1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron and said to them,	1 И сказал Господь Моисею и Аарону, говоря им:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "Of al animals living on land these are the creatures you may eat:	2 скажите сынам Израилевым: вот животные, которые можно вам есть из всего скота на земле:
3 "You may eat any animal that has a cloven hoof, divided into two parts, and that is a ruminant.	3 всякий скот, у которого раздвоены копыта и на копытах глубокий разрез, и который жует жвачку, ешьте;
4 The fol owing, which either chew the cud or have a cloven hoof, are the ones that you may not eat: youwil regard the camel as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	4 только сих не ешьте из жующих жвачку и имеющих раздвоенные копыта: верблюда, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас;
5 you wil regard the coney as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	5 и тушканчика, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас,
6 you wil regard the hare as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	6 и зайца, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас;
7 you wil regard the pig as unclean, because though it has a cloven hoof, divided into two parts, it is nota ruminant.	7 и свиньи, потому что копыта у нее раздвоены и на копытах разрез глубокий, но она не жует жвачки, нечиста она для вас;
8 You will not eat the meat of these or touch their dead bodies; you wil regard them as unclean.	8 мяса их не ешьте и к трупам их не прикасайтесь; нечисты они для вас.
9 "Of al that lives in water, these you may eat: "Anything that has fins and scales, and lives in the water, whether in sea or river, you may eat.	9 Из всех [животных], которые в воде, ешьте сих: у которых есть перья и чешуя в воде, в морях ли, или реках, тех ешьте;
10 But anything in sea or river that does not have fins and scales, of al the smal water-creatures and althe living things found there, you wil regard as detestable.	10 а все те, у которых нет перьев и чешуи, в морях ли, или реках, из всех плавающих в водах и из всего живущего в водах, скверны для вас;
11 You wil regard them as detestable; you must not eat their meat and you wil regard their carcases asdetestable.	11 они должны быть скверны для вас: мяса их не ешьте и трупов их гнушайтесь;
12 Anything that lives in water, but not having fins and scales, you wil regard as detestable.	12 все [животные], у которых нет перьев и чешуи в воде, скверны для вас.
13 "Of the birds these are the ones that you wil regard as detestable; they may not be eaten, they aredetestable for eating: "The tawny vulture, the griffon, the osprey,	13 Из птиц же гнушайтесь сих: орла, грифа и морского орла,
14 the kite, the various kinds of buzzard,	14 коршуна и сокола с породою его,
15 all kinds of raven,	15 всякого ворона с породою его,
16 the ostrich, the screech owl, the seagul , the various kinds of hawk,	16 страуса, совы, чайки и ястреба с породою его,
17 horned owl, night owl, cormorant, barn owl,	17 филина, рыболова и ибиса,
18 ibis, pelican, white vulture,	18 лебедя, пеликана и сипа,
19 stork, the various kinds of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.	19 цапли, зуя с породою его, удода и нетопыря.
20 "Al winged insects moving on four feet you wil regard as detestable for eating.	20 Все [животные] пресмыкающиеся, крылатые, ходящие на четырех [ногах], скверны для нас;
21 Of al these winged insects you may eat only the fol owing: those with the sort of legs above their feetwhich enable them to leap over the ground.	21 из всех пресмыкающихся, крылатых, ходящих на четырех [ногах], тех только ешьте, у которых есть голени выше ног, чтобы скакать ими по земле;
22 These are the ones you may eat: the various kinds of migratory locust, the various kinds of solhamlocust, hargol locust and hagab locust.	22 сих ешьте из них: саранчу с ее породою, солам с ее породою, харгол с ее породою и хагаб с ее породою.
23 But al other winged insects on four feet you wil regard as detestable for eating.	23 Всякое [другое] пресмыкающееся, крылатое, у которого четыре ноги, скверно для вас;
24 "By the fol owing you wil be made unclean. Anyone who touches the carcase of one wil be uncleanuntil evening.	24 от них вы будете нечисты: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера;
25 Anyone who picks up their carcases must wash his clothing and wil be unclean until evening.	25 и всякий, кто возьмет труп их, должен омыть одежду свою и нечист будет до вечера.
26 Animals that have hoofs, but not cloven, and that are not ruminant, you wil regard as unclean;anyone who touches them will be unclean.	26 Всякий скот, у которого копыта раздвоены, но нет глубокого разреза, и который не жует жвачки, нечист для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к нему, будет нечист.
27 Those four-footed animals which walk on the flat of their paws you wil regard as unclean; anyonewho touches their carcases wil be unclean until evening,	27 Из всех зверей четвероногих те, которые ходят на лапах, нечисты для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера;
28 and anyone who picks up their carcases must wash his clothing and wil be unclean until evening.You will regard them as unclean.	28 кто возьмет труп их, тот должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера: нечисты они для вас.
