1 Solomon was building his own house thirteen years, and he finished his entire house.	1 Quanto à sua casa Salomão edificou-a e completou-a dentro do espaço de treze anos.
2 He built the House of the Forest of Lebanon; its length was a hundred cubits, and its breadth fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits, and it was built upon three rows of cedar pillars, with cedar beams upon the pillars.	2 Edificou a Casa do Bosque do Líbano, que tinha cem côvados de comprido, cinqüenta côvados de largo, e trinta côvados de alto, sobre quatro filas de colunas de cedro, porque ele tinha mandado cortar paus de cedro para estas colunas.
3 And it was covered with cedar above the chambers that were upon the forty-five pillars, fifteen in each row.	3 Forrou de madeira de cedro todo o tecto, que se sustentava em quarenta e cinco colunas. Cada ordem tinha quinze colunas,
4 There were window frames in three rows, and window opposite window in three tiers.	4 postas umas em frente das outras,
5 All the doorways and windows had square frames, and window was opposite window in three tiers.	5 e as colunas correspondiam-se em frente umas das outras, a igual distância entre si, e sobre as colunas havia umas vigas quadradas inteiramente iguais.
6 And he made the Hall of Pillars; its length was fifty cubits, and its breadth thirty cubits; there was a porch in front with pillars, and a canopy before them.	6 Fez um pórtico de colunas, que tinha cinqüenta côvados de comprido e trinta côvados de largo, e um outro pórtico em frente do pórtico maior, com colunas e arquitraves sobre as colunas.
7 And he made the Hall of the Throne where he was to pronounce judgment, even the Hall of Judgment; it was finished with cedar from floor to rafters.	7 Fez também o pórtico do trono, onde estava o tribunal, e forrou-o de madeiras de cedro desde o pavimento até ao tecto.
8 His own house where he was to dwell, in the other court back of the hall, was of like workmanship. Solomon also made a house like this hall for Pharaoh's daughter whom he had taken in marriage.	8 A sua residência, construída no outro átrio, dentro do pórtico, era de trabalho semelhante. Fez também para a filha de Faraó (com a qual se tinha casado) uma casa da mesma arquitectura que este pórtico.
9 All these were made of costly stones, hewn according to measure, sawed with saws, back and front, even from the foundation to the coping, and from the court of the house of the LORD to the great court.	9 Todos estes edifícios, desde os fundamentos até ao cimo das paredes, e por fora até ao átrio maior, eram de pedras valiosas, que tinham sido serradas de uma mesma forma e medida, tanto por dentro como por fora.
10 The foundation was of costly stones, huge stones, stones of eight and ten cubits.	10 Os fundamentos eram também de pedras valiosas, pedras grandes de dez ou de oito côvados.
11 And above were costly stones, hewn according to measurement, and cedar.	11 Dali para cima havia pedras de muito valor, cortadas em Igual medida, e cobertas também de cedro.
12 The great court had three courses of hewn stone round about, and a course of cedar beams; so had the inner court of the house of the LORD, and the vestibule of the house.	12 O átrio maior era redondo, e tinha três ordens de pedras de cantaria, e uma ordem de cedro lavrado; tudo igual, tanto do átrio interior da casa do Senhor, como no pórtico da casa.
13 And King Solomon sent and brought Hiram from Tyre.	13 Mandou também o rei Salomão que de Tiro viesse Hirão,
14 He was the son of a widow of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a worker in bronze; and he was full of wisdom, understanding, and skill, for making any work in bronze. He came to King Solomon, and did all his work.	14 filho duma mulher viúva da tribo de Neftali, cujo pai era de Tiro, que trabalhava em bronze, e era cheio de sabedoria, de inteligência e de ciência para fazer todo o gênero de obras de bronze. Tendo-se, pois, Hirão apresentado ao rei Salomão, fez todas as suas obras.
15 He cast two pillars of bronze. Eighteen cubits was the height of one pillar, and a line of twelve cubits measured its circumference; it was hollow, and its thickness was four fingers; the second pillar was the same.	15 Fundiu duas colunas de bronze, tendo cada uma dezoito côvados de altura; a sua periferia media-se com um fio de doze côvados.
16 He also made two capitals of molten bronze, to set upon the tops of the pillars; the height of the one capital was five cubits, and the height of the other capital was five cubits.	16 Fez também dois capitéis de bronze fundido para os pôr sobre o alto das colunas; um capitel tinha cinco côvados de altura, e o outro capitel era também da altura de cinco côvados;
17 Then he made two nets of checker work with wreaths of chain work for the capitals upon the tops of the pillars; a net for the one capital, and a net for the other capital.	17 estavam cercados como que de uma espécie de rede, e de cadeias artisticamente entrelaçadas entre si. Ambos os capitéis das colunas eram fundidos; havia sete ordens de malhas num capitel, e outras sete no outro capitel.
