartira par le même chemin.	8 The prince shall always enter and depart by the vestibule of the gate.
9 Lorsque le peuple du pays viendra devant Yahvé à l’occasion des fêtes, celui qui viendra par la porte nord pour se prosterner sortira par la porte sud; celui qui viendra par la porte sud sortira par la porte nord. On ne retournera pas par la porte par laquelle on est venu, on sortira par le côté opposé.	9 When the people of the land enter the presence of the LORD to worship on the festivals, if they enter by the north gate they shall leave by the south gate, and if they enter by the south gate they shall leave by the north gate; no one shall return by the gate through which he has entered, but he shall leave by the opposite gate.
10 Le prince entrera avec ses sujets et sortira lorsqu’ils sortiront.	10 The prince shall be in their midst when they enter, and he shall also leave with them.
11 À l’occasion des fêtes et des solennités, le prince offrira pour le jeune taureau une mesure de farine, une autre pour le bélier, et pour les agneaux ce qu’il voudra.	11 On the feasts and festivals the cereal offering shall be an ephah for a bull, an ephah for a ram, but for the lambs as much as one pleases, and a hin of oil with each ephah.
12 Lorsque le prince présentera à Yahvé son offrande volontaire, l’holocauste ou le sacrifice pacifique, on lui ouvrira la porte est. Il présentera son holocauste et son sacrifice pacifique comme il le fait le jour du sabbat, puis il se retirera et on fermera la porte dès qu’il sera sorti.	12 When the prince makes a freewill offering to the LORD, whether holocausts or peace offerings, the eastern gate shall be opened for him, and he shall offer his holocausts or his peace offerings as on the sabbath; then he shall leave, and the gate shall be closed after his departure.
13 Chaque jour tu offriras en holocauste à Yahvé un agneau d’un an sans défaut, tu le présenteras chaque matin.	13 He shall offer as a daily holocaust to the LORD an unblemished yearling lamb; this he shall offer every morning.
14 Tu présenteras également chaque matin une offrande à Yahvé: un sixième de mesure de farine et un douzième de mesure d’huile pour pétrir la farine; c’est une règle perpétuelle.	14 With it every morning he shall provide as a cereal offering one sixth of an ephah, with a third of a hin of oil to moisten the fine flour. This cereal offering to the LORD is mandatory with the established holocaust.
15 Chaque matin on présentera l’holocauste perpétuel: un agneau, avec de la farine et de l’huile.	15 The lamb, the cereal offering, and the oil are to be offered every morning as an established holocaust.
16 Voici ce que dit Yahvé: Si le prince fait un don à l’un de ses fils sur son héritage, ce don appartiendra à ses fils, il sera leur propriété de génération en génération.	16 Thus says the Lord GOD: If the prince makes a gift of part of his inheritance to any of his sons, it shall belong to his sons; that property is theirs by inheritance.
17 Mais s’il fait un don sur son héritage à l’un de ses serviteurs, ce don appartiendra à son serviteur jusqu’à l’année de l’affranchissement, après quoi il reviendra au prince; les fils seuls garderont l’héritage.	17 But if he makes a gift of part of his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall belong to the latter only until the year of release, when it shall revert to the prince. Only the inheritance given to his sons is permanent.
18 Le prince ne prendra rien sur l’héritage du peuple; il ne le dépouillera pas de ce qui lui appartient, mais c’est avec ce qui est à lui qu’il donnera un héritage à ses fils; ainsi mon peuple ne sera pas dépouillé de ce qui est à lui.”	18 The prince shall not seize any part of the inheritance of the people by evicting them from their property. He shall provide an inheritance for his sons from his own property, so that none of my people will be driven from their property.
19 L’homme m’emmena par l’entrée située à côté du porche vers les chambres saintes réservées aux prêtres, celles qui sont au nord. Il y avait là, à l’extrémité ouest, un espace.	19 Then he brought me by the entrance which is on the side of the gate to the chambers (of the sanctuary, reserved to the priests) which face the north. There, at their west end, I saw a place,
20 Il me dit: “Voici l’endroit où les prêtres feront cuire les victimes des sacrifices pour le péché et des sacrifices de réparation. C’est là aussi qu’il feront cuire les offrandes de farine; il ne faudrait pas qu’ils les portent dans la cour extérieure et que les choses saintes entrent en contact avec le peuple.”	20 concerning which he said to me, "Here the priests cook the guilt offerings and the sin offerings, and bake the cereal offerings, so that they do not have to take them into the outer court at the risk of transmitting holiness to the people."
21 Il m’emmena ensuite dans la cour extérieure et me fit passer près des quatre angles de la cour. Dans chacun des angles il y avait une petite cour,	21 Then he led me into the outer court and had me pass around the four corners of the court, and I saw that in each corner there was another court:
22 soit quatre petites cours longues de 40 coudées et larges de 30; les quatre avaient la même dimension.	22 in the four corners of the court, minor courts, forty cubits long and thirty wide, all four of them the same size.
23 Elles étaient entourées d’un mur et des foyers étaient construits au pied de ce mur tout autour.	23 A wall of stones surrounded each of the four, and hearths were built beneath the stones all the way around.
24 Il me dit: Ce sont les fours où les serviteurs de la Maison feront cuire la viande des sacrifices pour le peuple.	24 He said to me, "These are the kitchens where the temple ministers cook the sacrifices of the people."
