Ezekiel 24

NEW JERUSALEM	Biblija Hrvatski
1 In the ninth year, on the tenth day of the tenth month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to me asfol ows,	1 Godine devete, devetoga mjeseca, desetoga dana, dođe mi riječ Jahvina:
2 'Son of man, write down today's date, yes, today's, for this very day the king of Babylon began hisattack on Jerusalem.	2 »Sine čovječji, zapiši ovaj dan: upravo danas kralj babilonski zaposjede Jeruzalem.
3 So pronounce a parable for this tribe of rebels. Say, "The Lord Yahweh says this: Put the pot on thefire; put it on; pour the water in!	3 Pripovijedaj domu odmetničkom prispodobu. Reci im: Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Pristavi lonac, pristavi i nalij vode u nj!
4 Now put the cuts of meat al in together, al the best cuts, leg and shoulder. Fill it with the best bones.	4 Baci u nj komade, sve najbolje komade mesa, but i pleće! Napuni ga ponajboljim kostima!
5 Take the best of the flock, then heap wood underneath; boil it thoroughly until even the bones arecooked.	5 Uzmi najbolje od stada. Pod loncem vatru naloži. Neka dobro uzavri, neka se u njemu skuhaju i kosti.’
6 "For the Lord Yahweh says this: Disaster is in store for the bloody city, for that rusty cooking pot whose rust wil not come off! Empty it, bit by bit, not bothering to draw lots;	6 Jer ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Jao gradu krvničkom, zarđalu loncu s kojega se rđa ne skida! A zatim komad po komad iz njega izvadi, ali za nj ne bacaj kockê!
7 for she is stil ful of bloodshed, she has put blood on the naked rock; she did not pour it on the groundso as to cover it with dust.	7 Jer krv je njegova u njemu – na golu je kamenu ostavi, po zemlji je ne razlij gdje bi je prašina mogla prekriti!
8 To make anger rise, to exact vengeance, I have put her blood on the naked rock, so that it should notbe covered:	8 Da se gnjev moj raspali, da mu odmazdim, ostavih krv njegovu na kamenu golom, da se ne pokrije.’
9 "So, the Lord Yahweh says this: Disaster is in store for the bloody city! I too plan to build a great fire.	9 Stoga ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Jao gradu krvničkome, jer ću veliku lomaču naložiti!
10 Heap on the wood, light it, cook the meat, prepare the seasoning let the bones burn!	10 Skupi drva, vatru potpali, skuhaj meso, primiješaj začina, nek’ izgore i kosti!
11 Put the empty pot on the coals to make it hot, until the bronze glows, the filth inside melts and therust is burnt away!	11 A zatim ga prazna na žeravicu pristavi da mjed mu se usija i nečistoća njegova sva se rastopi, da se uništi rđa na njemu!
12 "But al that rust would not come off in the fire.	12 Grdne li muke! Ali se velika rđa ne dade s njega skinuti: i vatri odolje.
13 Your filth is infamous. Since I have tried to purge you and you would not let yourself be purged ofyour filth, so now you wil never be purged of your filth until I have sated my anger on you.	13 Sramotan je grijeh tvoj: htjedoh te očistiti, ali se ti ne htjede od grijeha očistiti; i zbog toga se više nećeš očistiti dok nad tobom ne iskalim gnjev svoj!
14 I, Yahweh, have spoken; this wil happen; I shal act and not relent; I shal show no pity, nocompassion. You will be judged as your conduct and actions deserve -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '	14 Ja, Jahve, rekoh! I riječ ću ispuniti; neću popustiti: I neću se smilovati niti ću se pokajati! Sudit ću te po putovima tvojim i po djelima tvojim!’ – riječ je Jahve Gospoda.«
15 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,	15 I dođe mi riječ Jahvina:
16 'Son of man, at a blow I am about to deprive you of the delight of your eyes. But you are not tolament, not to weep, not to let your tears run down.	16 »Sine čovječji, evo, nenadanom smrću oduzet ću ti radost očinju! Ne tuguj, ne plači i ne roni suza!
17 Groan in silence, do not go into mourning for the dead, knot your turban round your head, put yoursandals on your feet, do not cover your beard, do not eat the usual food.'	17 Jecaj tiho, ali ne žali kao što se za mrtvima žali! I povij oko glave povez, a na noge obuj sandale. Ne prekrivaj brade i ne jedi žalobničke pogače.«
18 I told this to the people in the morning, and my wife died in the evening, and the next morning I did asI had been ordered.	18 Ujutro tako prorokovah narodu, a uveče mi žena umrije te sutradan uradih kao što mi bijaše zapovjeđeno.
19 The people then said to me, 'Will you not explain what meaning these actions have for us?'	19 Narod me na to zapita: »Nećeš li nam reći što znači za nas to što ti radiš?«
20 I replied, 'The word of Yahweh has been addressed to me as fol ows,	20 Ja im odgovorih: »Dođe mi riječ Jahvina:
21 "Say to the House of Israel, the Lord Yahweh says this: I am about to profane my sanctuary, thepride of your strength, the delight of your eyes, the joy of your hearts. Your sons and daughters whom you haveleft behind wil fall by the sword.	21 Reci domu Izraelovu: Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Evo, oskvrnut ću svoje svetište, vaš ponos snažni, radost vam očinju i čežnju duše vaše! I sinovi i kćeri koje ostaviste, od mača će pasti!
22 Then you wil do as I have done: you wil not cover your beards or eat the usual food;	22 Tada ćete uraditi kao što i ja uradih: nećete prekrivati brade i nećete jesti žalobničke pogače!
23 you will keep your turbans on your heads and your sandals on your feet; you wil not lament or weepbut will waste away for your crimes, groaning among yourselves.	23 Povit ćete povez oko glave i obuti na noge sandale! I nećete više tugovati ni plakati, nego ćete venuti zbog svojih nedjela i jecati jedan za drugim!
24 Thus Ezekiel is a sign for you. You wil do exactly what he has done. And when this happens, you willknow that I am Lord Yahweh!"	24 A Ezekiel će vam biti primjer: učinit ćete sve što je i on činio. Kad se to zbude, spoznat ćete da sam ja Jahve!’«
25 'And, son of man, the day that I deprive them of their strength, their crowning joy, the delight of theireyes, the joy of their hearts, their sons and daughters,	25 »A ti, sine čovječji, doista u dan kad im oduzmem snagu, dičnu radost njihovu, radost im očinju, slast duše njihove, sinove i kćeri njihove –
26 that day a survivor wil bring you the news.	26 u taj će dan k tebi stići bjegunac da ti to dojavi!
27 That day your mouth wil be opened to speak to the survivor; you wil speak and no longer be dumb;you wil be a sign for them, and they wil know that I am Yahweh.'	27 U taj će se dan tvoja usta otvoriti, i ti ćeš tom bjeguncu progovoriti; nećeš više biti nijem. I tako ćeš im biti znak. I oni će spoznati da sam ja Jahve!«
