1 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the faithful!	1 Aleluya. |Cantad al Señor un cántico nuevo, | resuene su alabanza en la asamblea de los fieles;
2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker, let the sons of Zion rejoice in their King!	2 que se alegre Israel por su Creador, | los hijos de Sión por su Rey.
3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with timbrel and lyre!	3 Alabad su nombre con danzas, | cantadle con tambores y cítaras;
4 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with victory.	4 porque el Señor ama a su pueblo | y adorna con la victoria a los humildes.
5 Let the faithful exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their couches.	5 Que los fieles festejen su gloria | y canten jubilosos en filas:
6 Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands,	6 con vítores a Dios en la boca | y espadas de dos filos en las manos:
7 to wreak vengeance on the nations and chastisement on the peoples,	7 para tomar venganza de los pueblos | y aplicar el castigo a las naciones,
8 to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron,	8 sujetando a los reyes con argollas, | a los nobles con esposas de hierro.
9 to execute on them the judgment written! This is glory for all his faithful ones. Praise the LORD!	9 Ejecutar la sentencia dictada | es un honor para todos sus fieles. |¡Aleluya!
