¹ יְהוָה מָלָךְ יִרְגְּזוּ עַמִּים יֹשֵׁב כְּרוּבִים תָּנוּט הָאָרֶץ	¹ Yahweh is king, the peoples tremble; he is enthroned on the winged creatures, the earth shivers;
² יְהוָה בְּצִיֹּון גָּדֹול וְרָם הוּא עַל־כָּל־הָעַמִּים	² Yahweh is great in Zion. He is supreme over al nations;
³ יֹודוּ מְךָ גָּדֹול וְנֹורָא קָדֹושׁ הוּא	³ let them praise your name, great and awesome; holy is he
⁴ וְעֹז מֶלֶךְ מִשְׁפָּט אָהֵב אַתָּה כֹּונַנְתָּ מֵישָׁרִים מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָה בְּיַעֲקֹב ׀ אַתָּה עָשִׂיתָ	⁴ and mighty! You are a king who loves justice, you established honesty, justice and uprightness; inJacob it is you who are active.
⁵ רֹומְמוּ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַהֲדֹם רַגְלָיו קָדֹושׁ הוּא	⁵ Exalt Yahweh our God, bow down at his footstool; holy is he!
⁶ מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן ׀ בְּכֹהֲנָיו וּשְׁמוּאֵל בְּקֹרְאֵי שְׁמֹו קֹרִאים אֶל־יְהוָה וְהוּא יַעֲנֵם	⁶ Moses and Aaron are among his priests, and Samuel, calling on his name; they called on Yahweh andhe answered them.
⁷ בְּעַמּוּד עָנָן יְדַבֵּר אֲלֵיהֶם שָׁמְרוּ עֵדֹתָיו וְחֹק נָתַן־לָמֹו	⁷ He spoke with them in the pil ar of fire, they obeyed his decrees, the Law he gave them.
⁸ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ אַתָּה עֲנִיתָם אֵל נֹשֵׂא הָיִיתָ לָהֶם וְנֹקֵם עַל־עֲלִילֹותָם	⁸ Yahweh our God, you answered them, you were a God of forgiveness to them, but punished them fortheir sins.
⁹ רֹומְמוּ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְהַר קָדְשֹׁו כִּי־קָדֹושׁ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ	⁹ Exalt Yahweh our God, bow down at his holy mountain; holy is Yahweh our God!
