1 John 1

KING JAMES BIBLE	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;	1 Lo que existía desde el principio, lo que hemos oído, lo que hemos visto con nuestros ojos, lo que hemos contemplado y lo que hemos tocado con nuestras manos acerca de la Palabra de Vida, es lo que les anunciamos.
2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)	2 Porque la Vida se hizo visible, y nosotros la vimos y somos testigos, y les anunciamos la Vida eterna, que existía junto al Padre y que se nos ha manifestado.
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.	3 Lo que hemos visto y oído, se lo anunciamos también a ustedes, para que vivan en comunión con nosotros. Y nuestra comunión es con el Padre y con su Hijo Jesucristo.
4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.	4 Les escribimos esto para que nuestra alegría sea completa.
5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.	5 La noticia que hemos oído de él y que nosotros les anunciamos, es esta: Dios es luz, y en él no hay tinieblas.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:	6 Si decimos que estamos en comunión con él y caminamos en las tinieblas, mentimos y no procedemos conforme a la verdad.
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.	7 Pero si caminamos en la luz, como el mismo está en la luz, estamos en comunión unos con otros, y la sangre de su Hijo Jesús nos purifica de todo pecado.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.	8 Si decimos que no tenemos pecado, nos engañamos a nosotros mismos y la verdad no está en nosotros.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.	9 Si confesamos nuestros pecados, él es fiel y justo para perdonarnos y purificarnos de toda maldad.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.	10 Si decimos que no hemos pecado, lo hacemos pasar por mentiroso, y su palabra no está en nosotros.
