Leviticus 27

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA VOLGARE
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Parlò Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 Parla ai figliuoli d'Israel, e di' loro: l'uomo che farà alcuno voto a Dio, e prometterà a Dio l'anima sua, darà lo prezzo secondo la estimazione.
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 (E colui che promette,) se sarà maschio e avrà da xx anni insino a Lx anni, darà cinquanta sicli d'argento secondo la misura del santuario;
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 se femina, trenta.
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 E dallo quinto anno insino allo xx, lo ma scolo darà xx sicli; e se sarà femina, darà x.
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 E da uno mese insino a cinque anni, per uno maschio darai cinque sicli, e per la femina tre.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 Se sarà sessagenario o più, maschio darà xv sicli; e la femina x.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 E se fosse povero, e secondo la estimazione non potesse pagare, starà innanzi al sacerdote; e quanto parrà a lui che possa pagare, tanto darà.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 La bestia che si può sacrificare a Dio, se per voto sarà promessa a Dio, sarà santa.
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 E non la potrà mutare nè in più nè in meno, (se tanto è che gli sia potente di poterlo fare). E se mutasse, quello che è mutato, e quello in lo quale è mutato, sarà consacrato a Dio.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 L'animale che fosse immondo, che non si possa offrire a Dio, chiunque lo votasse, portilo dinnanzi al sacerdote.
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 Ed egli la giudicherà (secondo ch' ella vale), o buona o ria che sia, e porrà lo prezzo.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 E colui che la offerrà, ove la voglia pur dare, aggiungerà a quello che è stimata la quinta parte piu.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 E l'uomo che votasse (a Dio) la casa sua, e santificassela a Dio, lo sacerdote la considererà, se ell' è buona o ria; e secondo il prezzo che per lui sarà ordinato, così si venda.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 E se colui di cui è la voglia ricomperare, darà al sacerdote la quinta parte più che il sacerdote non la stimerà; e allora gli sia data.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 E se offerisse (a Dio la sua possessione del campo, e sia consecrata a Dio, sarà istimato lo prezzo secondo che rende; e se rendesse XXX moggia d'orzo, venderassi cinquanta sicli d'ariento.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 E se nello cominciamento dell' anno del giubileo votasse (a Dio) lo campo, sia stimato quello che vale.
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 E se fosse uno poco di lungi (dal giubileo), immaginerassi lo sacerdote quanto tempo puote essere insino al giubileo; e secondo che vi sarà, così trarrà del prezzo.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 E se colui di chi è stata la voglia ricomperare, darà la quinta parte più, secondo ch' è la stimazione della pecunia; e allora sì la possederà.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 E se egli non la volesse ricomperare, e sarà venduta a ciascuno altro, eccetto colui che l'ha votata, non si potrà redimere.
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 Però che quando verrà il dì del giubileo, sarà santificata al Signore; e la possessione conse crata pertenerà alla ragione del sacerdote.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 S'è il campo comperato, e non sarà stato delli suoi predecessori, e sarà santificato al Signore,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 computerà il sacerdote, secondo il numero degli anni insino all'anno del giubileo, lo prezzo; e darà colui che l'ha votato a Dio.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 E nel giubileo tornerà la possessione a colui di cui fu prima, e avralla avuta nella sorte della sua possessione.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Ogni estimazione sarà ponderata con lo siclo dello santuario. Lo siclo contiene XX oboli.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Tutti i primigeniti che appartengono a Dio, niuno li potrà santificare e votare (per oblazione); o bue o pecora che sia (però che di ragione), sono di Dio.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 E se l'animale fosse immondo, lo potrà re dimere colui che l'avrà offerto, secondo la sua estimazione, e aggiungerà la quinta parte del prezzo; e se non lo volesse ricomperare, vendasi a chiunque lo vuole comperare, fatta la estimazione.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Ogni cosa che fosse consecrata a Dio, uomo, bestia o possessione che sia, non si potrà vendere nè ricomprare. Chi sarà una volia consacrato a Dio, sarà SANCTA SANCTORUM.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 E ogni cosa che sarà consecrata dall'uomo, niuno la potrà ricomperare; ma debba essere morta.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 E ogni decima, o di biada (o di vino) o di pomi, sono di Dio; e a lui saranno consacrati.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 E se fosse alcuno che volesse ricomperare le decime sue, aggiunga la quinta parte d'ogni cosa.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Di pecore e di buoi e di capre e d'ogni altra cosa, quel che per decima viene si santificherà a Dio.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Ne non si eleggerà nè buono nè rio, nè si potrà trasmutare in altro. E se alcuno lo mutasse, e quello che mutato, e quello per che è mutato, si santificherà a Dio, e non si potrà ricomperare.
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 E questi sono li comandamenti, li quali fece Iddio ai figliuoli d'Israel per (le mani di) Moisè nel monte Sinai.
