Leviticus 6

1 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 Parlo Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:
2 The soul who will have sinned, and, despising the Lord, will have denied to his neighbor the deposit which he had entrusted to his safekeeping, or who will have extorted anything by force, or who will have made a false accusation,	2 L'anima (cioè l'uomo) che peccherà contro a Dio, e disprezzato il Signore, negherà il deposito che gli sia dato dal suo prossimo per fede che avesse a lui, ovver per forza abbi tolto alcuna cosa, ovver abbi fatto ingiuria,
3 or who will have found a lost thing and then also withheld it by swearing falsely, or who will have done any other of the many things by which men usually sin:	3 ovver abbi trovato la cosa perduta, e negando con giuramento la nasconderà, ovver in alcun altro modo in che gli uomini soglino peccare;
4 being convicted of the offense, he shall restore	4 convinta in questo peccato,
5 all that he wanted to obtain by fraud, the whole plus an additional fifth part, to the owner against whom he brought the damage.	5 ogni cosa che avesse defraudato, interamente la renderà, e lo quinto più, a colui che era dannificato.
6 Then, on behalf of his sin, he shall offer an immaculate ram from the flock, and he shall give it to the priest, according to the estimation and measure of the offense.	6 E per lo peccato suo offerrà lo agnello senza macula, e darallo al sacerdote; ed egli sentenzierà che vaglia tanto quanto si conviene per quello peccato.
7 And he shall pray for him in the sight of the Lord, and he shall be released from any one of those things that he did when he sinned.	7 E poi pregherà per lui Iddio; e Dio gli per donerà ogni volta ch' egli farà questo.
8 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	8 Parlo Iddio a Moisè, e disse:
9 Instruct Aaron and his sons: This is the law of a holocaust. It shall be burned upon the altar, all night until morning. The fire shall be from the same altar.	9 Comanda ad Aaron e ai figliuoli suoi: questa sia la legge del sacrificio, che la oblazione si consumerà tutta notte nell'altare insino alla mattina; lo fuoco sarà di quello medesimo altare.
10 The priest shall be vested with the tunic and the linen undergarments. And he shall take up the ashes of that which the devouring fire has consumed, and, placing them next to the altar,	10 Lo sacerdote si vesta d'una tonica; e di sopra uno vestimento di lino, lungo al modo feminile; e torrà la cenere che lo fuoco consumerà dell' osse, e ponendole presso all'altare,
11 he shall strip off his former vestments, and being clothed with others, he shall carry them beyond the camp, and he shall cause them to be consumed, even to glowing embers, in a very clean place.	11 spoglierassi le prime vestimenta; e vestitosi dell' altre, porteralle fuori dello abitato in luogo nettissimo, e faralle consumare al fuoco insino ad una favilla.
12 But the fire on the altar shall burn always, for the priest shall nourish it by placing wood under it each day in the morning. And, laying down the holocaust, he shall burn the fat of the peace offerings upon it.	12 Il fuoco nell'altare arderà sempre, il quale si mantenerà, gittandovi il prete ogni mattina le legne per tutto lo die; e di sopra si porrà la oblazione, e sarà a Dio sacrificio senza peccato.
13 This is the perpetual fire which shall never fail upon the altar.	13 E questo fuoco sarà sempiternale, che non venga meno nell'altare.
14 This is the law of the sacrifice and the libations, which the sons of Aaron shall offer in the sight of the Lord, and before the altar.	14 E questa si è la legge del sacrificio e dei libamenti, per li figliuoli d'Aaron, dinanzi a Dio e dinanzi all'altare.
15 The priest shall take a handful of fine wheat flour, which has been sprinkled with oil, and all the frankincense, which has been placed upon the flour, and he shall burn it upon the altar as a memorial of most sweet odor to the Lord.	15 E lo prete torrà uno pugno di crusca mescolata con olio, e tutto lo incenso ch' è posto sopra la crusca; e questo arderà all'altare in memoria, e sarà soave odore a Dio.
