Leviticus 27

1 The LORD said to Moses,	1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:
2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When anyone fulfills a vow of offering one or more persons to the LORD, who are to be ransomed at a fixed sum of money,	2 "Parla ai figli d'Israele e di' loro: Se un uomo vuole sciogliere un voto del valore di una vita davanti il Signore,
3 for persons between the ages of twenty and sixty, the fixed sum, in sanctuary shekels, shall be fifty silver shekels for a man,	3 il valore di un maschio sarà: dai trent'anni ai sessant'anni, cinquanta sicli d'argento, calcolato secondo il siclo del santuario;
4 and thirty shekels for a woman;	4 se si tratta di una donna, il valore sarà di trenta sicli;
5 for persons between the ages of five and twenty, the fixed sum shall be twenty shekels for a youth, and ten for a maiden;	5 se si tratta di una persona dai cinque ai trent'anni, il valore del maschio sarà di venti sicli e della femmina di dieci sicli;
6 for persons between the ages of one month and five years, the fixed sum shall be five silver shekels for a boy, and three for a girl;	6 se si tratta di un bambino da un mese a cinque anni, il valore del maschio sarà di cinque sicli d'argento e della femmina di tre sicli d'argento;
7 for persons of sixty or more, the fixed sum shall be fifteen shekels for a man, and ten for a woman.	7 se si tratta di persona da sessant'anni in su, se è maschio il suo valore sarà di quindici sicli, e per la donna sarà di dieci sicli.
8 However, if the one who took the vow is too poor to meet the fixed sum, the person must be set before the priest, who shall determine the sum for his ransom in keeping with the means of the one who made the vow.	8 Se colui che ha fatto il voto non arriva a pagare il valore stabilito, presenti la persona al sacerdote; il sacerdote la valuta secondo le possibilità di colui che ha fatto il voto. 9 "If the offering vowed to the LORD is an animal that may be sacrificed, every such animal, when vowed to the LORD, becomes sacred.	9 Se si tratta di bestiame che si può offrire al Signore, ogni animale offerto al Signore sarà sacro.
10 The offerer shall not present a substitute for it by exchanging either a better for a worse one or a worse for a better one. If he attempts to offer one animal in place of another, both the original and its substitute shall be treated as sacred.	10 Non si potrà cambiarlo o permutarne uno buono con uno cattivo, o uno cattivo con uno buono. Se si permuta un animale con un altro, l'animale e il suo sostituto saranno considerati sacri.
11 If the animal vowed to the LORD is unclean and therefore unfit for sacrifice, it must be set before the priest,	11 Se si tratta di animale impuro, che non si può offrire al Signore, colui che ha fatto il voto presenti l'animale al sacerdote;

14 "When someone dedicates his house as sacred to the LORD, the priest shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad points, and the value set by the priest shall stand.	14 Quando un uomo consacra al Signore la sua casa, il sacerdote la valuti; buona o cattiva che sia la valutazione, si starà alla valutazione del sacerdote.
15 If the one who dedicated his house wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and then it will again be his.	15 Se il consacrante vuole riscattare la sua casa, aggiunga un quinto della somma valutata e la casa sia sua. Campi.
16 "If the object which someone dedicates to the LORD is a piece of his hereditary land, its valuation shall be made according to the amount of seed required to sow it, the acreage sown with a homer of barley seed being valued at fifty silver shekels.	16 Se un uomo consacra al Signore una parte dei campi del suo patrimonio, la valutazione sarà secondo quanto vi è stato seminato; la semente contenuta in un comer d'orzo è valutata cinquanta sicli d'argento.
17 If the dedication of a field is made at the beginning of a jubilee period, the full valuation shall hold;	17 Se egli consacra il suo campo a partire dall'anno giubilare, la valutazione resta la stessa;
18 but if it is some time after this, the priest shall estimate its money value according to the number of years left until the next jubilee year, with a corresponding rebate on the valuation.	18 ma se consacra il suo campo dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote gli calcoli la somma in base agli anni che restano fino all'anno giubilare, diminuendo la valutazione.
