Ephesians 3

By reason of this grace, I, Paul, am a prisoner of Jesus Christ, for the sake of you Gentiles.1 Because of this, I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ (Jesus) for you Gentiles--
Now certainly, you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God, which has been given to me among you:2 if, as I suppose, you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace that was given to me for your benefit,
that, by means of revelation, the mystery was made known to me, just as I have written above in a few words.3 (namely, that) the mystery was made known to me by revelation, as I have written briefly earlier.
Yet, by reading this closely, you might be able to understand my prudence in the mystery of Christ.4 When you read this you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,
In other generations, this was unknown to the sons of men, even as it has now been revealed to his holy Apostles and Prophets in the Spirit,5 which was not made known to human beings in other generations as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit,
so that the Gentiles would be co-heirs, and of the same body, and partners together, by his promise in Christ Jesus, through the Gospel.6 that the Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same body, and copartners in the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
Of this Gospel, I have been made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God, which has been given to me by means of the operation of his virtue.7 Of this I became a minister by the gift of God's grace that was granted me in accord with the exercise of his power.
Although I am the least of all the saints, I have been given this grace: to evangelize among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,8 To me, the very least of all the holy ones, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the inscrutable riches of Christ,
and to enlighten everyone concerning the dispensation of the mystery, hidden before the ages in God who created all things,9 and to bring to light [for all] what is the plan of the mystery hidden from ages past in God who created all things,
so that the manifold wisdom of God may become well-known to the principalities and powers in the heavens, through the Church,10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the principalities and authorities in the heavens.
according to that timeless purpose, which he has formed in Christ Jesus our Lord.11 This was according to the eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
In him we trust, and so we approach with confidence, through his faith.12 in whom we have boldness of speech and confidence of access through faith in him.
Because of this, I ask you not to be weakened by my tribulations on your behalf; for this is your glory.13 So I ask you not to lose heart over my afflictions for you; this is your glory.
By reason of this grace, I bend my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,14 For this reason I kneel before the Father,
from whom all paternity in heaven and on earth takes its name.15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,
And I ask him to grant to you to be strengthened in virtue by his Spirit, in accord with the wealth of his glory, in the inner man,16 that he may grant you in accord with the riches of his glory to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner self,
so that Christ may live in your hearts through a faith rooted in, and founded on, charity.17 and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, rooted and grounded in love,
So may you be able to embrace, with all the saints, what is the width and length and height and depth18 may have strength to comprehend with all the holy ones what is the breadth and length and height and depth,
of the charity of Christ, and even be able to know that which surpasses all knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.19 and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do all things, more abundantly than we could ever ask or understand, by means of the virtue which is at work in us:20 Now to him who is able to accomplish far more than all we ask or imagine, by the power at work within us,
to him be glory, in the Church and in Christ Jesus, throughout every generation, forever and ever. Amen.21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
