Jeremiah 27

1 In the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word came to Jeremiah from the LORD.	1 Nel principio del reame di Ioachim, figliuolo di Iosia, re di Giuda, [il Signore] disse questo a leremia (profeta), dicente:
2 Thus the LORD said to me: "Make yourself thongs and yoke-bars, and put them on your neck.	2 Questo dice Iddio a me: fae a te legami e catene, e ponile nel collo tuo.
3 Send word to the king of Edom, the king of Moab, the king of the sons of Ammon, the king of Tyre, and the king of Sidon by the hand of the envoys who have come to Jerusalem to Zedekiah king of Judah.	3 Mandale allo re d' Edom, e allo re [di] Moab, e allo re de' figliuoli d'Ammon, e allo re di Tiro, e allo re de' Sidoni, in mano de' messaggeri i quali vennero in Ierusalem a Sedecia re di Giuda.
4 Give them this charge for their masters: 'Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: This is what you shall say to your masters:	4 E dirai che parlino ai loro signori: questo dice lo Signore delli esèrciti, Iddio d' Israel: questo direte a' vostri signori :
5 "It is I who by my great power and my outstretched arm have made the earth, with the men and animals that are on the earth, and I give it to whomever it seems right to me.	5 Io hoe fatto la terra, li uomini e le giumente, le quali [sono] sopra la terra, con grande fortezza e in braccio disteso; e diedile a lui il quale piacque alli miei occhi.
6 Now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, my servant, and I have given him also the beasts of the field to serve him.	6 E ora adunque io hoe date tutte queste cose in mano di Nabucodonosor, re di Babilonia, servo mio; e anco io li hoe dato le bestie del campo, che servano a lui.
7 All the nations shall serve him and his son and his grandson, until the time of his own land comes; then many nations and great kings shall make him their slave.	7 E servirà a lui ogni gente, e al suo figliuolo, e al figliuolo del suo figliuolo, d' insino a tanto che venga il tempo della (sua) terra di lui; e serviranno a lui molte genti e grandi re.
8 "'"But if any nation or kingdom will not serve this Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will punish that nation with the sword, with famine, and with pestilence, says the LORD, until I have consumed it by his hand.	8 E la gente e lo regno che non servirà a Nabucodonosor, re di Babilonia, e chiunque non inchinerà lo suo collo sotto lo giogo dello re di Babilonia, io visiterò (lui) con coltello e con fame e con pestilenza sopra tutta quella gente, insino a tanto ch' io averò consumato loro nella mano sua.
9 So do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your soothsayers, or your sorcerers, who are saying to you, 'You shall not serve the king of Babylon.'	9 Adunque non vogliate udire li vostri profeti e li indovini e li sognatori (e li indovinatori) e li incantatori delli uccelli e li malefichi, i quali dicono a voi: non servirete allo re di Babilonia.
10 For it is a lie which they are prophesying to you, with the result that you will be removed far from your land, and I will drive you out, and you will perish.	10 Però ch' egli vi profetano bugie, acciò che vi faccino dilungare della vostra terra, e caccino voi, acciò che voi periate (alla fine).
11 But any nation which will bring its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will leave on its own land, to till it and dwell there, says the LORD."'"	11 La gente che sottoporrà lo collo suo sotto lo giogo dello re di Babilonia, e servirà a lui, lascerolla andare nella terra sua, dice Iddio; e governeralla e abiterà in lei.
12 To Zedekiah king of Judah I spoke in like manner: "Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.	12 E parlai a Sedecia, re di Giuda, secondo tutte queste parole, dicendo sottomettete li vostri colli sotto lo giogo dello re di Babilonia, e servite a lui e al suo populo, e viverete.
13 Why will you and your people die by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence, as the LORD has spoken concerning any nation which will not serve the king of Babylon?	13 O per che morrete tu e lo tuo populo di coltello e di fame e di pestilenza, sì come Iddio hae parlato alla gente la quale non averà voluto servire allo re di Babilonia?
14 Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are saying to you, 'You shall not serve the king of Babylon,' for it is a lie which they are prophesying to you.	14 Non vogliate udire li vostri profeti, i quali dicono a voi: non servirete allo re di Babilonia; però che parlano bugia a voi.
15 I have not sent them, says the LORD, but they are prophesying falsely in my name, with the result that I will drive you out and you will perish, you and the prophets who are prophesying to you."	15 Però che io non gli mandai, [dice il Signore]; ed egli profetano nel mio nome con bugie, acciò che vi caccino e possiate perire, così voi come li profeti i quali indovinano a voi.
16 Then I spoke to the priests and to all this people, saying, "Thus says the LORD: Do not listen to the words of your prophets who are prophesying to you, saying, 'Behold, the vessels of the LORD's house will now shortly be brought back from Babylon,' for it is a lie which they are prophesying to you.	16 E alli sacerdoti e a questo populo io parlai, dicendo: questo dice Iddio: non udiate le parole dei vostri profeti, i quali profetano a voi, dicendo: ecco, li vasi di Dio ritornano di Babilonia ora tosto; egli profetano a voi bugia.
17 Do not listen to them; serve the king of Babylon and live. Why should this city become a desolation?	17 Adunque non li udite, ma servite allo re di Babilonia, acciò che voi viviate; per che si dà questa città in solitudine?
18 If they are prophets, and if the word of the LORD is with them, then let them intercede with the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, in the house of the king of Judah, and in Jerusalem may not go to Babylon.	18 E se sono profeti, e la parola di Dio è in loro, vadano incontro allo Signore delli esèrciti, che non ci vegnano li vasi, i quali sono [stati] abbandonati nella casa di Dio e nella casa de' re di Giuda e in Ierusalem, in Babilonia.
19 For thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, the sea, the stands, and the rest of the vessels which are left in this city,	19 Però che questo dice lo Signore delli esèrciti alle colonne e al mare e alle basi e alle altre cose de' vasi i quali rimasono in questa città,
20 which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon did not take away, when he took into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem--	20 i quali non portò via Nabucodonosor, re di Babilonia, quando menò Ieconia, figliuolo di Ioachim, re di Giuda, di Ierusalem.
21 thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, in the house of the king of Judah, and in Jerusalem:	21 Però che questo dice lo Signore delli esèrciti, Iddio d' Israel, alli vasi che sono rimasi nella casa di Dio e nella casa [del re] di Giuda in Ierusalem:
22 They shall be carried to Babylon and remain there until the day when I give attention to them, says the LORD. Then I will bring them back and restore them to this place."	22 saranno insino al dì della sua visitazione, dice Iddio, e farolli portare in questo luogo.
