1 A psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; there is nothing I lack.	1 Prima sabbati. Psalmus David. Domini est terra, et plenitudo ejus ; orbis terrarum, et universi qui habitant in eo.
2 In green pastures you let me graze; to safe waters you lead me;	2 Quia ipse super maria fundavit eum, et super flumina præparavit eum.
3 you restore my strength. You guide me along the right path for the sake of your name.	3 Quis ascendet in montem Domini ? aut quis stabit in loco sancto ejus ?
4 Even when I walk through a dark valley, I fear no harm for you are at my side; your rod and staff give me courage.	4 Innocens manibus et mundo corde, qui non accepit in vano animam suam, nec juravit in dolo proximo suo :
5 You set a table before me as my enemies watch; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.	5 hic accipiet benedictionem a Domino, et misericordiam a Deo salutari suo.
6 Only goodness and love will pursue me all the days of my life; I will dwell in the house of the LORD for years to come.	6 Hæc est generatio quærentium eum, quærentium faciem Dei Jacob.
