1 Hallelujah! Praise, you servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.	1 Alleluia. Lodate, servi del Signore, lodate il nome del Signore.
2 Blessed be the name of the LORD both now and forever.	2 Sia benedetto il nome del Signore, ora e sempre.
3 From the rising of the sun to its setting let the name of the LORD be praised.	3 Dal sorgere del sole al suo tramonto sia lodato il nome del Signore.
4 High above all nations is the LORD; above the heavens God's glory.	4 Su tutti i popoli eccelso è il Signore, più alta dei cieli è la sua gloria.
5 Who is like the LORD, our God enthroned on high,	5 Chi è pari al Signore nostro Dio che siede nell'alto
6 looking down on heaven and earth?	6 e si china a guardare nei cieli e sulla terra?
7 The LORD raises the needy from the dust, lifts the poor from the ash heap,	7 Solleva l'indigente dalla polvere, dall'immondizia rialza il povero,
8 Seats them with princes, the princes of the people,	8 per farlo sedere tra i principi, tra i principi del suo popolo.
9 Gives the childless wife a home, the joyful mother of children. Hallelujah!	9 Fa abitare la sterile nella sua casa quale madre gioiosa di figli.
