1 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:	1 Le Seigneur parla encore à Moïse et à Aaron, et Il leur dit:
2 All the children of Israel shall camp by their troops, ensigns, and standards, and the houses of their kindreds, round about the tabernacle of the covenant.	2 Les enfants d'Israël camperont autour du tabernacle de l'alliance, par divers corps, chacun sous ses drapeaux et sous ses enseignes, et selon leurs familles et leurs maisons.
3 On the east Juda shall pitch his tents by the bands of his army: and the prince of his sons shall be Nahasson the son of Aminadab.	3 Juda dressera ses tentes vers l'orient, selon ses troupes de son armées, et Naasson, fils d'Aminadab, sera prince de sa tribu.
4 And the whole sum of the fighting men of his stock, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.	4 Le nombre des combattants de cette tribu est de soixante-quatorze mille six cents.
5 Next unto him they of the tribe of Issachar encamped, whose prince was Nathanael, the son of Suar.	5 Ceux de la tribu d'Issachar camperont auprès de Juda; leur prince est Nathanaël fils de Suar;
6 And the whole number of his fighting men were fifty-four thousand four hundred.	6 Et le nombre de tous ses combattants est de cinquante-quatre mille quatre cents.
7 In the tribe of Zabulon the prince was Eliab the son of Helon.	7 Eliab fils d'Hélon est le prince de la tribu de Zabulon;
8 And all the army of fighting men of his stock, were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.	8 Et tout le corps des combattants de sa tribu est de cinquante-sept mille quatre cents.
9 All that were numbered in the camp of Juda, were a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred: and they by their troops shall march first.	9 Tous ceux que l'on a comptés comme devant être du camp de Juda sont au nombre de cent quatre-vingt-six mille quatre cents, et ils marcheront les premiers, chacun selon ses troupes.
10 In the camp of the sons of Ruben, on the south side, the prince shall be Elisur the son of Sedeur:	10 Du côté du midi, Elisur fils de Sédéür sera le prince dans le camp des enfants de Ruben;
11 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-six thousand five hundred.	11 Et tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de quarante-six mille cinq cents.
12 Beside him camped they of the tribe of Simeon: whose prince was Salamiel the son of Surisaddai.	12 Ceux de la tribu de Siméon camperont auprès de Ruben, et leur prince est Salamiel fils de Surisaddaï.
13 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.	13 Tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de cinquante-neuf mille trois cents.
14 In the tribe of Gad the prince was Eliasaph the son of Duel.	14 Eliasaph fils de Duel est le prince dans la tribu de Gad;
15 And the whole army of his fighting men that were numbered, were fortyfive thousand six hundred and fifty.	15 Et tout le corps de ses combattants dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de quarante-cinq mille six cent cinquante.
16 All that were reckoned up in the camp of Ruben, were a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty, by their troops: they shall march in the second place.	16 Tous ceux dont on a fait le dénombrement pour être du camp de Ruben sont au nombre de cent cinquante et un mille quatre cent cinquante, distingués tous selon leurs troupes; ils marcheront au second rang.
17 And the tabernacle of the testimony shall be carried by the officers of the Levites and their troops. As it shall be set up, so shall it be taken down. Every one shall march according to their places, and ranks.	17 Puis le tabernacle du témoignage sera porté par le ministère des Lévites, qui marcheront selon leurs troupes. On le démontera, et on le dressera de nouveau dans le même ordre, et les Lévites marcheront chacun en sa place et en son rang.
18 On the west side shall be the camp of the sons of Ephraim, whose prince was Elisama, the son of Ammiud.	18 Les enfants d'Ephraïm camperont du côté de l'occident; Elisama fils d'Ammiud en est le prince;
19 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty thousand five hundred.	19 Tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de quarante mille cinq cents.
20 And with them the tribe of the sons of Manasses, whose prince was Gamaliel the son of Phadassur.	20 La tribu des enfants de Manassé sera auprès d'eux; Gamaliel fils de Phadassur en est le prince;
21 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.	21 Et tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de trente-deux mille deux cents.
22 In the tribe of the sons of Benjamin the prince was Abidan the son of Gedeon.	22 Abidan fils de Gédéon est le prince de la tribu des enfants de Benjamin;
23 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were reckoned up, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.	23 Et tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de trente-cinq mille quatre cents.
24 All that were numbered in the camp of Ephraim, were a hundred and eight thousand one hundred by their troops: they shall march in the third place.	24 Tous ceux dont on a fait le dénombrement pour être du camp d'Ephraïm sont au nombre de cent huit mille cent hommes, distingués tous selon leurs troupes; ils marcheront au troisième rang.
25 On the north side camped the sons of Dan: whose prince was Ahiezar the son of Ammisaddai.	25 Les enfants de Dan camperont du côté de l'aquilon, et Ahiézer fils d'Ammisaddaï en est le prince.
26 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.	26 Tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de soixante-deux mille sept cents.
27 Beside him they of the tribe of Aser pitched their tents: whose prince was Phegiel the son of Ochran.	27 Ceux de la tribu d'Aser dresseront leurs tentes près de Dan, et leur prince est Phégiel fils d'Ochran;
28 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-one thousand five hundred.	28 Tout le corps de ses combattants, dont on a fait le dénombrement, est de quarante et un mille cinq cents.
29 Of the tribe of the sons of Nephtali the prince was Ahira the son of Enan.	29 Ahira fils d'Enan est le prince de la tribu des enfants de Nephthali;
30 The whole army of his fighting men, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.	30 Tout le corps de ses combattants est de cinquante-trois mille quatre cents.
31 All that were numbered in the camp of Dan, were a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred: and they shall march last.	31 Le dénombrement de ceux qui seront dans le camp de Dan est de cent cinquante-sept mille six cents, et ils marcheront au dernier rang.
32 This is the number of the children of Israel, of their army divided according to the houses of their kindreds and their troops, six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.	32 Toute l'armée des enfants d'Israël étant divisée en diverses troupes, selon leurs maisons et leurs familles, était donc au nombre de six cent trois mille cinq cent cinquante.
33 And the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel: for so the Lord had commanded Moses.	33 Mais les Lévites n'ont point été comptés dans ce dénombrement des enfants d'Israël; car le Seigneur l'avait ordonné à Moïse.
34 And the children of Israel did according to all things that the Lord had commanded. They camped by their troops, and marched by the families and houses of their fathers.	34 Et les enfants d'Israël exécutèrent tout ce que le Seigneur leur avait commandé. Ils campèrent en divers corps, et ils marchèrent selon le rang des familles et des maisons de leurs pères.
