1 "You shall make an altar of acacia wood, on a square, five cubits long and five cubits wide; it shall be three cubits high.	1 Farai pure un altare di legno di setim, che avrà cinque cubiti di lunghezza come di larghezza, cioè sarà quadrato, e avrà tre cubiti di altezza.
2 At the four corners there are to be horns, so made that they spring directly from the altar. You shall then plate it with bronze.	2 Ai quattro angoli spunteranno da esso quattro corni e lo rivestirai di rame.
3 Make pots for removing the ashes, as well as shovels, basins, forks and fire pans, all of which shall be of bronze.	3 E per il servizio dell'altare farai dei recipienti per raccogliere le ceneri, e delle molle, dei forchettoni, dei bracieri: tutti questi strumenti li farai di rame.
4 Make a grating of bronze network for it; this to have four bronze rings, one at each of its four corners.	4 Farai pure una graticola di bronzo in forma di rete, con quattro anelli di rame ai suoi quattro angoli,
5 Put it down around the altar, on the ground. This network is to be half as high as the altar.	5 essi saran posti sotto il focolare dell'altare, e la gratella scenderà fino al mezzo dell'altare.
6 You shall also make poles of acacia wood for the altar, and plate them with bronze.	6 Per l'altare farai pure due stanghe di legno di setim e le rivestirai di lamine di rame,
7 These poles are to be put through the rings, so that they are on either side of the altar when it is carried.	7 e le farai passare per gli anelli in modo che stiano ai due lati dell'altare per servire a portarlo.
8 Make the altar itself in the form of a hollow box, just as it was shown you on the mountain.	8 L'altare non lo farai pieno, ma vuoto e concavo al di dentro, come ti fu mostrato sul monte.
9 "You shall also make a court for the Dwelling. On the south side the court shall have hangings a hundred cubits long, woven of fine linen twined,	9 Farai anche l'atrio del Tabernacolo: dal lato meridionale vi saranno cortine di bisso ritorto; e questo lato avrà cento cubiti di lunghezza,
10 with twenty columns and twenty pedestals of bronze; the hooks and bands on the columns shall be of silver.	10 e venti colonne con altrettante basi di rame, con i capitelli e gli ornati d'argento.
11 On the north side there shall be similar hangings, a hundred cubits long, with twenty columns and twenty pedestals of bronze; the hooks and bands on the columns shall be of silver.	11 Così pure nel lato settentrionale, per lungo, vi saranno cortine di cento cubiti, e venti colonne colle loro basi di rame, i capitelli e gli ornati d'argento.
12 On the west side, across the width of the court, there shall be hangings, fifty cubits long, with ten columns and ten pedestals.	12 E per largo, dalla par te dell'atrio che guarda a occidente, vi saranno cortine per cinquanta cubiti, e dieci colonne con altrettante basi.
13 The width of the court on the east side shall be fifty cubits.	13 Anche nella larghezza dell'atrio che guarda a levante vi saranno cinquanta cubiti,
14 On one side there shall be hangings to the extent of fifteen cubits, with three columns and three pedestals;	14 nei quali da un lato vi saranno cortine di quindici cubiti, con tre colonne ed altrettante basi,
15 on the other side there shall be hangings to the extent of fifteen cubits, with three columns and three pedestals.	15 e cortine di quindici cubiti e tre colonne e altrettante basi vi saranno dall'altro lato.
16 "At the entrance of the court there shall be a variegated curtain, twenty cubits long, woven of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and of fine linen twined. It shall have four columns and four pedestals.	16 All'ingresso poi dell'atrio vi sarà una tenda di venti cubiti di giacinto e di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte e di bisso ritorto con la vori di ricamo, e quattro colonne con altrettante basi.
17 "All the columns around the court shall have bands and hooks of silver, and pedestals of bronze.	17 Tutte le colonne intorno all'atrio saran rivestite di lamine d'argento, avran capitelli d'argento e basi di rame.
18 The enclosure of the court is to be one hundred cubits long, fifty cubits wide, and five cubits high. Fine linen twined must be used, and the pedestals must be of bronze.	18 L'atrio sarà lungo cento cubiti, largo cinquanta, alto cinque, sarà di bisso ritorto, avrà le basi di rame.
19 All the fittings of the Dwelling, whatever be their use, as well as all its tent pegs and all the tent pegs of the court, must be of bronze.	19 Tutti gli utensili del Tabernacolo, per qualunque uso e qualunque cerimonia, ed anche tutti i piòli del Tabernacolo e dell'atrio, li farai di bronzo.
20 "You shall order the Israelites to bring you clear oil of crushed olives, to be used for the light, so that you may keep lamps burning regularly.	20 Ordina ai figli d'Israele di portare dell'olio d'oliva, il più puro e spremuto al mortaio, affinchè ardano sempre le lucerne
21 From evening to morning Aaron and his sons shall maintain them before the LORD in the meeting tent, outside the veil which hangs in front of the commandments. This shall be a perpetual ordinance for the Israelites throughout their generations.	21 nel Tabernacolo della testimonianza, fuori del velo che pende dinanzi alla testimonianza. E Aronne ed i suoi figli le metteranno in ordine in modo che ardano sino alla mattina dinanzi al Signore. Questo sarà un culto perpetuo da rendersi di generazione in generazione dai figli d'Israele.
