Revelation 14

1 Then I looked, and lo, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads.	1 E vidi; ed ecco, l' agnello stava sopra il monte Sion, e con quello cento quarantaquattro milia, che avevano il nome suo il nome del Padre suo, scritto nel fronte suo.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven like the sound of many waters and like the sound of loud thunder; the voice I heard was like the sound of harpers playing on their harps,	2 E udii una voce dal cielo, come voce di molte acque, e come voce grande di tuoni; e la voce ch' io udii, come di molti citaredi che citarizzavano nelle citare sue.
3 and they sing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. No one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who had been redeemed from the earth.	3 E cantavano quasi uno cantico nuovo dinanzi la sede, e dinanzi i quattro animali e li antiqui; e niuno poteva dire il cantico (nuovo), salvo quelli cento quarantaquattro milia, li quali sono comperati della terra.
4 It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are chaste; it is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes; these have been redeemed from mankind as first fruits for God and the Lamb,	4 Questi sono quelli li quali con le femine non sono imbrattati, ma sono vergini. Questi sèguitano l'agnello, là dove elli va. Questi sono comperati di tutte primizie a Iddio e all' Agnello.
5 and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are spotless.	5 E nella bocca sua non è trovata bugia; senza macula sono avanti il trono di Dio.
6 Then I saw another angel flying in midheaven, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and tongue and people;	6 E vidi un altro angelo, volante per mezzo il cielo, che aveva l' evangelio eterno, acciò che lui evangelizzasse alli sedenti sopra la terra, e sopra ogni gente e tribù, e lingua e popolo;
7 and he said with a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, for the hour of his judgment has come; and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the fountains of water."	7 dicendo con grande voce: temete Dio, e date a lui onore, per che vegnirà l'ora del giudicio suo; e adorate quello il quale fece il cielo e la terra, e il mare (e quelle cose che sono in quello) e le fontane delle acque.
8 Another angel, a second, followed, saying, "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who made all nations drink the wine of her impure passion."	8 E uno altro angelo seguitò quello, dicendo: egli è cascata Babilonia, città grande, la quale dal vino dell' ira della fornicazione sua ha fatto bevere tutte le genti.
9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If any one worships the beast and its image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,	9 E il terzo angelo seguitò quelli, con voce grande dicendo: se alcuno adorerà la bestia e la imagine sua, e riceverà il carattere nel fronte suo, ovver nella mano sua;
10 he also shall drink the wine of God's wrath, poured unmixed into the cup of his anger, and he shall be tormented with fire and sulphur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.	10 colui beverà del vino dell' ira di Dio, il quale è messedato nel calice dell' ira di Dio, e sarà cruciato con il fuoco e sulfore, nel conspetto de' angeli santi, e dinanzi al cospetto dell' agnello.
11 And the smoke of their torment goes up for ever and ever; and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name."	11 E il fumo de' tormenti suoi ascenderà in secula seculorum; e non hanno riposo nè dì nè notte chi adorarono la bestia e la imagine sua, e chi riceverà il carattere del nome suo.
12 Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.	12 Qui è pazienza de' santi li quali servano li comandamenti di Dio e la fede di Iesù.
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, "Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord henceforth." "Blessed indeed," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!"	13 E udii una voce del cielo, la quale a me disse scrivi: beati i morti, li quali muoiono nel Signore. Da qui avanti disse il Spirito acciò che riposinsi dalle sue fatiche; le sue opere sèguitano loro.
14 Then I looked, and lo, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand.	14 E vidi; ed ecco, una nebula bianca, e sopra la nebula sedente uno simile al Figliuolo dell' uomo, il quale aveva nel suo capo una corona d'oro, nella sua mano una falce aguzza.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat upon the cloud, "Put in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is fully ripe."	15 E uno altro angelo usciva del tempio, gridando con voce grande a colui che sedeva sopra la nebula: manda la falce tua, e mieti, per che viene l'ora da mietere, conciosia che è seccata la messe della terra.
16 So he who sat upon the cloud swung his sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.	16 E colui che sedeva sopra la nebula mandò la falce sua in terra, e mietette quella.
17 And another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle.	17 E un altro angelo uscì del tempio, il quale è in cielo, che aveva ancora lui una falce aguzza.
18 Then another angel came out from the altar, the angel who has power over fire, and he called with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Put in your sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for its grapes are ripe."	18 E uno altro angelo uscì dell' altare, il quale aveva potenza sopra il fuoco; e gridava con voce grande a quello il quale aveva la falce aguzza, dicendo: manda la tua falce, e vendemmia li grappi di uva della vigna della terra, conciosia che le uve sono mature.
19 So the angel swung his sickle on the earth and gathered the vintage of the earth, and threw it into the great wine press of the wrath of God;	19 E mandò l'angelo la falce sua aguzza in terra, e vendemmiò la vigna della terra, e mandò nel lago grande dell' ira di Dio.
20 and the wine press was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the wine press, as high as a horse's bridle, for one thousand six hundred stadia.	20 E fu calcato il lago fuora della città, e uscì fuori sangue del lago insino alli freni de' cavalli per stadii mille seicento.
