1 "This is the rite you shall perform in consecrating them as my priests. Procure a young bull and two unblemished rams.	1 »Behufs ihrer Weihe für den Priesterdienst, den sie mir zu verrichten haben, sollst du folgendermaßen verfahren: Nimm einen jungen Stier und zwei fehlerlose Widder,
2 With fine wheat flour make unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil,	2 ungesäuertes Brot und ungesäuerte, mit Öl gemengte (oder: eingerührte) Kuchen sowie ungesäuerte, mit Öl bestrichene Fladen; aus feinem Weizenmehl sollst du sie bereiten.
3 and put them in a basket. Take the basket of them along with the bullock and the two rams.	3 Lege sie dann in einen Korb und bringe sie in dem Korbe herbei, dazu den jungen Stier und die beiden Widder.
4 Aaron and his sons you shall also bring to the entrance of the meeting tent, and there wash them with water.	4 Dann laß Aaron und seine Söhne an den Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes treten und laß sie eine Abwaschung mit Wasser an sich vornehmen.
5 Take the vestments and clothe Aaron with the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod itself, and the breastpiece, fastening the embroidered belt of the ephod around him.	5 Hierauf nimm die heiligen Kleider und laß Aaron das Unterkleid und das zum Schulterkleid gehörige Obergewand sowie das Schulterkleid selbst nebst dem Brustschild anlegen und gürte ihm die Binde des Schulterkleides fest um;
6 Put the miter on his head, the sacred diadem on the miter.	6 setze ihm dann den Kopfbund aufs Haupt und befestige das heilige Diadem am Kopfbund.
7 Then take the anointing oil and anoint him with it, pouring it on his head.	7 Hierauf nimm das Salböl, gieße ihm (etwas davon) aufs Haupt und salbe ihn so.
8 Bring forward his sons also and clothe them with the tunics,	8 Sodann laß auch seine Söhne herantreten und sich die Unterkleider anlegen;
9 gird them with the sashes, and tie the turbans on them. Thus shall the priesthood be theirs by perpetual law, and thus shall you ordain Aaron and his sons.	9 umgürte sie mit dem Gürtel [Aaron und seine Söhne] und laß sie die hohen Mützen aufsetzen, damit ihnen das Priestertum kraft einer ewig gültigen Einsetzung zusteht. Wenn du so Aaron und seine Söhne in ihr Amt eingesetzt hast (vgl. 28,41),
10 "Now bring forward the bullock in front of the meeting tent. There Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on its head.	10 sollst du den jungen Stier vor das Offenbarungszelt führen lassen, und Aaron nebst seinen Söhnen sollen ihre Hände fest auf den Kopf des Stieres legen.
11 Then slaughter the bullock before the LORD, at the entrance of the meeting tent.	11 Dann schlachte den Stier vor dem HERRN am Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes,
12 Take some of its blood and with your finger put it on the horns of the altar. All the rest of the blood you shall pour out at the base of the altar.	12 nimm etwas von dem Blut des Stieres und streiche es mit deinem Finger an die Hörner des Altars; alles übrige Blut aber schütte an den Fuß des Altars.
13 All the fat that covers its inner organs, as well as the lobe of its liver and its two kidneys, together with the fat that is on them, you shall take and burn on the altar.	13 Sodann nimm das gesamte Fett, welches die Eingeweide überzieht, sowie den Leberlappen und die beiden Nieren samt dem daransitzenden Fett und laß es auf dem Altar in Rauch aufgehen;
14 But the flesh and hide and offal of the bullock you must burn up outside the camp, since this is a sin offering.	14 das Fleisch des Stieres aber sowie sein Fell und den Inhalt seiner Gedärme verbrenne im Feuer außerhalb des Lagers: es ist ein Sündopfer.
15 "Then take one of the rams, and after Aaron and his sons have laid their hands on its head,	15 Dann nimm den einen Widder, und Aaron nebst seinen Söhnen sollen ihre Hände fest auf den Kopf des Widders legen.
16 slaughter it. The blood you shall take and splash on all the sides of the altar.	16 Hierauf schlachte den Widder, nimm sein Blut und sprenge es an den Altar ringsum;
17 Cut the ram into pieces; its inner organs and shanks you shall first wash, and then put them with the pieces and with the head.	17 den Widder aber zerlege in seine Stücke, wasche seine Eingeweide und Beine ab und lege sie zu seinen übrigen Stücken und zu seinem Kopf
18 The entire ram shall then be burned on the altar, since it is a holocaust, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	18 und laß dann den ganzen Widder auf dem Altar in Rauch aufgehen: es ist ein Brandopfer für den HERRN, ein lieblicher Geruch; ein Feueropfer ist es für den HERRN.
