2 And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?	2 E tutti gli atti di forza e di potenza e i dettagli della grandezza di Mardocheo, che il re esaltò, non sono forse scritti nel libro delle cronache dei re di Media e di Persia?
3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.	3 Nell'anno quarto del regno di Tolomeo e Cleopatra, Dositeo, che si dice essere sacerdote e levita, e Tolomeo suo figlio, portarono la lettera pubblicata riguardo alla festa di Purim; essi affermavano essere quella la vera ed essere stata interpretata da Lisimaco, figlio di Tolomeo, residente a Gerusalemme.