18 Likewise he made pomegranates; in two rows round about upon the one network, to cover the capital that was upon the top of the pillar; and he did the same with the other capital.	18 Rematou as colunas com duas ordens de romãs ao redor de cada uma das malhas, para cobrir os capitéis que estavam no alto; o mesmo fez também no segundo capitel.
19 Now the capitals that were upon the tops of the pillars in the vestibule were of lily-work, four cubits.	19 Os capitéis, que estavam no alto das colunas no pórtico, eram fabricados em forma de açucena, com quatro côvados de altura.
20 The capitals were upon the two pillars and also above the rounded projection which was beside the network; there were two hundred pomegranates, in two rows round about; and so with the other capital.	20 Além disto, no alto das colunas sobre as malhas, havia outros capitéis proporcionados à medida da coluna; na circunferência do segundo capitel havia duzentas romãs postas em duas ordens.
21 He set up the pillars at the vestibule of the temple; he set up the pillar on the south and called its name Jachin; and he set up the pillar on the north and called its name Boaz.	21 Pôs estas duas colunas no pórtico do templo; tendo levantado a coluna direita, deu-lhe o nome de Jaquim: levantou do mesmo modo a segunda coluna, e deu-lhe o nome de Booz.
22 And upon the tops of the pillars was lily-work. Thus the work of the pillars was finished.	22 Por cima das colunas pôs um lavor em forma de açucena, e, com isto, ficou concluída a obra das colunas.
23 Then he made the molten sea; it was round, ten cubits from brim to brim, and five cubits high, and a line of thirty cubits measured its circumference.	23 Fez também o mar de bronze de dez côvados (de diâmetro), duma borda à outra, redondo em toda a volta; a sua profundidade era de cinco côvados, e a sua circunferência media-se com um fio de trinta côvados.
24 Under its brim were gourds, for thirty cubits, compassing the sea round about; the gourds were in two rows, cast with it when it was cast.	24 Por baixo da borda corria uma obra de talha por (cada) dez côvados, que rodeava o mar; as duas ordens destas obras de talha eram de fundição.
25 It stood upon twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, and three facing east; the sea was set upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.	25 E (o mar) estava assente sobre doze bois, três dos quais olhavam para o setentrião, três para o ocidente, três para o meio-dia, e três para o oriente. O mar estava em cima deles; as partes posteriores dos bois escondiam-se todas para o lado de dentro.
26 Its thickness was a handbreadth; and its brim was made like the brim of a cup, like the flower of a lily; it held two thousand baths.	26 A grossura da bacia era de três polegadas; a sua borda era semelhante à borda dum copo, e à folha duma açucena aberta; levava dois mil batos.
27 He also made the ten stands of bronze; each stand was four cubits long, four cubits wide, and three cubits high.	27 Fez também dez bases de bronze, cada uma das quais tinha quatro côvados de comprido, quatro côvados de largo, e três côvados de alto.
28 This was the construction of the stands: they had panels, and the panels were set in the frames	28 O trabalho das bases era a cinzel, e havia esculturas entre as junturas.
29 and on the panels that were set in the frames were lions, oxen, and cherubim. Upon the frames, both above and below the lions and oxen, there were wreaths of beveled work.	29 Entre as coroas e festões havia leões, bois e querubins, assim como nas junturas da parte de cima; debaixo dos leões e dos bois, pendiam como que umas grinaldas.
30 Moreover each stand had four bronze wheels and axles of bronze; and at the four corners were supports for a laver. The supports were cast, with wreaths at the side of each.	30 Cada base tinha quatro rodas com seus eixos de bronze, e nos quatro cantos debaixo do lavatório havia uns suportes fundidos, um em frente do outro.
31 Its opening was within a crown which projected upward one cubit; its opening was round, as a pedestal is made, a cubit and a half deep. At its opening there were carvings; and its panels were square, not round.	31 Havia também dentro, no alto da base, uma cavidade em que encaixava a bacia; o que se via por fora, era dum côvado, e tudo redondo, e tudo junto tinha côvado e meio; nos cantos das colunas havia várias esculturas; e os intercolúnios eram quadrados, e não redondos.
32 And the four wheels were underneath the panels; the axles of the wheels were of one piece with the stands; and the height of a wheel was a cubit and a half.	32 As quatro rodas, que havia nos quatro cantos da base, correspondiam-se umas às outras por baixo da base; cada roda tinha côvado e meio de altura.
