1 הללו יה אשרי איש ירא את יהוה במצותיו חפץ מאד	1 ¡Aleluya! Alef. ¡Dichoso el hombre que teme a Yahveh, Bet. que en sus mandamientos mucho se complace!
2 גבור בארץ יהיה זרעו דור ישרים יברך	2 Guímel. Fuerte será en la tierra su estirpe, Dálet. bendita la raza de los hombres rectos.
3 הון ועשר בביתו וצדקתו עמדת לעד	3 He. Hacienda y riquezas en su casa, Vau. su justicia por siempre permanece.
4 זרח בחשך אור לישרים חנון ורחום וצדיק	4 Zain En las tinieblas brilla, como luz de los rectos, Jet. tierno, clemente y justo.
5 טוב איש חונן ומלוה יכלכל דבריו במשפט	5 Tet. Feliz el hombre que se apiada y presta, Yod. y arregla rectamente sus asuntos.
6 כי לעולם לא ימוט לזכר עולם יהיה צדיק	6 Kaf. No, no será conmovido jamás, Lámed. en memoria eterna permanece el justo;
7 משמועה רעה לא יירא נכון לבו בטח ביהוה	7 Mem. no tiene que temer noticias malas, Nun. firme es su corazón, en Yahveh confiado.
8 סמוך לבו לא יירא עד אשר יראה בצריו	8 Sámek. Seguro está su corazón, no teme: Ain. al fin desafiará a sus adversarios.
9 פזר נתן לאביונים צדקתו עמדת לעד קרנו תרום בכבוד	9 Pe. Con largueza da a los pobres; Sade. su justicia por siempre permanece, Qof. su frente se levanta con honor.
10 רשע יראה וכעס שניו יחרק ונמס תאות רשעים תאבד	10 Res. Lo ve el impío y se enfurece, Sin. rechinando sus dientes, se consume. Tau. El afán de los impíos se pierde.
