1 Corinthians 6

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Is one of you with a complaint against another so brazen as to seek judgement from sinners and notfrom God's holy people?	1 أيتجاسر منكم احد له دعوى على آخر ان يحاكم عند الظالمين وليس عند القديسين.
2 Do you not realise that the holy people of God are to be the judges of the world? And if the world is tobe judged by you, are you not competent for petty cases?	2 ألستم تعلمون ان القديسين سيدينون العالم. فان كان العالم يدان بكم افانتم غير مستاهلين للمحاكم الصغرى.
3 Do you not realise that we shal be the judges of angels? - then quite certainly over matters of this life.	3 ألستم تعلمون اننا سندين ملائكة فبالأولى امور هذه الحياة.
4 But when you have matters of this life to be judged, you bring them before those who are of no accountin the Church!	4 فان كان لكم محاكم في امور هذه الحياة فأجلسوا المحتقرين في الكنيسة قضاة.
5 I say this to make you ashamed of yourselves. Can it real y be that it is impossible to find in thecommunity one sensible person capable of deciding questions between brothers,	5 لتخجيلكم اقول. أهكذا ليس بينكم حكيم ولا واحد يقدر ان يقضي بين اخوته.
6 and that this is why brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers?	6 لكن الاخ يحاكم الاخ وذلك عند غير المؤمنين.
7 No; it is a fault in you, by itself, that one of you should go to law against another at al : why do you notprefer to suffer injustice, why not prefer to be defrauded?	7 فالآن فيكم عيب مطلقا لان عندكم محاكمات بعضكم مع بعض. لماذا لا تظلمون بالحري. لماذا لا تسلبون بالحري.
8 And here you are, doing the injustice and the defrauding, and to your own brothers.	8 لكن انتم تظلمون وتسلبون وذلك للاخوة.
9 Do you not realise that people who do evil wil never inherit the kingdom of God? Make no mistake --the sexual y immoral, idolaters, adulterers, the self-indulgent, sodomites,	9 ام لستم تعلمون ان الظالمين لا يرثون ملكوت الله. لا تضلوا. لا زناة ولا عبدة اوثان ولا فاسقون ولا مأبونون ولا مضاجعو ذكور
10 thieves, misers, drunkards, slanderers and swindlers, none of these wil inherit the kingdom of God.	10 ولا سارقون ولا طماعون ولا سكيرون ولا شتامون ولا خاطفون يرثون ملكوت الله.
11 Some of you used to be of that kind: but you have been washed clean, you have been sanctified, andyou have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and through the Spirit of our God.	11 وهكذا كان اناس منكم. لكن اغتسلتم بل تقدستم بل تبررتم باسم الرب يسوع وبروح الهنا
12 'For me everything is permissible'; maybe, but not everything does good. True, for me everything ispermissible, but I am determined not to be dominated by anything.	12 كل الاشياء تحل لي لكن ليس كل الاشياء توافق. كل الاشياء تحل لي لكن لا يتسلط علي شيء.
13 Foods are for the stomach, and the stomach is for foods; and God wil destroy them both. But thebody is not for sexual immorality;	13 الاطعمة للجوف والجوف للاطعمة والله سيبيد هذا وتلك. ولكن الجسد ليس للزنا بل للرب والرب للجسد.
14 it is for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body. God raised up the Lord and he will raise us up too by hispower.	14 والله قد اقام الرب وسيقيمنا نحن ايضا بقوته.
15 Do you not realise that your bodies are members of Christ's body; do you think one can take parts ofChrist's body and join them to the body of a prostitute? Out of the question!	15 ألستم تعلمون ان اجسادكم هي اعضاء المسيح. أفآخذ اعضاء المسيح واجعلها اعضاء زانية. حاشا.
16 Or do you not realise that anyone who attaches himself to a prostitute is one body with her, since thetwo, as it is said, become one flesh.	16 ام لستم تعلمون ان من التصق بزانية هو جسد واحد لانه يقول يكون الاثنان جسدا واحدا.
17 But anyone who attaches himself to the Lord is one spirit with him.	17 واما من التصق بالرب فهو روح واحد.
18 Keep away from sexual immorality. Al other sins that people may commit are done outside the body;but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.	18 اهربوا من الزنى. كل خطية يفعلها الانسان هي خارجة عن الجسد. لكن الذي يزني يخطئ الى جسده.
19 Do you not realise that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you and whom youreceived from God?	19 ام لستم تعلمون ان جسدكم هو هيكل للروح القدس الذي فيكم الذي لكم من الله وانكم لستم لانفسكم.
20 You are not your own property, then; you have been bought at a price. So use your body for the gloryof God.	20 لانكم قد اشتريتم بثمن. فمجّدوا الله في اجسادكم وفي ارواحكم التي هي لله
