1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Господь сказав Мойсеєві:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 «Промов до синів Ізраїля й скажи їм: Коли хтонебудь обітує Господеві грошову вартість якоїсь особи,
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 то за чоловіка від двадцятьох до шістдесятьох років оцінка буде п’ятдесят срібних шеклів, по шеклю святині,
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 а за жінку оцінка буде тридцять шеклів;
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 а як матиме від п’ятьох до двадцятьох років, то за чоловічу стать оцінка — двадцять шеклів, а за жіночу — десять шеклів;
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 від одного місяця до п’ятьох років, за хлопця оцінка буде п’ять шеклів срібла, а за дівчину — три шеклі.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 Як же комусь шістдесят років або більше, то оцінка буде: за чоловіка п’ятнадцять шеклів, за жінку десять шеклів.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Коли ж той, хто робить обітницю, вбогий і не може дати по оцінці, то нехай поставлять його перед священиком, і священик оцінить його по його спромозі.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 А коли то скотина, з якої приносять у жертву Господеві, то все, що дається Господеві, вважатиметься за святе;
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 її не можна ні перемінити, ні підмінити, ні кращої на гіршу, ні гіршої на кращу; коли ж хтось замінить скотину за скотину, то одна й друга стануть святими.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Коли ж то буде якась скотина нечиста, що не приноситься Господеві в жертву, то нехай її поставлять перед священиком,
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 і священик оцінить її, чи добра, чи не добра; як її священик оцінить, так і буде.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 Якщо б він схотів викупити її, нехай додасть п’ятину до оціненої вартости.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Коли хтось присвятить дім свій як святиню Господеві, нехай священик оцінить його, чи він варт багато, чи мало; і як його священик оцінить, так і мусить бути.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 Коли ж той, хто присвячує, схоче викупити свій дім, то нехай додасть п’ятину поверх оцінки, й дім буде його.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Коли хтось присвятить Господеві якесь спадкове поле, то його Оцінка буде за мірою висіву його, п’ятдесят срібних шеклів за один омер ячменю.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 Коли від ювілейного року присвятить своє поле, то оцінка зостанеться цілою.
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 А коли по ювілейному році присвятить своє поле, то нехай священик полічить йому гроші за мірою років, що зостаються до наступного ювілейного року, і нехай буде відчислене від оцінки.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Якби ж той, хто присвятив, схотів викупити поле, нехай додасть п’ятину ціни, за яку його оцінено, й воно зостанеться за ним.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Коли ж не викупить поля або продасть його іншому чоловікові, то потім не можна його вже більш викупляти.
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 І хоч поле стане звільнене в ювілейному році, однак воно буде присвячене Господеві як поле обітоване; воно перейде в посідання священика.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 то нехай священик полічить йому відповідно до ціни аж до ювілейного року, а він заплатить її у той же день, як священний дар Господеві.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 В ювілейному році поле повернеться до того, в кого він купив його, й належатиме йому як спадкова власність.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Кожна оцінка нехай буде шеклями святині; двадцять гер на один шекель.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Щодо первородця від скотини, що вже як первородне належиться Господеві, то ніхто не може його присвятити, чи з великорослої воно скотини, чи з дрібної (чи це віл чи ягня), — воно належиться Господеві.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Коли ж скотина нечиста, нехай викупить її за оцінкою, додавши до неї п’ятину; як же не викупить, то нехай продасться за оцінкою.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 З усього свого майна, що хтось його присвятить Господеві як обітоване, чи людину, чи скотину, чи власне спадкове поле, — нічого не можна продавати, ні викуплювати; все, що обітоване, пресвяте Господеві.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 Ніхто обітований з-між людей не може бути викуплений: він має таким померти.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 Всяка десятина від землі, чи від засівів із поля, чи від плодів із дерева, буде Господеві, (вона) свята Господеві.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 А хто схоче викупити якусь частину з десятини, нехай додасть до неї п’ятину.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Десятина з великорослої чи з дрібної скотини; десятина з усього, що проходить під ґирлиґою пастуха, буде свята Господеві.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Не треба вибирати чи краще, чи гірше, й вимінювати його не можна; коли ж його перемінено, то й воно саме, й те, чим замінено його, стане святим Господеві; викупляти його не можна.»
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Ось такі заповіді, що Господь заповідав Мойсеєві для синів Ізраїля на Синай-горі.
