1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether.	1 Dijo Yahveh a Moisés: «Todavía traeré una plaga más sobre Faraón y sobre Egipto; tras de lo cual os dejará marchar de aquí y cuando, por fin, os deje salir del país, él mismo os expulsará de aquí.
2 Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every man borrow of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold.	2 Habla, pues, al pueblo y que cada hombre pida a su vecino, y cada mujer a su vecina, objetos de plata y objetos de oro.»
3 And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh's servants, and in the sight of the people.	3 Yahveh hizo que el pueblo se ganase el favor de los egipcios. Además, Moisés era un gran personaje en la tierra de Egipto, tanto a los ojos de los servidores de Faraón como a los ojos del pueblo.
4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt:	4 Moisés dijo: «Así dice Yahveh: hacia media noche pasaré yo a través de Egipto;
5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.	5 y morirá en el país de Egipto todo primogénito, desde el primogénito de Faraón que se sienta en su trono hasta el primogénito de la esclava encargada de moler, así como todo primer nacido del ganado.
6 And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.	6 Y se elevará en todo el país de Egipto un alarido tan grande como nunca lo hubo, ni lo habrá.
7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.	7 Pero entre los israelitas ni siquiera un perro ladrará ni contra hombre ni contra bestia; para que sepáis cómo Yahveh hace distinción entre Egipto e Israel.
8 And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that follow thee: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a great anger.	8 Entonces vendrán a mí todos estos siervos tuyos y se postrarán delante de mí, diciendo: Sal, tú y todo el pueblo que te sigue. Y entonces, saldré.» Y, ardiendo en cólera, salió de la presencia de Faraón.
9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.	9 Y dijo Yahveh a Moisés: «no os escuchará Faraón, para que así pueda yo multiplicar mis prodigios en la tierra de Egipto.»
10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.	10 Moisés y Aarón obraron todos estos prodigios ante Faraón; pero Yahveh endureció el corazón de Faraón, que no dejó salir de su país a los israelitas.
