Psalms 96

KING JAMES BIBLE	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.	1 Canten al Señor un canto nuevo, cante al Señor toda la tierra;
2 Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.	2 canten al Señor, bendigan su Nombre, día tras día, proclamen su victoria.
3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.	3 Anuncien su gloria entre las naciones, y sus maravillas entre los pueblos.
4 For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.	4 Porque el Señor es grande y muy digno de alabanza, más temible que todos los dioses.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.	5 Los dioses de los pueblos no son más que apariencia, pero el Señor hizo el cielo;
6 Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.	6 en su presencia hay esplendor y majestad, en su Santuario, poder y hermosura.
7 Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.	7 Aclamen al Señor, familias de los pueblos, aclamen la gloria y el poder del Señor;
8 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.	8 aclamen la gloria del nombre del Señor. Entren en sus atrios trayendo una ofrenda,
9 O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.	9 adoren al Señor al manifestarse su santidad: ¡que toda la tierra tiemble ante él!
10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.	10 Digan entre las naciones: «¡el Señor reina! El mundo está firme y no vacilará. El Señor juzgará a los pueblos con rectitud».
11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.	11 Alégrese el cielo y exulte la tierra, resuene el mar y todo lo que hay en él;
12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice	12 regocíjese el campo con todos sus frutos, griten de gozo los árboles del bosque.
13 Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.	13 Griten de gozo delante del Señor, porque él viene a gobernar la tierra: él gobernará al mundo con justicia, y a los pueblos con su verdad.
