1 Alors Tobie dit à Raphaël:	1 Then Tobias called Raphael, and said unto him,
2 “Frère Azarias, prends donc quatre serviteurs et deux chameaux et va à Rhagès.	2 Brother Azarias, take with thee a servant, and two camels, and go to Rages of Media to Gabael, and bring me the money, and bring him to the wedding.
3 Tu iras chez Gabaël, tu lui donneras le reçu et tu prendras l’argent; puis tu le ramèneras avec toi pour les noces.	3 For Raguel hath sworn that I shall not depart.
4 Tu sais que mon père compte les jours et que chaque jour de retard augmente sa peine.	4 But my father counteth the days; and if I tarry long, he will be very sorry.
5 Tu vois comment Ragouël a insisté: je suis tenu par son serment.” Raphaël partit donc pour Rhagès en Médie avec les quatre serviteurs et les deux chameaux, et ils se logèrent chez Gabaël. Raphaël lui présenta le reçu. Il lui fit aussi savoir que Tobie fils de Tobit se mariait, et il l’invita aux noces. Gabaël compta les sacs, qui avaient toujours leur sceau; ils les chargèrent sur les chameaux	5 So Raphael went out, and lodged with Gabael, and gave him the handwriting: who brought forth bags which were sealed up, and gave them to him.
6 et partirent ensemble pour la noce. En arrivant chez Ragouël, ils trouvèrent Tobie à table. Il se leva et le salua. Gabaël pleura et le bénit: “Tu es le fils excellent d’un père bon, juste et généreux. Que le Seigneur te bénisse du haut du ciel, toi et ta femme, ainsi que le père et la mère de ta femme. Que Dieu soit béni! Il vient de me faire voir le vivant portrait de mon cousin Tobit.”	6 And early in the morning they went forth both together, and came to the wedding: and Tobias blessed his wife.
