1 And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;	1 El día octavo Moisés llamó a Aarón, a sus hijos y a los ancianos de Israel.
2 And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.	2 Y dijo a Aarón: «Trae un novillo para el sacrificio expiatorio y un carnero para el holocausto, ambos sin defecto, y ofrécelos delante del Señor.
3 And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;	3 Y dirás a los hijos de Israel: “Tomad un macho cabrío para el sacrificio expiatorio, un novillo y un cordero, ambos de un año y sin defecto, para el holocausto;
4 Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.	4 un buey y un carnero, para los sacrificios de comunión, para sacrificarlos delante del Señor; y una oblación amasada con aceite, porque hoy el Señor se os va a mostrar”».
5 And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.	5 Llevaron, pues, ante la Tienda del Encuentro lo que Moisés había mandado. Toda la comunidad se acercó y se colocó ante el Señor.
6 And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.	6 Moisés les dijo: «Esto es lo que ha mandado el Señor; cumplidlo y se os mostrará la gloria del Señor».
7 And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.	7 Después dijo Moisés a Aarón: «Acércate al altar, y ofrece tu sacrificio expiatorio y tu holocausto. Haz así la expiación por ti mismo y por tu casa. Presenta luego la ofrenda del pueblo y haz la expiación por el pueblo, como ha ordenado el Señor».
8 Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.	8 Se acercó, pues, Aarón al altar y degolló el novillo del sacrificio por su propio pecado.
9 And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:	9 Los hijos de Aarón le acercaron la sangre; y él, mojando su dedo en la sangre, untó con ella los salientes del altar y derramó la sangre al pie del mismo altar.
10 But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.	10 Luego quemó sobre el altar la grasa, los riñones y el lóbulo del hígado de la víctima expiatoria, como el Señor se lo había ordenado a Moisés.
11 And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.	11 Pero la carne y la piel las quemó fuera del campamento.
12 And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.	12 Después degolló la víctima del holocausto. Los hijos de Aarón le acercaron la sangre, y él roció con ella el altar, todo alrededor.
13 And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.	13 Le acercaron la víctima del holocausto ya descuartizada y la cabeza, y Aarón lo quemó todo sobre el altar.
14 And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.	14 Lavó las entrañas y las patas, y las quemó sobre el altar encima del holocausto.
15 And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.	15 Después presentó la ofrenda del pueblo: tomó el macho cabrío correspondiente al sacrificio expiatorio del pueblo, lo degolló y lo sacrificó como sacrificio expiatorio, igual que el primero.
16 And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.	16 Ofreció el holocausto, siguiendo el ritual establecido.
17 And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.	17 Presentó también la oblación: tomando un puñado de ella, la quemó en el altar (además del holocausto matutino).
18 He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,	18 Degolló también el buey y el carnero como sacrificio de comunión por el pueblo. Los hijos de Aarón le acercaron la sangre, y él roció con ella el altar, todo alrededor.
19 And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver:	19 Las partes grasas del buey y del carnero, la cola, la grasa que envuelve las entrañas, los riñones y el lóbulo del hígado,
20 And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:	20 las pusieron sobre los pechos de las víctimas y él las quemó sobre el altar.
21 And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.	21 Aarón hizo el rito de balanceo con los pechos y la pierna derecha ante el Señor, como le había ordenado Moisés.
22 And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.	22 Aarón, alzando las manos sobre el pueblo, lo bendijo; y, después de haber ofrecido el sacrificio expiatorio, el holocausto y el sacrificio de comunión, bajó.
23 And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.	23 Aarón y Moisés entraron en la Tienda del Encuentro. Cuando salieron, bendijeron al pueblo. Y la gloria del Señor se mostró a todo el pueblo.
24 And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.	24 De la presencia del Señor salió fuego, que devoró el holocausto y la grasa que estaban sobre el altar. Al verlo, el pueblo prorrumpió en aclamaciones y cayó rostro en tierra.
