2 Cuando los zifitas vinieron a decir a Saúl: «¿No está escondido David entre nosotros?»	2 when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, "David is hiding among us."
3 ¡Oh Dios, sálvame por tu nombre, por tu poderío hazme justicia,	3 O God, by your name save me. By your strength defend my cause.
4 oh Dios, escucha mi oración, atiende a las palabras de mi boca!	4 O God, hear my prayer. Listen to the words of my mouth.
5 Pues se han alzado contra mí arrogantes, rabiosos andan en busca de mi alma, sin tener para nada a Dios presente. Pausa.	5 The arrogant have risen against me; the ruthless seek my life; they do not keep God before them. Selah
6 Mas ved que Dios viene en mi auxilio, el Señor con aquellos que sostienen mi alma.	6 God is present as my helper; the Lord sustains my life.
7 ¡El mal recaiga sobre los que me asechan, Yahveh, por tu verdad destrúyelos!	7 Turn back the evil upon my foes; in your faithfulness, destroy them.
8 De corazón te ofreceré sacrificios, celebraré tu nombre, porque es bueno,	8 Then I will offer you generous sacrifice and praise your gracious name, LORD,
9 porque de toda angustia me ha librado, y mi ojo se recreó en mis enemigos	9 Because it has rescued me from every trouble, and my eyes look down on my foes.