16 And the remaining portion of the flour, Aaron shall eat with his sons, without leaven. And he shall eat it in the holy place, in the atrium of the tabernacle.	16 Tutto quello che della crusca rimane, Aaron con li figliuoli suoi la mangeranno nello luogo santificato del tabernacolo, e non sarà levata di levame.
17 Yet for this reason, it shall not be leavened, because part of it is offered as an incense of the Lord. The Holy of holies shall it be, just as what is offered on behalf of sin and of transgression.	17 Perciò non sarà levata, perchè parte se ne dà a Dio per sacrificio; e sarà SANCTA SANCTORUM, siccome fosse per peccato o per delitto.
18 Only the males of the stock of Aaron shall eat it. This shall be an everlasting ordinance in your generations concerning the sacrifices of the Lord. All who will touch these shall be sanctified.	18 I maschi della stirpe d'Aaron solamente mangeranno quello. Questo sempre è legittimo nelle vostre generazioni del sacrificio di Dio. Ogni uomo che le toccherà, sarà santificato.
19 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	19 E parlò Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:
20 This is the oblation of Aaron and of his sons, which they must offer to the Lord in the day of their anointing. They shall offer a tenth part of an ephah of fine wheat flour as a perpetual sacrifice, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening.	20 Questa è la oblazione di Aaron e dei suoi figliuoli, che hanno ad offerire lo dì della sua unzione. Offerranno la decima parte di tre moggi di farina nello sempiternale sacrificio, mezzo la mattina, e mezzo la sera.
21 It shall be sprinkled with oil and fried in a frying pan. Then it shall be offered hot, as a most sweet odor to the Lord,	21 E friggeranla nella padella con olio; e oferralla calda, in odore soavissimo a Dio,
22 by the priest who by law succeeds his father. And it shall be entirely burned on the altar.	22 lo prete che di ragione succederà al padre; e tutta la oblazione si consumerà nell'altare.
23 For every sacrifice of the priest shall be consumed by fire; neither shall anyone eat from it.	23 Tutto il sacrificio de' sacerdoti si consumerà per fuoco, e non mangerà alcuno di quello.
24 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	24 Parlò Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:
25 Say to Aaron and his sons: This is the law of the victim for sin. In the place where the holocaust is offered, it shall be immolated in the sight of the Lord. It is the Holy of holies.	25 Parla ad Aaron ed alli figlinoli suoi, e di' a loro: questa si è la legge del sacrificio, che si offerrà per lo peccato nel luogo nel quale si fa lo sacrificio; e quello che in presenza di Dio si offerrà è Santo de' santi.
26 The priest who offers it shall eat it in the holy place, in the atrium of the tabernacle.	26 Lo prete che l'offerrà, lo mangi nel luogo santo, in lo cammino del tabernacolo.
27 Whatever will touch its flesh shall be sanctified. If a garment will be sprinkled with its blood, it shall be washed in a holy place.	27 E chiunque toccherà la carne sua, sarà santificato. E se la veste sarà bagnata dello sangue, laverassi nel luogo santo.
28 Then the earthen vessel, in which it was soaked, shall be broken. But if the vessel will be of brass, it shall be scoured and washed with water.	28 Lo vaso in che si cuoce, s'egli sarà di terra, si rompa; e se fosse di metallo, frichisi e lavisi coll'acqua.
29 Every male of priestly descent shall feed on its flesh, because it is the Holy of holies.	29 Tutti i maschi della gente de' sacerdoti mangeranno di quella carne; perciò che gli è Santo dei santi.
30 For the victim that is slain for sin, whose blood is carried into the tabernacle of the testimony, for expiation in the Sanctuary, shall not be eaten, but it shall be consumed by fire.	30 Lo sacrificio che si uccide per lo peccato, del quale il sangue si porta al tabernacolo della testimonianza a purgar nello santuario, non si mangerà, ma arderassi al fuoco.