19 If the one who dedicated his field wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and so reclaim it.	19 Se chi ha consacrato il campo lo vuole riscattare, aggiunga un quinto della somma valutata e il campo vada a lui.
20 If, instead of redeeming such a field, he sells it to someone else, it may no longer be redeemed;	20 Se non riscatta il suo campo e lo vende a un altro uomo, non potrà riscattarlo più;
21 but at the jubilee it shall be released as sacred to the LORD; like a field that is doomed, it shall become priestly property.	21 e quando, al giubileo, dovrà essere lasciato dal compratore, il campo sarà sacro al Signore come un campo votato con anatema; sarà possesso del sacerdote.
22 "If the field that some man dedicates to the LORD is one he had purchased and not a part of his hereditary property,	22 Se consacra al Signore un campo che ha acquistato e non un campo del suo patrimonio,
23 the priest shall compute its value in proportion to the number of years until the next jubilee, and on the same day the price thus established shall be given as sacred to the LORD;	23 il sacerdote calcoli la somma del valore fino all'anno del giubileo ed egli versi il valore il giorno stesso come cosa sacra al Signore.
24 at the jubilee, however, the field shall revert to the hereditary owner of this land from whom it had been purchased.	24 Nell'anno giubilare il campo ritorni in possesso della persona da cui l'ha comprato, a cui appartiene la terra.
25 "Every valuation shall be made according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel. There are twenty gerahs to the shekel.	25 Ogni valutazione sia fatta in sicli del santuario, ogni siclo venti ghera.
26 "Note that a first-born animal, which as such already belongs to the LORD, may not be dedicated by vow to him. If it is an ox or a sheep, it shall be ceded to the LORD;	26 Nessuno consacri un primogenito di animali, che, in quanto tale, appartiene già al Signore; sia bestiame grosso che minuto, appartiene al Signore.
27 but if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed by paying one fifth more than its fixed value. If it is not redeemed, it shall be sold at its fixed value.	27 Nel caso di bestiame impuro, lo si può riscattare al suo valore, aggiungendovi un quinto; e se non è riscattato sarà venduto al prezzo di stima.
28 "Note, also, that any one of his possessions which a man vows as doomed to the LORD, whether it is a human being or an animal or a hereditary field, shall be neither sold nor ransomed; everything that is thus doomed becomes most sacred to the LORD.	28 Ogni cosa di cui un uomo ha fatto voto con anatema al Signore fra quanto gli appartiene, persone o animali o campi del suo patrimonio, non sia venduta e non sia riscattata; ogni cosa votata con anatema sia considerata sacra al Signore.
29 All human beings that are doomed lose the right to be redeemed; they must be put to death.	29 Nessuna persona votata con anatema può essere riscattata; sia messa a morte.
30 "All tithes of the land, whether in grain from the fields or in fruit from the trees, belong to the LORD, as sacred to him.	30 Ogni decima della terra, sia dei prodotti del suolo che dei frutti delle piante, appartiene al Signore; è sacra al Signore.
31 If someone wishes to buy back any of his tithes, he shall pay one fifth more than their value.	31 Se un uomo riscatta una parte delle sue decime, vi aggiunga un quinto.
32 The tithes of the herd and the flock shall be determined by ceding to the LORD as sacred every tenth animal as they are counted by the herdsman's rod.	32 Ogni decima del bestiame grosso o minuto, e cioè il decimo capo di quanto passa sotto la verga del pastore, sia considerato sacro al Signore.
33 It shall not matter whether good ones or bad ones are thus chosen, and no exchange may be made. If any exchange is attempted, both the original animal and its substitute shall be treated as sacred, without the right of being bought back."	33 Non si scelga tra il buono e il cattivo, non si facciano permute; se una permuta sarà stata fatta, l'animale e il suo sostituto saranno ritenuti sacri; non potranno essere riscattati".
34 These are the commandments which the LORD gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Queste sono le norme che il Signore comandò a Mosè per i figli d'Israele sul monte Sinai.
