Hosea 3

1 The number of the Israelites shall be like the sand of the sea, which can be neither measured nor counted. Whereas they were called, "Lo-ammi," They shall be called, "Children of the living God."	1 - E il Signore mi disse: «Va', ama ancora la donna amoreggiata dall'altro e adultera: alla stessa guisa che il Signore ama i figli di Israele, mentre essi sono vòlti agli dèi stranieri e amano le vinacce delle uve».
2 Then the people of Judah and of Israel shall be gathered together; They shall appoint for themselves one head and come up from other lands, for great shall be the day of Jezreel.	2 Ed io me l'accaparrai per quindici monete d'argento e un coro e mezzo d'orzo.
3 Say to your brothers, "Ammi," and to your sisters, "Ruhama."	3 E le dissi: «Per molti giorni te ne resterai ad attendermi; non prostituirti e non essere d'altro uomo e anch'io aspetterò te».
4 For the people of Israel shall remain many days without king or prince, Without sacrifice or sacred pillar, without ephod or household idols.	4 Poichè per molti giorni i figli d'Israele se ne resteranno senza re e senza principe e senza sacrifizio e senza altare e senza efod e senza terafim.
5 Then the people of Israel shall turn back and seek the LORD, their God, and David, their king; They shall come trembling to the LORD and to his bounty, in the last days.	5 Dopo poi i figli d'Israele torneranno e cercheranno il Signore loro Dio, e David loro re, e correranno trepidanti verso il Signore e verso il suo bene negli estremi giorni.