19 "After this take the other ram, and when Aaron and his sons have laid their hands on its head,	19 Hierauf nimm den zweiten Widder, und Aaron nebst seinen Söhnen sollen ihre Hände fest auf den Kopf des Widders legen.
20 slaughter it. Some of its blood you shall take and put on the tip of Aaron's right ear and on the tips of his sons' right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and the great toes of their right feet. Splash the rest of the blood on all the sides of the altar.	20 Darauf schlachte den Widder, nimm etwas von seinem Blut und bestreiche damit das rechte Ohrläppchen Aarons und das rechte Ohrläppchen seiner Söhne sowie den Daumen ihrer rechten Hand und die große Zehe ihres rechten Fußes; das übrige Blut aber sprenge auf den Altar ringsum.
21 Then take some of the blood that is on the altar, together with some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle this on Aaron and his vestments, as well as on his sons and their vestments, that his sons and their vestments may be sacred.	21 Sodann nimm etwas von dem Blut, das sich auf dem Altar befindet, sowie von dem Salböl und besprenge mit ihm Aaron und seine Kleider, ebenso seine Söhne und deren Kleider, damit er und seine Kleider und ebenso seine Söhne und deren Kleider geheiligt (oder: geweiht) sind.
22 "Now, from this ram you shall take its fat: its fatty tail, the fat that covers its inner organs, the lobe of its liver, its two kidneys with the fat that is on them, and its right thigh, since this is the ordination ram;	22 Nimm dann von dem Widder das Fett, nämlich den Fettschwanz und das Fett, welches die Eingeweide überzieht, sowie den Leberlappen und die beiden Nieren samt dem daransitzenden Fett sowie die rechte Keule – denn es ist ein Einweihungswidder –,
23 then, out of the basket of unleavened food that you have set before the LORD, you shall take one of the loaves of bread, one of the cakes made with oil, and one of the wafers.	23 dazu einen Laib Brot, einen mit Öl gemengten Brotkuchen und einen Fladen aus dem Korb mit den ungesäuerten Broten, der vor den HERRN hingestellt ist;
24 All these things you shall put into the hands of Aaron and his sons, so that they may wave them as a wave offering before the LORD.	24 lege dies alles dem Aaron und seinen Söhnen in (oder: auf) die Hände und laß es als Webeopfer (vgl. 3.Mose 8,27) vor dem HERRN weben (= schwingen).
25 After you have received them back from their hands, you shall burn them on top of the holocaust on the altar as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	25 Dann nimm es ihnen wieder aus den Händen und laß es auf dem Altar über dem Brandopfer in Rauch aufgehen zu einem lieblichen Geruch vor dem HERRN: ein Feueropfer ist es für den HERRN.
26 Finally, take the breast of Aaron's ordination ram and wave it as a wave offering before the LORD; this is to be your own portion.	26 Hierauf nimm die Brust von dem Einweihungswidder, der für Aaron bestimmt ist, und webe sie als Webeopfer vor dem HERRN: dann soll sie dir als Anteil zufallen.
27 "Thus shall you set aside the breast of whatever wave offering is waved, as well as the thigh of whatever raised offering is raised up, whether this be the ordination ram or anything else belonging to Aaron or to his sons.	27 Darum sollst du die Brust des Webeopfers und die Hebekeule, die von dem für Aaron und für seine Söhne bestimmten Einweihungswidder gewebt und als Hebe entnommen sind, für geweiht erklären:
28 Such things are due to Aaron and his sons from the Israelites by a perpetual ordinance as a contribution. From their peace offerings, too, the Israelites shall make a contribution, their contribution to the LORD.	28 sie sollen für Aaron und seine Söhne eine von seiten der Israeliten ewig zu leistende Gebühr sein; denn es ist ein Hebeopfer und soll seitens der Israeliten als Hebeopfer von ihren Heilsopfern abgegeben werden, als ihr Hebeopfer für den HERRN.
29 "The sacred vestments of Aaron shall be passed down to his descendants, that in them they may be anointed and ordained.	29 Die heiligen Kleider Aarons aber sollen nach ihm an seine Söhne kommen, damit man sie darin salbe und sie darin in ihr Amt einsetze (vgl. 28,41).
30 The descendant who succeeds him as priest and who is to enter the meeting tent to minister in the sanctuary shall be clothed with them for seven days.	30 Sieben Tage lang soll sie derjenige von seinen Söhnen tragen, der an seiner Statt Priester wird und in das Offenbarungszelt hineingehen wird, um den Dienst im Heiligtum zu verrichten.
31 "You shall take the flesh of the ordination ram and boil it in a holy place.	31 Den Einweihungswidder aber sollst du nehmen und sein Fleisch an heiliger Stätte kochen.
