1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,	1 Le Seigneur parla ensuite à Moïse, et lui dit:
2 On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.	2 Vous dresserez le tabernacle du témoignage au premier jour du premier mois.
3 And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.	3 Vous y mettrez l'arche, et vous suspendrez le voile par devant.
4 And thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.	4 Vous apporterez la table, et vous y mettrez dessus ce que Je vous ai commandé, selon l'ordre qui vous a été prescrit. Vous placerez le chandelier avec ses lampes,
5 And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.	5 Et l'autel d'or sur lequel se brûle l'encens, devant l'arche du témoignage. Vous mettrez le voile à l'entrée du tabernacle,
6 And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.	6 Et au-devant du voile l'autel des holocaustes.
7 And thou shalt set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.	7 Le bassin, que vous remplirez d'eau, sera entre l'autel et le tabernacle.
8 And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.	8 Vous entourerez de rideaux le parvis et son entrée.
9 And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.	9 Et prenant l'huile d'onction, vous en oindrez le tabernacle avec ses vases, afin qu'ils soient sanctifiés;
10 And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.	10 L'autel des holocaustes et tous ses vases,
11 And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.	11 Le bassin avec sa base; vous consacrerez toutes choses avec l'huile destinée aux onctions, afin qu'elles soient saintes et sacrées.
12 And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.	12 Vous ferez venir Aaron et ses fils à l'entrée du tabernacle du témoignage, et les ayant fait laver dans l'eau,
13 And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.	13 Vous les revêtirez des vêtements saints, afin qu'ils Me servent, et que leur onction passe pour jamais dans tous les prêtres qui leur succéderont.
14 And thou shalt bring his sons, and clothe them with coats:	14 Et Moïse fit tout ce que le Seigneur lui avait commandé.
15 And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.	15 Ainsi, le tabernacle fut dressé le premier jour du premier mois de la seconde année.
16 Thus did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.	16 Moïse, l'ayant dressé, mit les ais avec les bases et les barres de bois, et il posa les colonnes.
17 And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was reared up.	17 Il étendit le toit au-dessus du tabernacle et mit dessus la couverture, selon que le Seigneur le lui avait commandé.
18 And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.	18 Il mit le témoignage dans l'arche, et au-dessous, des deux côtés, les bâtons pour la porter, et l'oracle tout au-dessus.
19 And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the LORD commanded Moses.	19 Et ayant porté l'arche dans le tabernacle, il suspendit le voile par devant, pour accomplir le commandement du Seigneur.
20 And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:	20 Il mit la table dans le tabernacle du témoignage, du côté du septentrion, hors du voile,
21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD commanded Moses.	21 Et il plaça dessus en ordre, devant le Seigneur, les pains qui devaient être toujours exposés, selon que le Seigneur le lui avait commandé.
22 And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.	22 Il mit aussi le chandelier dans le tabernacle du témoignage, du côté du midi, vis-àvis de la table,
23 And he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD; as the LORD had commanded Moses.	23 Et il y disposa les lampes selon leur rang, comme le Seigneur le lui avait ordonné.
24 And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.	24 Il mit encore l'autel d'or sous la tente du témoignage devant le voile,
25 And he lighted the lamps before the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.	25 Et il brûla dessus l'encens composé d'aromates, selon que le Seigneur le lui avait commandé.
26 And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation before the vail:	26 Il mit aussi le voile à l'entrée du tabernacle du témoignage,
27 And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the LORD commanded Moses.	27 Et, dans le vestibule du témoignage l'autel de l'holocauste, sur lequel il offrit l'holocauste et les sacrifices, selon que le Seigneur l'avait commandé.
28 And he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.	28 Il posa aussi le bassin entre le tabernacle du témoignage et l'autel, et il le remplit d'eau.
29 And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.	29 Moïse et Aaron et ses fils y lavèrent leurs mains et leur pieds,
30 And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.	30 Avant d'entrer dans le tabernacle de l'alliance et de s'approcher de l'autel, comme le Seigneur l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
31 And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat:	31 Il dressa aussi le parvis autour du tabernacle et de l'autel, et mit le voile à l'entrée. Après que toutes choses eurent été achevées,
32 When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.	32 La nuée couvrit le tabernacle du témoignage, et il fut rempli de la gloire du Seigneur.
33 And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.	33 Et Moïse ne pouvait entrer dans la tente de l'alliance, parce que la nuée couvrait tout, et que la majesté du Seigneur éclatait de toutes parts, tout étant couvert de cette nuée.
34 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.	34 Quand la nuée se retirait du tabernacle, les enfants d'Israël partaient par diverses troupes:
35 And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.	35 Si elle s'arrêtait au-dessus, ils demeuraient dans le même lieu.
36 And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:	36 Car la nuée du Seigneur se reposait sur le tabernacle durant le jour, et une flamme y paraissait pendant la nuit, tout Israël la voyant dans toutes ses étapes.
37 But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38 For the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
