Psalms 128

1 Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.	1 'Canto delle ascensioni.' Beato l'uomo che teme il Signore e cammina nelle sue vie.
2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.	2 Vivrai del lavoro delle tue mani, sarai felice e godrai d'ogni bene.
3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.	3 La tua sposa come vite feconda nell'intimità della tua casa; i tuoi figli come virgulti d'ulivo intorno alla tua mensa.
4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.	4 Così sarà benedetto l'uomo che teme il Signore.
5 The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.	5 Ti benedica il Signore da Sion! Possa tu vedere la prosperità di Gerusalemme per tutti i giorni della tua vita.
6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.	6 Possa tu vedere i figli dei tuoi figli. Pace su Israele!