32 At the entrance of the meeting tent Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram and the bread that is in the basket.	32 Dann sollen Aaron und seine Söhne das Fleisch des Widders samt dem Brot, das sich in dem Korbe befindet, am Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes verzehren:
33 They themselves are to eat of these things by which atonement was made at their ordination and consecration; but no layman may eat of them, since they are sacred.	33 sie sollen die Stücke verzehren, durch welche die Sühne für sie bewirkt wurde, als man sie in ihr Amt einsetzte (vgl. 28,41) und sie weihte; aber ein Fremder (= Unbefugter) darf nicht davon essen, denn sie sind heilig.
34 If some of the flesh of the ordination sacrifice or some of the bread remains over on the next day, this remnant must be burned up; it is not to be eaten, since it is sacred.	34 Und wenn von dem Fleisch des Einweihungsopfers oder von dem Brot etwas bis zum Morgen übrigbleibt, so sollst du das Übriggebliebene im Feuer verbrennen: es darf nicht mehr gegessen werden, denn es ist heilig.
35 Carry out all these orders in regard to Aaron and his sons just as I have given them to you. "Seven days you shall spend in ordaining them,	35 So also sollst du mit Aaron und seinen Söhnen verfahren, genau so, wie ich dir geboten habe: sieben Tage soll die Einweihung dauern!«
36 sacrificing a bullock each day as a sin offering, to make atonement. Thus also shall you purge the altar in making atonement for it; you shall anoint it in order to consecrate it.	36 »Und für jeden Tag sollst du einen jungen Stier als Sündopfer zum Vollzug der Sühne darbringen und den Altar entsündigen, indem du die Sühngebräuche an ihm vollziehst, und sollst ihn salben, um ihn zu weihen.
37 Seven days you shall spend in making atonement for the altar and in consecrating it. Then the altar will be most sacred, and whatever touches it will become sacred.	37 Sieben Tage hindurch sollst du die Sühngebräuche am Altar vornehmen, um ihn zu weihen, damit der Altar hochheilig werde: jeder, der den Altar berührt, soll dem Heiligtum verfallen sein!«
38 "Now, this is what you shall offer on the altar: two yearling lambs as the sacrifice established for each day;	38 »Folgendes aber ist es, was du auf dem Altar opfern sollst: zwei einjährige Lämmer an jedem Tage ohne Ausnahme.
39 one lamb in the morning and the other lamb at the evening twilight.	39 Das eine Lamm sollst du am Morgen opfern, das andere gegen Abend (vgl. 12,6),
40 With the first lamb there shall be a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil of crushed olives and, as its libation, a fourth of a hin of wine.	40 und außerdem ein Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit einem Viertel Hin Öl von zerstoßenen Oliven gemengt ist; und als Trankopfer soll ein Viertel Hin Wein zu dem einen (oder: ersten) Lamm kommen.
41 The other lamb you shall offer at the evening twilight, with the same cereal offering and libation as in the morning. You shall offer this as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	41 Das zweite Lamm aber sollst du gegen Abend opfern – mit dem Speisopfer und dem zugehörigen Trankopfer sollst du es dabei halten wie am Morgen – zu einem lieblichen Geruch, als ein Feueropfer für den HERRN:
42 Throughout your generations this established holocaust shall be offered before the LORD at the entrance of the meeting tent, where I will meet you and speak to you.	42 ein regelmäßiges Brandopfer (soll es bei euch sein) für eure Geschlechter vor dem HERRN am Eingang zum Offenbarungszelt, wo ich mit euch in Verkehr treten werde, um dort mit dir zu reden.«
43 "There, at the altar, I will meet the Israelites; hence, it will be made sacred by my glory.	43 »Ich will dort nämlich mit den Israeliten in Verkehr treten (oder: mich den Israeliten offenbaren), und es (das Zelt) wird durch meine Herrlichkeit geheiligt werden.
44 Thus I will consecrate the meeting tent and the altar, just as I also consecrate Aaron and his sons to be my priests.	44 Ich will also das Offenbarungszelt und den Altar heiligen; auch Aaron und seine Söhne will ich heiligen, damit sie mir als Priester dienen;
45 I will dwell in the midst of the Israelites and will be their God.	45 und ich will inmitten der Israeliten wohnen und will ihr Gott sein,
46 They shall know that I, the LORD, am their God who brought them out of the land of Egypt, so that I, the LORD, their God, might dwell among them.	46 und sie sollen erkennen, daß ich, der HERR, ihr Gott bin, der ich sie aus Ägypten hinausgeführt habe, um mitten unter ihnen zu wohnen, ich, der HERR, ihr Gott.«