33 The wheels were made like a chariot wheel; their axles, their rims, their spokes, and their hubs, were all cast.	33 As rodas eram como as que costumam fazer-se para um carro; os seus eixos, raios, caibros e cubos, tudo era de fundição;
34 There were four supports at the four corners of each stand; the supports were of one piece with the stands.	34 até os quatro suportes, que estavam nos quatro cantos de cada base, eram fundidos com a mesma base em um molde, e unidos com ela.
35 And on the top of the stand there was a round band half a cubit high; and on the top of the stand its stays and its panels were of one piece with it.	35 No alto da base, porém, havia um círculo de meio côvado de altura, feito de tal modo, que se podia pôr em cima a bacia, e tinha os seus trabalhos em talha, com variedade de relevos, tudo de uma só peça.
36 And on the surfaces of its stays and on its panels, he carved cherubim, lions, and palm trees, according to the space of each, with wreaths round about.	36 Lavrou também nas superfícies, que eram de bronze, e nos cantos, querubins, leões e palmas, de acordo com o espaço livre, e grinaldas em volta.
37 After this manner he made the ten stands; all of them were cast alike, of the same measure and the same form.	37 Deste modo fez dez bases do mesmo molde, da mesma medida, de escultura semelhante.
38 And he made ten lavers of bronze; each laver held forty baths, each laver measured four cubits, and there was a laver for each of the ten stands.	38 Fez também dez bacias de bronze, cada uma das quais continha quarenta batos, e era de quatro côvados; pôs cada bacia sobre cada uma das dez bases.
39 And he set the stands, five on the south side of the house, and five on the north side of the house; and he set the sea on the southeast corner of the house.	39 Das dez bases, pôs cinco na parte direita do templo, e cinco na esquerda. Pôs o mar na parte direita do templo, entre o oriente e o meio-dia.
40 Hiram also made the pots, the shovels, and the basins. So Hiram finished all the work that he did for King Solomon on the house of the LORD:	40 Hirão fez também caldeirões, pás e taças, e concluiu toda a obra do rei Salomão no templo do Senhor:
41 the two pillars, the two bowls of the capitals that were on the tops of the pillars, and the two networks to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the tops of the pillars;	41 as duas colunas, os dois capitéis das colunas, as duas redes e os dois cordões, que estavam sobre os capitéis das colunas;
42 and the four hundred pomegranates for the two networks, two rows of pomegranates for each network, to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were upon the pillars;	42 quatrocentas romãs nas duas redes, duas ordens de romãs em cada rede, para cobrir os cordões dos capitéis, que estavam no alto das colunas;
43 the ten stands, and the ten lavers upon the stands;	43 as dez bases, e as dez bacias sobre as bases;
44 and the one sea, and the twelve oxen underneath the sea.	44 o mar e os doze bois por baixo do mar;
45 Now the pots, the shovels, and the basins, all these vessels in the house of the LORD, which Hiram made for King Solomon, were of burnished bronze.	45 os caldeirões, as pás e as taças. Todos os vasos que Hirão fez ao rei Salomão para serviço da casa do Senhor eram de bronze fino.
46 In the plain of the Jordan the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zarethan.	46 O rei mandou-os fundir nos campos do Jordão numa terra argilosa, entre Socot e Sartan.
47 And Solomon left all the vessels unweighed, because there were so many of them; the weight of the bronze was not found out.	47 Salomão pôs (no templo) todos estes vasos. Pelo seu excessivo número, não se pesou o bronze.
48 So Solomon made all the vessels that were in the house of the LORD: the golden altar, the golden table for the bread of the Presence,	48 Salomão fez (também) todos os (outros) utensílios para a casa do Senhor; o altar de ouro; a mesa de ouro, sobre a qual se deviam colocar os pães da proposição;
49 the lampstands of pure gold, five on the south side and five on the north, before the inner sanctuary; the flowers, the lamps, and the tongs, of gold;	49 os candeeiros de ouro, cinco à direita e cinco à esquerda, diante do santuário, (todos) de ouro fino, com flores de açucena, lâmpadas de ouro e espevitadores de ouro;
50 the cups, snuffers, basins, dishes for incense, and firepans, of pure gold; and the sockets of gold, for the doors of the innermost part of the house, the most holy place, and for the doors of the nave of the temple.	50 as bilhas para água, os garfos, os copos, os almofarizes e os turíbulos de ouro puríssimo; as couceiras das portas da casa interior do Santo dos Santos, e as das portas da casa do templo, eram também de ouro.
51 Thus all the work that King Solomon did on the house of the LORD was finished. And Solomon brought in the things which David his father had dedicated, the silver, the gold, and the vessels, and stored them in the treasuries of the house of the LORD.	51 Salomão concluiu toda a obra que mandou fazer para a casa do Senhor. Depois meteu nela a prata, o ouro e os utensílios que seu pai Davide tinha consagrado e depositou-as no tesouro da casa do Senhor.
