1 Al maestro del coro. Di Davide. Per fare memoria.	1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
2 O Dio, vieni a salvarmi,Signore, vieni presto in mio aiuto.	2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3 Siano svergognati e confusiquanti attentano alla mia vita.Retrocedano, coperti d’infamia,quanti godono della mia rovina.	3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4 Se ne tornino indietro pieni di vergognaquelli che mi dicono: «Ti sta bene!».	4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5 Esultino e gioiscano in tequelli che ti cercano;dicano sempre: «Dio è grande!»quelli che amano la tua salvezza.	5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
6 Ma io sono povero e bisognoso:Dio, affréttati verso di me.Tu sei mio aiuto e mio liberatore:Signore, non tardare.
