1 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.	1 Aleluia. Louvarei o Senhor com todo o meu coração, na reunião dos justos e na assembleia.
2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.	2 Grandes são as obras do Senhor, dignas de estudo para todos os que as amam.
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.	3 A sua obra é majestade e magnificência; a sua justiça permanece para sempre:
4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.	4 Instituiu um memorial das suas maravilhas; o Senhor é misericordioso e compassivo.
5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.	5 Deu alimento aos que o temem; lembrar-se-á eternamente da sua aliança.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.	6 Manifestou ao seu povo o poder das suas obras, dando-lhe a herança das nações.
7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.	7 As obras das suas mãos são rectas e justas; todos os seus preceitos são imutáveis,
	8 estáveis pelos séculos, para sempre, dados com firmeza e equidade.
	9 Enviou a redenção ao seu povo; estabeleceu para sempre a sua aliança; santo e venerável é o seu nome.
	10 O temor do Senhor é o princípio da sabedoria: procedem com prudência todos os quê o adoram; o seu louvor permanece para sempre.
