Isaiah 12

1 And thou shalt say in that day: I will give thanks to thee, O Lord, for thou wast angry with me: thy wrath is turned away, and thou hast comforted me.	1 Tu dirai in quel giorno: «Ti lodo, Signore; tu eri in collera con me, ma la tua collera si è placata e tu mi hai consolato.
2 Behold, God is my saviour, I will deal confidently, and will not fear: O because the Lord is my strength, and my praise, and he is become my salvation.	2 Ecco, Dio è la mia salvezza; io avrò fiducia, non avrò timore, perché mia forza e mio canto è il Signore; egli è stato la mia salvezza».
3 You shall draw waters with joy out of the saviour's fountains:	3 Attingerete acqua con gioia alle sorgenti della salvezza.
4 And you shall say in that day: Praise ye the Lord, and call upon his name: make his works known among the people: remember that his name is high.	4 In quel giorno direte: «Rendete grazie al Signore e invocate il suo nome, proclamate fra i popoli le sue opere, fate ricordare che il suo nome è sublime.
5 Sing ye to the Lord, for he hath done great things: shew this forth in all the earth.	5 Cantate inni al Signore, perché ha fatto cose eccelse, le conosca tutta la terra.
6 Rejoice, and praise, O thou habitation of Sion: for great is he that is in the midst of thee, the Holy One of Israel.	6 Canta ed esulta, tu che abiti in Sion, perché grande in mezzo a te è il Santo d’Israele».
