1 This is the book of the lineage of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.	1 Nel dì, il quale creoe Iddio l'uomo, ad ima gine di Dio fece lui.
2 He created them, male and female; and he blessed them. And he called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.	2 Maschio e femina creoe; e loro benedisse, e chiamò loro Adam; e dal dì che furono creati,
3 Then Adam lived for one hundred and thirty years. And then he conceived a son in his own image and likeness, and he called his name Seth.	3 vivendo poi anni Cxxx, generoe a similitudine sua e ad imagine uno figliuolo, chiamando il nome suo Set.
4 And after he conceived Seth, the days of Adam that passed were eight hundred years. And he conceived sons and daughters.	4 E poi che l'ebbe generato, vivette Adam, e fatti sono i suoi dì ottocento anni; e poi ancora generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
5 And all the time that passed while Adam lived was nine hundred and thirty years, and then he died.	5 E fatto è ogni tempo di Adam, che vivette anni novecento trenta; e moritte Adam.
6 Seth likewise lived for one hundred and five years, and then he conceived Enos.	6 In verità vivette Set (suo figliuolo) anni CV; e generoe Enos.
7 And after he conceived Enos, Seth lived for eight hundred and seven years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	7 E vivette Set, poichè generoe Enos, ottocento sette anni; e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
8 And all the days of Seth that passed were nine hundred and twelve years, and then he died.	8 E compiti sono tutti i dì di Set, novecento XII anni, e mori.
9 In truth, Enos lived ninety years, and then he conceived Cainan.	9 Ma Enos vivette nonant' anni, e generoe Cainan.
10 After his birth, he lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	10 Dopo il quale nascimento visse Dcccxv anni; ed in questo tempo generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
11 And all the days of Enos that passed were nine hundred and five years, and then he died.	11 E fatti e compiuti sono tutti i dì di Enos Iccccv anni, e morio.
12 Likewise, Cainan lived seventy years, and then he conceived Mahalalel.	12 Ma Cainan in verità visse Lxx anni, e generoe Malaleel.
13 And after he conceived Mahalalel, Cainan lived for eight hundred and forty years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	13 E poi vivette Cainan, dapoi che generoe Malaleel, DcccxL anni; ed in questo tempo generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
14 And all the days of Cainan that passed were nine hundred and ten years, and then he died.	14 E fatti sono tutti i dì di Cainan Dccccx anni, e morto è.
15 And Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and then he conceived Jared.	15 Ma vivette ancora Malaleel Lxv anni, il quale generoe laret.
16 And after he conceived Jared, Mahalalel lived for eight hundred and thirty years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	16 E poi vivette Malaleel, poi che generoe Iaret, Dcccxxx anni; e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
17 And all the days of Mahalalel that passed were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and then he died.	17 E fatti sono tutti i dì della sua vita, cioè di Malaleel, DCCCLxxxxv anni, e morto è.
18 And Jared lived for one hundred and sixty-two years, and then he conceived Enoch.	18 E dopo costui vivette laret CLXII anni, e generoe Enoc.
19 And after he conceived Enoch, Jared lived for eight hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	19 E vivette Laret, poi che generoe Enoc, Dccc anni; e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
20 And all the days of Jared that passed were nine hundred and sixty-two years, and then he died.	20 E fatti sono e compiuti tutti i dì della vita di Iaret DccccLxii anni, e morto è.
21 Now Enoch lived for sixty-five years, and then he conceived Methuselah.	21 E dopo costui il suo figliuolo Enoc vivette sessanta e V anni, e generoe Matusalem.
22 And Enoch walked with God. And after he conceived Methuselah, he lived for three hundred years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	22 E seguitò Enoc la via di Dio; e vivette Enoc, dopo ch' egli generoe Matusalem, CCC anni; e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
23 And all the days of Enoch that passed were three hundred and sixty-five years.	23 E fatti sono tutti i dì di Enoc CCCLxv anni.
24 And he walked with God, and then he was seen no more, because God took him.	24 Ed andossene con Dio, e non appario poi più; imperciò che ne'l portoe il Signore vivo.
25 Likewise, Methuselah lived for one hundred and eighty-seven years, and then he conceived Lamech.	25 E vivette Matusalem poi CLXXXVII anni, e generoe Lamec.
26 And after he conceived Lamech, Methuselah lived for seven hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	26 E vivette Matusalem, poi che generoe Lamec, DccLxxxii anni, e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
27 And all the days of Methuselah that passed were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and then he died.	27 E fatti sono i di tutti di Matusalem DCCCCLXVIIII anni, e morto è.
28 Then Lamech lived for one hundred and eighty-two years, and he conceived a son.	28 E vivette ancora Lamec CLxxxii anni; e generoe uno figliuolo.
29 And he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will console us from the works and hardships of our hands, in the land that the Lord has cursed.”	29 E chiamò lo suo nome Noè, dicendo: costui consolerà noi dall'opre e dalle fatiche delle mani nostre, nella terra che maledisse il Signore.
30 And after he conceived Noah, Lamech lived for five hundred and ninety-five years, and he conceived sons and daughters.	30 E poi che Lamec generoe Noè, vivette egli DLXXxxv anni; e generoe figliuoli e figliuole.
31 And all the days of Lamech that passed were seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and then he died. In truth, when Noah was five hundred years old, he conceived Shem, Ham, and Japheth.	31 E fatti sono tutti i dì di Lamec DccLXXVII anni, e morto è. Ma Noè, essendo già di cinquecento anni, generoe Sem, Cam e Iafet.