29 "Of the smal creatures which crawl along the ground, these are the ones which you wil regard asunclean: the mole, the rat, the various kinds of lizard:	29 Вот что нечисто для вас из животных, пресмыкающихся по земле: крот, мышь, ящерица с ее породою,
30 gecko, koah, letaah, chameleon and tinshamet.	30 анака, хамелеон, летаа, хомет и тиншемет, --
31 "Of al the smal creatures, these are the animals which you must regard as disgusting. Anyone whotouches them when they are dead will be unclean until evening.	31 сии нечисты для вас из всех пресмыкающихся: всякий, кто прикоснется к ним мертвым, нечист будет до вечера.
32 "Any object on which one of these creatures fal s when it is dead becomes unclean: wooden utensil,clothing, skin, sacking, any utensil whatever. It must be immersed in water and wil remain unclean until evening:then it wil be clean.	32 И всё, на что упадет которое-нибудь из них мертвое, всякий деревянный сосуд, или одежда, или кожа, или мешок, и всякая вещь, которая употребляется на дело, будут нечисты: в воду должно положить их, и нечисты будут до вечера, потом будут чисты;
33 If the creature fal s into an earthenware vessel, the vessel must be broken; whatever the vesselcontains is unclean.	33 если же которое-нибудь из них упадет в какой-нибудь глиняный сосуд, то находящееся в нем будет нечисто, и самый [сосуд] разбейте.
34 Any edible food wil be unclean if the water touches it; any drinkable liquid will be unclean, no matterwhat its container.	34 Всякая пища, которую едят, на которой была вода [из такого] [сосуда], нечиста будет, и всякое питье, которое пьют, во всяком [таком] сосуде нечисто будет.
35 Anything on which the carcase of such a creature may fal wil be unclean: be it oven or stove, it mustbe destroyed; for they are unclean and you wil regard them as unclean	35 Всё, на что упадет что-нибудь от трупа их, нечисто будет: печь и очаг должно разломать, они нечисты; и они должны быть нечисты для вас;
36 (although springs, wel s and stretches of water wil remain clean); anyone who touches one of theircarcases wil be unclean.	36 только источник и колодезь, вмещающий воду, остаются чистыми; а кто прикоснется к трупу их, тот нечист.
37 If one of their carcases fal s on any kind of seed, the seed will remain clean;	37 И если что-нибудь от трупа их упадет на какое-либо семя, которое сеют, то оно чисто;
38 but if the seed has been moistened and one of their carcases fal s on it, you wil regard it as unclean.	38 если же тогда, как вода налита на семя, упадет на него что-- нибудь от трупа их, то оно нечисто для вас.
39 "If one of the animals that you use as food dies, anyone who touches the carcase wil be unclean untilevening;	39 И когда умрет какой-либо скот, который употребляется вами в пищу, то прикоснувшийся к трупу его нечист будет до вечера;
40 anyone who eats any of the carcase must wash his clothing and will remain unclean until evening;anyone who picks up the carcase must wash his clothing and wil remain unclean until evening.	40 и тот, кто будет есть мертвечину его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера; и тот, кто понесет труп его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера.
41 "Any creature that swarms on the ground is detestable for eating; it must not be eaten.	41 Всякое животное, пресмыкающееся по земле, скверно для вас, не должно есть [его];
42 Anything that moves on its bel y, anything that moves on four legs or more -- in short all the creaturesthat swarm on the ground -- you will not eat, since they are detestable.	42 всего ползающего на чреве и всего ходящего на четырех ногах, и многоножных из животных пресмыкающихся по земле, не ешьте, ибо они скверны;
43 Do not make yourselves detestable with al these swarming creatures; do not defile yourselves withthem, do not be defiled by them.	43 не оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным пресмыкающимся и не делайте себя чрез них нечистыми, чтоб быть чрез них нечистыми,
44 For it is I, Yahweh, who am your God. You have been sanctified and have become holy because I amholy: do not defile yourselves with all these creatures that swarm on the ground.	44 ибо Я--Господь Бог ваш: освящайтесь и будьте святы, ибо Я свят; и не оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным, ползающим по земле,
45 Yes, it is I, Yahweh, who brought you out of Egypt to be your God: you must therefore be holybecause I am holy." '	45 ибо Я--Господь, выведший вас из земли Египетской, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Итак будьте святы, потому что Я свят.
46 Such is the law concerning animals, birds, al living creatures that move in water and al creaturesthat swarm on the ground.	46 Вот закон о скоте, о птицах, о всех животных, живущих в водах, и о всех животных, пресмыкающихся по земле,
47 Its purpose is to distinguish the clean from the unclean, the creatures that may be eaten from thosethat may not be eaten.	47 чтобы отличать нечистое от чистого, и животных, которых можно есть, от животных, которых есть не должно.
